Ive been trying to get in contact with a manager/owner for about two weeks now to get a copy of my signed receipt to double check what I was charged. My credit card notified me of an unusual charge and it says I left a 125% tip!!! I know my total was around $11 and from what I remember I still tipped well, $4 or so. So not sure why my final charge is so much higher!! Ive left a voicemail and my Facebook messages have been read but not answered. So ridiculous.

Beware of false advertisement. We came here SOLELY for the half price shots and $2 off happy hour beers before the Mavs game only to be told when we received our tab that we should ve read the smallest print in the world on the menu that says not valid on event nights . No happy hour OR daily special on days there is an event which is pretty much every day. We will not be back and don t recommend this place to anyone. Definitely false and misleading advertisement. Our tab ended up being $120 instead of $60.

This spot rocks for Stars and Mavs games. Its a great little spot too just to watch some sports on their HuGE screens and get some solid bar food, like that Cadillac Cheesteak, and a couple drinks. Updating- bc some random drunk guy cheapshot blindside punched me on a separate occasion. You dont expect to get assaulted grabbing a beer. It was total chaos, lack of control from a security and organization aspect. Didnt get my check comped. They threw the guy out but that was it. Could have been a much worse scenario. Stop serving or overserving morons post game/events who are clearly too drunk, rowdy, looking for trouble and dont care about your staff or your bar.

My kids my husband and I wanted to enjoy our Monday afternoon together. My husband suggested this place and we thought no harm would come about. The owner was very unprofessional and not very friendly. My husband had gone to the bathroom and he was very inappropriate towards me and in front of my kids. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give negative stars it would go to this place. Erick will never speak to us this way or other customers. He is wrong for the way he acts!

I had 4 draft Miller Lite Beers and tab was like 45 dollars plus they ask for a 8.50 dollar tip. Almost 55 dollars for a 6.99 dollar 6 pack of Miller Lite from Wal-Mart. Already added 6.80 tip. Plus they wanted another 25 percent tip of 8.50 dollars. So 4 draft Miller lite beers cost Over 60 dollars. Plus while I was there I seen the bartenders plus customers do free shots. That they charge guys like me 15 dollars a shot.

A perfect place to go to before and after events at American Airlines Center. We came tonight before the Drake concert and loved it. It was our first time. The entire staff is great and they work as a team to quickly get offers filled, tables cleaned, and food and drinks dropped off. I asked to have the GM come by and he did. Cole is amazing. What a great team player. Even he was serving tables, table touches, and making sure everyone was having a great time. Check this place out asap. We will be back for sure.

This was a last-minute pick by my wife, and its definitely a great one! Hands down the best wings weve tasted thus far. This is a great option when going to a Mavs game, as the food at the AAC is not great at all . Once you are done eating, you can access the South entry doors only a few steps away. The wings had the perfect crisp to it along with the fries. We also had the Philly Cheesesteak minus the onions and bell peppers (thats why the pic looks plain). You wont be disappointed!

Tried calling multiple times, their voicemail isn t accepting voicemails. This is on top of the fact that they previously gave my girlfriends credit card to a stranger because they didn t check the name on the card. Their solution was for us to meet up with the stranger, who lived in Mckinney. She cancelled the card.

The food was actually very, very good! I just got a hamburger and waffle fries, and I had to pay an extra $1 for cheese and $1 for bacon. The cost on the burger and fries was about $20. I also got an Old Fashion and a cup of water to drink. The burger was very good as were the waffle fries and they were served hot like I like my food. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food tasted. And our server, and I wish I could remember her name, was very friendly and she checked in on us. She was very happy and outgoing and did a great job. I cant remember her name but she was a black young lady that was fun to be around and she had tattoos on her arm that I saw. She was real outgoing and if you get her youll know it was her because she was funny, happy, and enjoyable to have as a server. The place is not very big but it was packed and there was a wait of about 25 minutes to get in. This is just outside of the American Airlines Center. The bathroom door didnt have a lock on it and it was a single occupancy room with nowhere to put anything if you were carrying it. But since the food was so good, I write it off as an occasional expense on a night out to see a concert. I dont know what the exact cost was but I believe it was on average about $50 to $60 a person and there were two of us. Definitely way overpriced but the food was very good and so was the service!
