My husband got into a situation and I needed an attorney ASAP. After calling everywhere all day I found Mark McClelland and he answered on my first call late afternoon which I was not expecting given the phone calls I made earlier in the day with other attorneys that were prolonging the process I needed to happen. We discussed the situation and he was ON IT at that very moment. The communication was awesome especially at a time like that where it was stressful and especially I felt pressing against time but he worked through the whole thing that night and we were to get my husband situation taken care of. He was very informative and ensure I understood the process but I can t say enough how awesome it was to be able to work with him and just the availability he had to ensure it was resolved that night. I would recommend him to anyone.

Words can not explain how grateful I am for Mark and his assistant Jose. About 3-4 years ago I caught 2 felonies and one misdemeanor on drug charges. I was on the DACA program and was facing deportation and jail time. I lived in fear for 3-4 years not knowing what the future held for me. Mark McClelland is THE MOST COMPELLING attorney/person I ve ever hired to trust with my family. He never misses a beat, if he doesn t answer the phone, he calls you right back. There s no leaving messages with the secretary and waiting days to hear from him.
