Cool vibe always a good time on Sat night BUT Drinks are higher because they dont charge to come in And gratuity is added on the price PLUS a late night fee lol which ive NEVER heard of ever at a bar , not sure what that is or why is it being added because if youre open late then why are you charging a fee because of it smh. !!!!!!! 20% gratuity on drinks. I ve visited this Shakertins and several others, and Ive never been charged a late-night gratuity before. In fact, I was here at the same time last weekend and wasn t charged it then, so it was surprising to see it on my tab this weekend. $40 for two shots seems excessive to me. It feels like they might be trying to discourage people from coming here, but whatever the reason, its not acceptable. This feels like robbery.

I went here early July. Had one drink and was over charged one drink. I left a tip on top of a 20% AUTOMATIC GRATUITY. The bartender ADDED HIS OWN tip and overcharged my card with what he thought was enough. Been calling and calling, left a message to call me back, and havent been called back by the general manager yet. I called and placed an order and when my husband went to grab the order and pay and tip for the order it said add additional tip. Apparently they took it upon themselves to add a 20% late night charge even for a pick up. I might also add it s was not a full house maybe 15 or so people. The food is mid at most. I won t be ordering from this place again. Just thought other people should be aware of this late night charge if you are picking up an order at 10 pm on a Saturday.

Came here and was surprised to find that they charge a cover at a place that you literally can t see from the road lmao But for inside the actual place. Drinks are pretty bad, if you want mixed anything be prepared for watering down. Food is big dookie butter (and has the texture of it too). Would highly recommend you stick to wings only because anything else will give you ACTUAL dookie butter and trust me, that bathroom gives off gas station vibes Anyways we were chilling in there and I hear what I thought was a really angry crackhead with a megaphone but it turns out it s some guy who works there showing off his truck that he forgot to put a muffler on - sick one bro! Virginity never sounded so good! Service was ok. There are some folks there that try hard and I appreciate that. Plus, to be a place dedicated to a team like the Raiders, that takes some serious commitment for not getting much in return

This place has literally made my living experience at Muse at Midtown a nightmare! I hate everything about this sports bar. What sports bar do you know that blasts music on any and every day of the week. Can t name one in Addison. Actually can t name one in downtown Dallas. It s just beyond ridiculous and unnecessary to make this place a rowdy club scene ever night. Especially when you re located directly below apartment units. I can never get any rest. It s completely disrespectful

First time here from Houston , service kind of slow , we had to literally sit at the bar to get service but all the women bartenders were nice and kept checking on us. During a quick trip to Dallas, we were referred to check out Shakertins-Addison on a Friday night. It was a good time. The place wasnt overly packed, a mature crowd just having a great time. The good bar service was good and attentive, hookah service was good, and the dj never missed a beat with the music selection. was great! It was just the kind of vibe we were looking for.

I came down here about a year ago and it was better. This time around it wasnt so great. The place was pretty dead, and the servers were not very outgoing. I ordered a Moscow mule and it did not taste all that great. The pretzel bites were over cooked and tough to eat. The quesadilla was pretty good tho. I left after I finished my drink and meal. The first time I went down the bartenders were talkative and interactive with the guest at the bar. This time it was like they were just there to collect a paycheck.

There was a day party happening so we had to pay for a table in order to sit down and pay to eat. The waitress took a long time to come and take my order and took quite a bit to bring the fries I ordered. They didnt taste like truffle fries at all-- just regular and overpriced with red pepper sprinkles. I asked for sauce for them and she forgot until they were cold. The old fashioned cocktail was good. She didnt refill water or check back to see if we wanted another cocktail. She added a late night fee to my ticket at like 4p.

Nice spot. They cleared the chairs from the bar even though i was sitting here for like 45 minutes, cause the Friday evening customers were coming. I m ok with that. I guess it s like a night club on the weekends. Service great. Manager cool. But why do they ADD 20% gratuity automatically and I m all alone. I almost added another 30% that woulda been an awesome tip for them. . Maybe that s a Dallas thing. Watch your receipts. If they re content with 20%. Leave it at that. They re doing the customers a favor just don t be sneaky about it, and pray that the customer messes up when paying the bill and tips twice. That s worst then a double DIP. That s a double TIP!!!!!!! Cmon man!!

I went here on a weekday for happy hour. Ordered chicken nachos and the chicken was dry and hard. The sour cream was so thick. The nachos lacked flavor but had tons of jalapeños on it. Was very disappointed and likely won t return here unless it s for drinks.

My friend and I have checked out the Plano and Allen locations and wanted to see how this one is. Great atmosphere! Im not one to go to Dallas because of the difficulty of finding parking, however, there is a parking garage next to the building! Good bar atmosphere, but my service was average at best, my bartender didnt offer or recommend anything, if I hadnt looked up the specials and menu ahead of time I wouldnt know. Large cavernous room occupied by 20 at 8:PM on a Thursdays hold have been a sign to turn around and walk out. My Bartender/Waitperson when asked hows the Queso replied with not bad . I paid $8.00 for a small cup of bland cheese whiz with chopped jalapeño. Cilantro, cumin, onion? Not a trace. Menu I was handed listed my Queso Dipper as $5. Charged $8.When asked, told $ 5 is the HH price. Didnt matter that was the only menu I had. I wish this team at Shakertins well, as they unintentionally create a trading video on how not to run an F/B operation

We stopped by yesterday to check out the new location of Shakertins. I was very impressed with the interior design. The staff welcomed all the new customers as if theyve been coming there for years. I had an amazing time at the grand opening weekend! The drinks were great and the staff was extremely friendly! I didn t get a chance to try the food but I will next time! My only complaint is that the music was a little too loud and it was a little hard to hear the bartender and my friend I was with. Love the vibe at this new Shakertins location! We were invited to visit the restaurant last night and loved every minute. When we arrived, we were greeted by David, one of the managers. He introduced us to several staff to ensure our needs and expectations were met. The staff was very attentive, the food was great, and the overall feel was fun. We immediately felt at home. Im thankful to Shakertins for letting us check out this location ahead of when the public had a chance to get in. I got the Blood Moon Margarita and Lime in the Coconut here and my order was received promptly. The drinks were delicious and worth the price. I wish I tried the food as there was a limited menu due to the soft opening, but maybe next time. When I initially arrived, I didnt have much direction to sit at a table or know if I could go directly to the bar. I did end up going to the bar, but was a little confused regarding a menu. I would suggest the business to look into adding QR codes on the countertops and tables linking the menu for convenience. It would be easier than flagging someone down to access. Not sure if it was just me, but I barely have any signal in the business as well so I had a hard time getting webpages to load while I was there. Made me a wonder a little bit if there would be public WiFi available for the location. It was a little difficult for the bartenders to hear me and vice versa. Not sure if thats just what I should expect going forward or if the music/volume will decrease when they start playing games, etc. In terms of the menu, Id love to know if there are any Happy Hour specials or events on specific days. I guess more to come, but looking forward to many more HHs and watching games with friends here.
