Ok...I googled best Philly cheese near me. This place came up. I did not even see the name I only followed google maps. I arrived to find this hidden gem. William greeted me with a smile. He throughly went over the menu. I selected traditional Philly cheese onions mushrooms & bell perrer w/ real cheese. He was funny & made my sandwich fast. He talked me into a meal which came with fries & can beverage. I was very happy with the food & service. I will be back soon. Thank you William...you made my experience special.

Was in the area, figured we would try it out based on a few reviews (shouldve read all of them!) For those of you who say this is the best cheesesteak you ve ever had, yall must have never gone to Philly! Spent a few years in Philly and I m sorry, this was an extremely sad cheesesteak. Paid for extra cheese, didn t get extra and it tasted weird..chewy meat, awful bread. Tenders were horrible, refried it seems based on the coating. The one star is for the friendly guys. If you re lookin for good cheesesteak, this isn t it. Go to Fred s! :)

This was easily the worst cheesesteak Ive ever had. It was bland, overcooked, and totally unremarkable in every way. The bread had more flavor than anything, and it was not well suited to a Cheesesteak. I cannot fathom anyone eating what I did and giving this anything above 2 stars.

Really nice food. African American man at the counter was really patient with us when trying to understand the different possible meal combos. Philly cheese steaks and burgers delicious. Chef gave free cookies for the kids. The seating is a little tight and uncomfortable. That would probably be the only negative. Felt the price was reasonable compared to similar places.

I m usually not the type to leave reviews but this did it for me. Me and my boyfriend came here with high hopes because of the review. The quality of the food is horrible. We paid 35 dollars for two meals. The food legit tastes like we could make it at home. Once I looked at the reviews, you could tell off the bat that they were all fake. would not recommend.

Ordered the hot pepper cheesesteak, fries and Nuggets. The cheesesteak was well made and tasty. Great portion size too. Wrapped well with no spill. The nuggets and fries were satisfactory, maybe could do with a little less salt. The homemade sauce was nice and goes well with the food, but definitely can be improved. Overall, definitely recommend to try. Thanks for the complimentary cookie :).

This was our 1st time here. We have a few spots that have really good cheese steaks. Didnt hurt to have one more. There is a limited selection, but you can sort of customize it. They were cooked to orderso everything was hot & the bread was soft. There was a good portion of meat to cheese ratio. I dont fermenter the name of mine, but it came with this hot house sauce. I got mine on the side. Im so glad that I did because it was HOT!!!! Not burning, but hot enough that you got it right off & makes you sweat. Still it did have good flavor on it, if thats your thing. They didnt have mushrooms like other places, but still its a good place to get a meal.

Best HALAL restaurant in Dallas Taxes. Lot of variety available in the menu. i was visiting Dallas and had the pleasure to try cheesesteak it was amazing, juicy and tasty. If youre craving good halal Philly cheese steak this place is a must. We had the jalapeño sandwich and the desi sandwich and they were excellent. The bread especially was superb. The only thing I would recommend is if youre a conservative family you should visit in the day time because its right next to a club and its hard finding parking at night. Other than that its a brilliant place for good food.

One of the best cheesesteaks I have ever had. Everything they have tastes amazing, and is halal at the same time. The only negative thing I could say is that the desi cheesesteak didn t taste any different than a regular cheesesteak, there was no desi seasoning on my cheesesteak. It was still an amazing cheesesteak and extremely delicious, and would definitely come back for a regular cheesesteak instead.

Do not eat here. Very unsanitary. They do not use gloves to touch the bread or finished sandwich. When I asked he said no and other reataurants don t either. I have notified the health department as this is a clear violation about touching ready to eat food with bare hands.

My company participates in LunchDrop and this restaurant was offered today. I got the chicken tender combo. It was disgusting. The chicken was WAAAAY over cooked, to the point that it was burnt and looked more like blackened chicken. Even the Texas toast had a Huge burnt spot on one side. Had I been in the restaurant, it would have been sent back. I hope I can get a refund from LunchDrop because I couldnt even eat half of my meal.

