Great time last night with Sod Poodles! Our company Davidson Oil put on a Summer Soirée for their employees on the City Federal Fiesta Deck and it was a great time!!!! Great seats and atmosphere! Handicapped parking on north side of Stadium at the soon to be old City Hall. Some observations of the Fiesta Deck: Just opened in May 2024. Next to press box, behind first base. Catered with hot dogs, burgers, cookies, potato salad and Pepsi products. Bar and Bartender there for additional $. Bring cash for tips for the caterer and bartender as they cant take any other forms. Plenty of table seating and bar stool seating with bar at railing to watch the game and eat. Comfortable patio style couches. Two large screen TVs to watch game on. Bathroom very close by. Elevator and stair access. Enter from Home Plate Entrance turn left and access using elevator or stairs. No issues for us with wheelchair for access. If you cant transfer from wheelchair to barstool, might be better to view the game on the TV as the railing gets in the way. It was a Marvel theme night and the fireworks afterwards were amazing!!! And most of all Ruckus came to visit us!!!!!! Oh yeah and the Sodpoodles won in a tight game against the Arkansas Travelers!! Lol. It was a fun game for a non baseball enthusiast. The fireworks and game shots behind Home Plate were from an 08/09/24 game with the Arkansas Naturals.

I have always enjoyed going to the sod poodles games with my family, however tonight I met a wonderful woman named Tina. While getting an adult beverage, the bartender Tina chatted it up with me and made me feel like I was sctually apart of the sod poodles family. Her genuine demeanor and helpfull attitude made me feel like I was back home. Kudos to the sod poodles management for having great staff and Tina for making my experience tonight comfortable and welcoming.

Sod Poodles vs Tulsa Drillers 5/8. Nice stadium. All the typical ball game food, some with a TX twist! Nice environment, friendly staff (that we talked with), requires see-thru back packs or purses for entry. Gift shop staff very helpful. Went out of their way to look for a Sweatshirt for me tonight. (I live in Michigan and will wear my souvenir about 5 months out of the year). There was a lighted drone show after the game and it was fabulous! Very cool! True to their advertising, there were fireworks afterwards also. Very nice!!!

Beautiful facility. My first visit was just a couple of weeks ago and Im sorry I havent gone sooner. I went with a group event with food provided by the venue: burgers and hot dogs with baked beans, potato salad, drinks, and chips. It was all delicious. I only wish we had chili for our hot dogs or sweet pickle relish that wasnt packaged (its just not good.) Id eat their beans and potato salad any day!! Sadly, the Sodpoodles lost a double header that night. There also needs to be a scoreboard visible from the north patio area so people seated there can keep up with the count. I also miss more of pitch by pitch play call style.

I gave it a two. One, because its not the good employees fault their ppl arent properly trained. Two, there needs to be more ADA compliance with the staff. I was completely humiliated by 3 men who wanted to search my medical backpack. Literally had me put my undergarments on the ground along with my medical supplies after seeing it was clearly a medical bag. Absolutely ridiculous. The game was a L for the third time in a row. The players seemed more like a kids team that couldnt play, communicate, or win this year. The side games were weak. The food is overpriced. A 32 oz tea is NINE DOLLARS and its SOUR from being in plastic closed up jugs in the heat!! The venue itself is handicapped friendly minus the bathroom door. I think it was a minor issue but it wouldnt be good for an elderly or disabled person with cognitive disabilities. I struggled to get it to lock. The gift shop is cute. Lots of trinkets reasonable prices in there. Cant get season tickets due to them not wanting to upset the wealthy. Not even a season ticket in the stands available for purchase to the general public. Staff is hit or miss in the stands. Mostly older retired folks. Some take their job way too serious and others just dont care if youre there. Some of them are fun and talk to you and interact well. Security is a joke. Other than that its a decent place to catch a game and spend time with family

Was very impressed by the staff. When a man got hit by a ball, a staff member came over to make sure he was OK. He was, but I am sure there is going to be a big bruise on his side. Also, our section won tickets for some money off at United Supermarkets. Did not know how we were going to get them, but then a staff member came over to our section and started handing them out. Very good experience over all.

I really enjoy going to Hodgetown Stadium to watch the Sod Poodles play ball. However, the concession prices are outrageous considering this is not a major league stadium, but only an AA team. It cost me $66.50 for three personal pizzas and three 32-ounce drinks. If the pizza had been good, I might have complained less, but the pizza crust was almost all partly cooked dough.
