Every time i come here, I get the same thing. Waffle, no powder sugar, and somehow, some way, it gets messed up. Went in today, same thing. I told them may get some fresh eggs and sausages when the new waffle comes out? Low and behold cold food comes out. I specifically asked directly what I wanted, and service is always mediocre at this location. I see. Im going to have to start going back to the city, for gd food and service. It is a damn shame that u live 0.3 from this location and have to drive 25 minutes away for ur favorite breakfast spot.

Horrible first experience! Came here on a Sunday with 3 small children, after getting a spot in line (reservation) we were told would be a 30 minute wait. After checking in (after 30 minutes) we were told it would be an additional 30-45 minute wait I told the host never mind we didn t want to wait any longer as I have other obligations today. She immediately offered for us to sit outside, it s a nice day out so I agreed. We sat outside with 3 small children who were hungry when we got here and we never even placed a drink order. There were other ppl sitting outside eating, no one ever even greeted us. After waiting an additional 30 minutes that I declined in the beginning WE LEFT! Horrible first experience, the waitress even looked at us in our faces and walked away! We were looking forward to trying this restaurant but I do not recommend going here on a Sunday.

I had time to burn this morning and decided to stop here for breakfast. I have come here before, and the service and wait time were pretty bad. Not today, though. There was no wait time to be seated. Once seated, Marissa came by, took my order, and was very polite. I have celiac, and she was able to make some recommendations. She was fast, very sweet, and accommodating. Also, the restaurant has a QR code on their menu that you can scan. The link provides a menu with all the allergens each item has. I found it to be super helpful! Great experience all around.

I m from out of state . Decided to try first watch breakfast food . So i ordered from door dash , once i got my food i was pretty upset . At the portion and presentation of the food . Also for the price of 30.00 and the portion i dont think is fair . I order turkey sausage it can with two small links . And French toast only came with one piece of bread . Then scrambled eggs they were fair .i didn t get any eating utensils . No salt and pepper . And the meal didn t even come with a drink. For the amount I paid I don t think the portion was fair vs if I dined in I m sure it would be more but since it was delivered to me I feel that the portions were wack . And the food was all over the container that was unnecessarily large for the small portions . Lesson learned for me .

Has gone down on quality. I have been a customer at this location for the last 2 years. Typically when I order to go they ll forget little things like straws when I ordered drinks or utensils. This is pretty common so I ll ask for these before I leave with my items. Today they forgot a whole pancake, still forgot straws, and I found a hair in my food. Disgusted and disappointed.

This place was amazing. I had the Shishito Brisket Hash. The quality of the brisket was perfect. Tender,juicy and deilcious. The garlic aoli went perfect with the eggs and potatoes. The million dollar bacon lived up to its name. Sweet,and with a little heat too. French toast and the blte were great. You can tell by the appearance of the dish and flavor that they REALLY do use quality ingredients. Worth the price. Nice respectable atmosphere with polite staff.

Today I came to have brunch with my family. Food was good. We loved the million dollar bacon. However I didn t like the service this time. The waitress had an attitude and not patient enough for her role. Every body in my table eat their food and I waited until the manager came and told me that the waitress didn t put my order in( the manager was very nice!). so I didn t get to eat with my family and took most my food home. I paid more than 100$ for 4 people so you expect a better service.

Small space. Always crowded unless it s an off peak time. The wait staff are average I don t believe we ve ever had like spectacular service. Most of the time the food comes out fast and is cooked to our liking. It s just small and sometimes the chef s don t take people s allergies into account when special orders are made for meals. Overall, I love the First Watch franchise and it s conveniently near our home-so we go. But I would love it if they found a larger location and better chef s!

I usually come here once a week for breakfast or lunch. I am a pretty loyal customer to this location. It s always busy so I m usually very patient and understanding. Today after waiting for multiple attempts to try and put my name down, I kept getting passed up after I was told one moment . Make better attempts to make a line or service people who have been waiting 10 minutes instead of someone who just walked in. Lost my business after today. I ve had issues with service before this (like sitting at table for 15 minutes with no service or waiter come & always being brought my ticket before I asked) but this was last straw. Food may be fresh and good but they treat this place like a factory, always in a rush to get people in and out. Very impersonal. Two starts for the food still because the cooks do well. One star for service

After the last few times we came here, I m left disappointed. The food IS good, but the service is lacking. The last time we actually ate here, the service was very slow. It took quite a while to even be acknowledged after we sat down, and took a while for drinks and food. This last time, we were told it was a 5-15min wait. After 20min, and seeing several people who arrived later being seated ahead of us, I checked in with the hostess. There is an online check-in, and those people have priority over walk-ins . I was told it would be 10 more min for us to be seated. If you give someone a time range, make sure it is accurate, or at least warn them it could change depending on online check-ins. We had to leave and get a quick bite elsewhere. The food is good, but honestly not worth the frustration.