Walked in bc we love phillys. We were not greeted at all! I wasnt sure if they could talk. The young guy cleaning the tables did not say anything, no hello, no how are you doing?...nothing. The older man behind the counter cooking the food, Im assuming hes the owner/father of the young guy. He looked up, nodded his head, and kept cooking. Now its time to place the order, omg! No customer service! No communication skills and no people skills! Please work on that. Food: dry! The meat ratio to the thickness of the bread was good. The bread was toasted or buttered, but it was dry. The steak meat was not seasoned and had no moisture to it. Add oil to meat so it gives some moisture. Then the cheese. Ample amount of cheese to ratio, but as soon as the cheese comes off the grill, it starts to dry up = a dry sandwich. Fries, no seasoning! I wouldnt say it was a waste of $16, but for us, its definitely not a return visit ever! Exiting the building, no words saying thank you for coming in. How was the food? Did you like it? To wrap things up, we were not pleased with food nor customer service. With AI taking over, people/restaurants/businesses and so forth need to be grateful and welcome everyone who enters their building. Places are closing and are fighting to stay afloat. Work on your customer service! Ive said it before, and Ill say it again, You can have horrible food, but if your customer service is above and beyond, people will come back!. We didnt feel like you appreciated us being in your restaurant, so well go somewhere else. Happy eating and have a good day.

First off the cheese steak was terrible. Saturday night me and my girlfriends went to get food and were turned off when the owner started yelling at 2 Dallas fire fighters for parking their truck in the front of their store and told them to park in the back when there was like 9 spots available. For all that these brave men and women do for us (personally for my family aswell) to be treated like that is a disgrace. Do not give this business the time of day or you re money, especially when there s better sandwich places out there, like jimmy johns.

Most times my food is on point and delicious. Hence thats the reason I always order from them. I ordered a Cobb salad and since I dont eat dairy or beef I asked for it to be chicken. Any other time I order this they get it right rather it be take out or seamless delivery. Lastnight for the first time they got it wrong. He didnt put eggs on my salad which I lile my salad to be correct so I will enjoy it and plus Im spending my money on it. I called JC and I guess I spoke to the manager and he had the nerve to tell me that they go out of their way to put chicken on my salad and my order is complicated. It was never complicated before and going out of your way is what customer service is about. He was very snippy which I did not appreciate. Then I asked for a discount and he said if I order through delivery he cant give a discount how else will I order if I work and jC doesnt deliver themselves. Seems like he would accommodate me since I have faithfully ordered this same order more then 20times. It takes nothing to be a kind manager and take care of your customer. I wont be ordering here anymore i will take my complications elsewhere were they show more respect when they mess up your order.

No fountain drinks. And every order is made separately. 5 guys order Phillies! By the time the third guy gets his sandwich one and two are done! I was in the area and stopped by and Im glad I did. This establishment was very clean, service was very prompt, the prices are fair and the food is fantastic. Weve all noticed smaller portions these days when eating out - This place gives you, your moneys worth if not more. You should definitely give them a try. Oh, the gentleman nailed customer service. I ordered the hot peppered steak sandwich, and when I tell you this sandwich was life changing . BAYBEHHHH!! I have never had a more delicious Philly in all my life. I ve never been to Philadelphia but I m sure the sandwich makers over there could learn a think or two about philly s. Plus the Eagles so no need to say more. I would have attached a photo had I not been savoring every bite wishing there was still more sandwich to eat. 10/10 would recommend.

My boyfriend and I stopped by for dinner before a movie on a week night. I got the mushroom cheesesteak, he got the original cheesesteak with peppers, and we both got a side of fries. Service was quick and friendly, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious!!! You can tell they use high quality ingredients. We will definitely be back.

When I walked in a was greeted with a warm welcome. I got the Philly cheese stake combo, which came with fries and a drink. The food was fresh and hot, and It was delicious! I m definitely coming back and you should definitely try it out. You can t beat the price either. Vegetarian options: They have many options for you to choose from.
