Great park, but DGC lacks major signage. Dont waste your time when its raining or has been raining unless, of course, you like to play in the rain and mud, then youre in luck.

I grew up coming here and I also brought my adult sons here when they were little. In it s current state, this park gets pretty full because there s a disc golf course here. They also have a children s playground, basketball court and one baseball field and updated restrooms. I however come early in the day to eat breakfast or lunch and to enjoy the trees before the disc golf players take over the space. The only thing keeping them from getting a 5-star review is a missing, clear walking path (sidewalk) like Haltom City has at another park I enjoy going to. If they would add that, I would be here daily. People do walk here, but it s not separated from the traffic. Toilets: Updated restrooms. I have never used them though.

My home turf. Really enjoy coming here and practice my disc golf skills. They do upkeep the course well. Occasionally move the holes from time to time. Dog-friendliness: A lot people come here with dogs. Very well received. Picnic area: Does have picnic area. Not sure if need reservation.

We enjoyed a round of doubles at the disc golf park. My partner shot several birdies for our team. Toilets: Restrooms are locked for the winter while they have the water off to protect from freezing.

Good for an event once in awhile. Tire area looks dirty run down. Decent frisbee golf course, do not come here with your kids, always strange looking men sitting in their vehicles for no reason very seedy. Playground: Cheap basics playground nothing special.. Toilets: What can I say public bathrooms at a public park not poop here again. Dog-friendliness: Large open area for dogs be careful nobody keeps their dogs on a leash run wild some have a tax small children. Picnic area: Basic dirty Park picnic area charcoal grills rusted better bring your own grill. Exclamation

Pretty good disc golf course. Lots of trees that play as obstacles and mandos but its all open and mowed underneath the trees so theres little to no brush or thick areas to hunt or dig for your disc. As far as I could tell there isnt really anywhere youd lose a disc which is always a plus. Tees are a little small and can be slightly hard to find the next one. Having a nap in Udisc made it easy but otherwise I wouldnt have know what direction to go after some baskets.

Every time I go to this park I m reminded of how much I hate it. There s always trash all over the ground. The road and parking spaces are a mess of gravel and potholes, with huge puddles after rain. Disc golfers have their dogs off leash despite signs against it, and today there s caution tape on part of the playground, I couldn t quite tell why. Also it s on the corner of 820 and 377 so there s a lot of traffic noise. Only pros are it s close to my house and there s a lot of trees. I went today to save time driving but decided to drive to another park anyway after I was there for a few minutes. My toddler was bored anyway.

Highly technical course. Its fun and challenging to play. There arent any easy holes (#11 and #13, maybe) and there are some incredibly tough holes. Im looking at you, #10. Id rate this course 5 stars if their signage was better. If youre new to the course its hard to tell where to go next. Some tee pads look like they belong to one hole, but theyre backwards so you know it isnt right. Takes a minute to figure many of them out. Other than that its a fun course to play. We ve been coming to this park since it s the closest to us. They took out all the unused game fields and such so there s just one big one now. It left behind a huge field of just grass, which is good for various activities like for dogs or flying a kite. Disc golf is huge there and there s always people doing it. There s a loop around the baseball field that s good for biking or jogging. The playground is good, although it s next to the highway so kinda loud. There s a nice open basketball court. The squirrels and birds are very lively and plentiful. I wish the pollution was handled a bit better and it s not uncommon to see beer bottles or something similar laying around. There s a lot of people that come to sit in their car too. I don t understand it but sometimes they re shady characters.

Great place to go play disc golf. They have two layouts, shorts (regular tees) and longs. The fence line along hole 1 is taken down and it opens up a nice hyzer line. The layout is a little confusing for a first timer. The course has a good variety of shots, from flex line shots to tunnel shots to bomb shots, it has it all. There is a small stream that runs through some of the holes. Be sure to have some kind of disc retriever or a towel with you in case you land it directly in the water. Its not deep but its muddy all around the stream. I would suggest downloading the Udisc app to get detailed course information that may not be at the park. It has a full course layout, distance of holes, more detailed reviews, etc.