Food is great when its correct. I ordered food from here. I paid extra for an uncharge and I didnt get what I asked for. Silly me for not checking my bag to make sure my food was accurate. When I tried to call to see if they can make what was incorrect the first time I got hung up on and the second time no one answered. If you are planning on coming here on a weekend, I can definitely recommend that you reserve a table online through their website it can save you a lot of time the wait is estimated to be 15 to 25 minutes and it might take you just about that long to find parking the food I ordered was really good and so was the iced coffee it was good to come here to try out the place, but the service was very mid. I could have ordered to go and ate at home the cups that were brought to us for our water were very dirty and scummy. I asked for plasticware because it seemed more sanitary.

We usually like this place. we brunch here few times a month but today was the worst, last visit was almost two weeks ago with my sister she made a review over bad service but we ask her not too because wasn t that bad(that s what we thought), but today was a very bad experience for us. To begin with I don t see the point of call to reserve , send you to the website give you 20-30min and once you there after the time you still waiting another 15-20 min is just crazy how many of us help to promote places like this but you can t get a decent food. We don t want discount or free food we want a decent service hard bacon..burn potatoes , my waffle was so hard that they even laughed(all waffles in other table were full yellow and soft, you order sausage and you barely see any, they fill those drinks with ice and they can t even make it right , they forget my order like 3 times , until I get it right , our server keep passing us lol thank God all the servers are not the same and we end up being taking care of. Not horrible experience , you could be in a different part of the world with no food or broke like many others but once people sit and paid your price serve them right after $86 dollars for 2 adults and 2 kids under 2y w eggs, bacon, sausage ,potatoes ,coffee and juice it may a good time to find a different place.

Our usual to go location, not sure what is going on. Took a while for me to receive my coffee, received our food and needed utensils. Went for the first time. The food was very, very fresh. It took just a tad bit long to get all the food, but it was well worth the wait. I had the chimichicken (I think thats the name), and it was AMAZING. They have turkey sausage if you want to substitute. My son ate all his food, and thats an A in my book. He had the waffle. We all ordered different things, and it was all great. Frittata with salmon, biscuits with gravy, one of bowls, all were really good. 2024 update. Once again, First Watch delivered! The food was great and so was our service. Coffee was superb ! Had the carrot cake pancakes, and they were soooo good! Those potatoes were out of this world!

The staff was kind. The drink was nice but I had to wait for them to make to beet juice that goes on top. What I order was very bland and had no flavor. I was expecting light but with some sort of flavor. The English muffin was somewhat toasted. The fish was bland and tasted frozen still frozen. Our server was Emerald. She was professional, efficient, and went above to make sure my 1st time was an extremely enjoyble experience. She gave the perfect amount of attention, not hovering and not too absent. We will certainly be back. It might just be my new favorite breakfast spot.

This location service is trash. If you can I prefer Baytown location or down the street at toasted yolk. Waitress took 20 min just to bring me water when she took my order she wasn t paying attention, she had to ask what was that again a few times. get better servers. Never again will I try this location

This place is trash! Whenever they aren t busy, things are good. But on the weekends, they are absolute garbage. The service is mediocre at best, as they don t have enough staff to cover the large amounts of people they have. The worst part is when you order online for pickup, during busy times, they can take over an hour, even when they state the orders will be ready in 15-20 min. Please go to another location!!

This is a place I cant get enough of. I had the biscuit and turkey gravy with eggs, and it was fantastic. I will always eat at First Watch if I know there is one in the town I am visiting.

Parking: Plenty of parking since this restaurant is located at a shopping center. Kid-friendliness: Highchairs are available. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking available; Entry doors are manually operated; cashier and host podium are within a cozy entryway and waiting area, so potentially a challenge for specialty wheelchair sizes/configurations; Dining room: tables w/chairs are close to one another, creating a challenging environment for maneuverability of wheelchairs and mobility assistance apparatus. Check Google Maps business hours to help determine busy times in an effort to avoid crowds. Avoiding peak busy periods will likely enhance the experience of a mobility-challenged individual and their assistant/caregiver at this location, i.e. empty tables may be moved to create a wider path, potential for anxiety may decrease for m-c individuals and their caregiver, less likely that seated diners will be interrupted to make way, etc.

Love it here, great service, get your food pretty quick. Great place to get some breakfast and get some work done. Can be a little loud but headphones work great. Parking: You can tell.if its going to be a wait if you cant find parking.

This was my first visit to First Watch, but Id heard its praises sung by others and was eager to try it. The food did not disappoint! The menu features both very healthy options and less healthy ones (bacon, anyone?), with large portion sizes at reasonable prices. In fact, the portion sizes were so generous that nearly every table took food home . . . including mine. The service staff was attentive and prompt, and on point with every request made. All the food I saw looked delicious, but I can vouch personally only for the lemon ricotta pancakes, which were superb!

My very first time eating at here, and I was hesitant at first because the food looked average. I m glad I ended up trying it out because the food was GOOD! The jam was my favorite. If you are hesitant to eat here because the food looks average , just try it out. You will not be dissatisfied. The pancakes, fluffy. The sausage, good quality. The potatoes, PERFECTION.

I use to love this location but now the service is terrible and has lack luster employees! Plus the food was weak.. One of the hostess is the only one who showed an ounce of concern for me waiting 30 mins for my To go order. This location needs to hang it up. Wont be back
