Todd Frankfort was my divorce attorney, and I was extremely pleased with his confidence, level of service and expertise. My divorce case was very complicated as my ex-wife and I owned several properties and businesses, which I knew was going to add a lot of time and complexity to the process. But it never seemed like it was too much for Todd to handle. I worked with him for a year to resolve my case, and he was consistently prompt, communicative, and always acted with my best interest first. He would always answer my calls, texts, etc. including in the evenings and on weekends. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great attorney to represent them. It was obviously a challenging process, but Todd was definitely the saving grace and at the end, I was happier than I expected with the outcome.

I want all to know that Mr. David Wynne s representation in my court case has given me not only the impression but the confidence that being an attorney, especially in family court, takes a special person with a heart that is understanding and compassionate for their clients and involves extreme knowledge of the Texas Family Laws that as I know now is an ever-changing living entity. When we started this cause, it was going to be a simple visitation request so I could spend a few hours a week with my son. Mr. Wynne was straight forward on what I should expect and how we should approach everything in regards to the case, which was very important to me because I had never had to be involved with anything of this sort and was completely unaware of what to do. From our first consultation, I felt a sence of relief and confidence that he would do everything he could to help me. His honesty, confidence and knowledge of Family Law was proven to be not only evident throughout my case but exceptional and extremely beneficial to the brilliant outcome. Our case quickly turned into a custody battle when abuse and neglect of the child was determined and from there, without hesitation, he jumped right in and with all the confidence you would want your attorney to have when it involves protecting someone you love. As I had mentioned before, this was a lengthy case, and with each court date Mr. Wynne was always prepared for the known and unknown, his expert trial ability during cross examination and questioning was respectful yet aggressive when it needed to be. I feel that he fought for our family like he would fight for his own. I want to Thank you Mr. Wynne that I now have custody of my son with all the other stipulations that I will not get into that helps assure that we can breathe a sigh of relief for my son who is now a funny happy loving 3 year old. After one of the court dates David Wynne stopped and talked to the other party s Father in the hallway it was a brief friendly encounter I don t know what was said, but the Father text me later that day telling me David is a really good guy, I wish we could use him to me that epitomizes who David Wynne is as an attorney and as a person.

I had a very difficult case. My X lied to the police, and set me up to permanently lose visitation with my son. My attorney quit on me, but my Paralegal Angelia believed in me, stuck with me, and fought for me. She made it known to every lawyer in the office that she was sticking with me, and after a year of patience, and and putting my faith in her, I now have 50/50 custody. You do not find Paralegals with such conviction and determination very often. With the way this state views and treats fathers, I was dealing with an unwinnable situation, but with her her help, support, and encouragement, I now have my son back in my life. My case was an absolute mess coming from a previous attorney but she took care of it all and with lots of dedication my case has is over. Divorce is a hard thing for anyone to go through and in my case I had criminal elements as well. Miles was always prepared, on time, and did a hell of a job cross-examining in trial. O Neil Wyaocki might be a firm with efficient lawyers but I personally did NOT have a good experience with them. It took me over six months to bring myself to even write this review because lawyers make me uneasy and I m wary of them. I was assigned Ms. Diamond who charged me a retainer of $10,000 for my divorce. After our first consultation for which she charged me an additional $450, a divorce petition was filed. I was told it was a simple vanilla petition . 4 days later, I decided to withdraw my petition and I was charged $2500. There was no financial assets division or custody discussions and my spouse was not even served. There were also no more meetings or calls with Ms. Diamond in those 4 days. For filing a vanilla petition and responding to all of 5 emails, I was charged $2500 for 4 days. Her legal assistant Ms. Lisa, was very kind and responsive but was unable to help in anyway except explain the invoices to me which was of no help. People, especially women, seek legal assistance at some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. It s lawyers like Ms. Diamond who not only give their firm but also their profession a bad reputation. Needless to say, I did not and will not go back to them or recommend O Neil Wysocki to anyone.

My case was peculiar to say the least. Spoke with a couple other attorneys that didnt know how or if they could represent me. Was referred to Michael and the first day I met him he took one look at my case and said, Want to see me show another lawyer what a real lawyer looks like? Worked with Kassie Hines through the majority of the process. Kassie understood my case was quirky and did everything from research, mediation, and gave overall great advice. I used Nikki Grote for my divorce and she was everything I could have asked for. She was easy to talk to and explained things in terms I could understand, she was confident in the case and everything involved, and she went above and beyond to contact me after hours when my work schedule didnt allow us to talk during the day. I never had to wait long at all for a call back or a response email to any inquiry I had. I dont know where I would be without her guidance and support, but I am very thankful for it all.

Andrew Speer was amazing! I couldn t get my ex husband to sign the decree or if he signed it in the evening then he would order to cancel his signature in the morning, which he was legally able to do. He finally signed it one night and Andrew called me at 7 in the morning to run to the judge s office to have it finalized before my husband would wake up and make another psychotic scene! After it was signed by the judge, we then unbered together to the registration office right away. And done! Omg freedom!!! I would recommend them to everyone! Brook and Michael have been absolutely wonderful and better than I could have ever hoped. My case has been extremely high conflict and seemingly never ending. Michael Wysocki and Jennifer Satagaj were simply outstanding in their handling of my case which consisted of a grueling nine month litigation process. From the initial consultation until the conclusion of the case the firm always had my best interest at heart. Even though I. was not their only active case they were always attentive to my needs and made me feel like I was a valued client. Michael Wysocki was incredible in the court room and knows how to WIN! I was extremely impressed with his tenacity during my 10 hour mediation where he was extremely tough and did not budge on one point that was not in my favor. Jennifer Satagaj is also extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated on a daily basis with the ever changing dealings with the opposing counsel.
