Billiard factory is awesome for all your pool needs. Paul Smith is the man to talk to very unknowledgeable. On pool history and up-to-date as well. Willing to help with anything. Give you the shirt off your back kind of guy. Whether its ordering a new cue finding the right one for you or even fixing yours up perfect place to go. leaving this review based on the person who was representing this company, driving a box truck on 281 N around 2pm on march 15th. this individual was riding everyone s bumper, including myself, and was weaving in and out of traffic so much the box on the truck was swaying and could have killed someone. there is no excuse for driving that recklessly, retrain your drivers.

We are very pleased with the exceptional customer service Paul offered us as we purchased our first pool table and accessories. Since we are new to the billiard market, we had LOTS of questions and Paul was ready to answer questions, make suggestions and graciously make changes to our order as we continued our research. I will start off with the good and why I didn t give them one star. All of their employees that came to assemble the same pool table on three separate occasions, were fantastic. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. That s about where it ends as far as pros go. You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong and how they attempt to fix it or make it right, and Billiard Factory has left have very sour taste in my mouth. The first pool table arrived damaged, the second arrived damaged, the third was finally acceptable. Was I ever offered an apology? Nope. Was I offered a discount for the inconveniences? Nope. All I was offered was a maybe let s try another model, it s $1200 more, but very similar and frustration when I didn t take them up on that offer as the table I ordered had a drawer (a requirement for me) and was already $7,000 .They didn t even offer to give me a discount on the model they were proposing. Why would I spend another $1200 on a table that didn t meet my requirements? Sounds just like a bait and switch quick money grab. Will absolutely never do business with them again. Huge loss to them as I was looking to purchase a shuffle board. If you re buying anything from them I urge caution. Pool tables, shuffle boards, and everything else they carry is expensive yet they treat you worse than a shady used car dealer. Funny when one of their employees even admitted to me their management had gone downhill .

I have had multiple great experiences at the Billiard Factory in San Antonio. I purchased a new Olhausen table and spectator chairs there earlier this year, and stopped in for a new cue more recently. In both instances I dealt with Paul, who was tremendously helpful. Paul has an intimate understanding of all things billiards and was able to draw on his knowledge and experience to address all of my questions. I am very satisfied with my purchases, as well as the consistently positive customer experience, and would highly recommend the Billiard Factory.

I ordered a pool cue on their website. I received the order confirmation via email. They then canceled the order the next day without any reason given. I just received an automated email saying that it was canceled. It said if I have any questions to email them. I sent an email to the address listed and it was immediately returned saying my address was not in their safe senders list. Absolutely 0 customer service with this company.

Staff is friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for. Delivery service is on time and super professional. Super nice people and delivery team answers any questions you may have and makes sure table is leveled and in best possible position. They even offer to level your table should it ever need it with no questions asked. There was an issue that had with table when initially setup, and they came out a few days later to correct the issue. Support is top notch. Conclusion - Billiards Factory has some awesome stuff and they will even find little freebies here and there to sweeten the deal. Pricing on certain items are matched online which is a huge plus. Other items have a markup which may indicate they are not purchased at wholesale pricing (example: SVB Cynergy Dakota edition goes for 589 while in store its sold for 650). Also certain items showed online from billiards factory website has items that are cheaper than what is offered when in store. Overall love my table and we are a pool hotspot for our league players on our team. Just research and do your homework and check online and compare when purchasing from this place or any Billiard shop

Apparently, you need to fit the profile when you walk in. If you are not in business attire you will have to wait till all others customers are done. I waited for 45 minutes while 2 associates helped a man in a blazer, while others were being checked out. I just wanted to make the right choice for my sons first pool stick. Go figure.. I will not return for my custom table. Oddly enough, my beautiful wife and other son received the red carpet the day before. I will probably return with her to receive attention when it s time for our custom table. Or go somewhere that would pay attention to customer service.

I had initially walked in to look at some tables as I knew I would be purchasing one very soon in which I had met Brian. He showed me around asked me what I was interested in and was not trying to sway me in any other direction. 2 weeks later I had bought a table from him and he was awesome at helping me customize the table with exactly what I wanted. These guys always take good care of me when I go in there. Whether its to put a new tip on what am I shafts or just clean one up for me, they always do it and do it well. Wow! Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service. Called ahead, asked for a product, showed up in 5 minutes. I show up, no hi or welcome . Walked to an associate and expressed I just called. Not a single word. Just turned, walked away to the back. He came back out, and the only words he said were, $200. HAHA Guys, go somewhere else. Shop on amazon. Over priced for 2 yards of felt? Get out of here! Not a single customer in their shop. Your doors will close soon if you keep this up. Learn how to operate a business.

We went to 2 other places in and around San Antonio (Petes in SA and Custom Pool Tables in New Braunfels) neither of them could hold a stick (or cue ) to Pete and Brian at the Billiard Factory. We made 3 separate visits, they always politely and professionally (with no pressure) answered our questions. This was a no brainer after all of our research...we wished we had started here. In a mere 5 days, our table was delivered and installed. Even the guys who delivered were a pleasure to work with. I rarely do reviews but felt compelled to let others know that for a piece of sport furniture/equipment of heirloom quality and salespeople that know their business (and how to treat you), you could do no better than The Billiard Factory.
