Sort of a cross between a sports bar and a brasserie with good food. Full bar but no draft beer. Variety of menu options with well-prepared food. There is an outdoor pet-friendly patio with large sun umbrellas. Valet parking and self-pay lot under the McKinney-Olive Building (which may be compd by the restaurant).

What a beautiful September evening with zero humidity and nice breeze. We entered the restaurant with a nice greeting and decided to eat on the patio. The host told us who our server would be (west Texas young lady. Tiki). Different server came over to tell us he would be helping our server and ask us if he could take our drink order. My wife ordered the 4 side plate with artichoke and I decided on Danish Ribs. Yummy dinner. Manager came to our table to introduce herself and thank us for our visit. Upon leaving the hostess thank us and said have a good evening. I give a 100% for perfection. Vegetarian options: See picture of 4 side entree.

Went today for brunch.. wewent to the Doc Bs in Austin so we were excited to find one here. Staffwas friendly! We ordered a drink, then our meal. We had the chicken sausage biscuit, and the filet mignon bowl.. delishous! Our beverages came out after our lunch. It was strange because the restaurant was empty. Not sure what was happening with the bartender. I ordered a watermelon smash, (muddled watermelon, lemonade, tequila, and mint) sent the first one back, the second one wasnt much better, but it was on the house.. food was great! Server did good, had no control over the bar situation. Maybe we will be back for the food, drinks, not so much. Parking: Park in the garage and validate.

I am a big fan of Doc B s. Great service/food/etc. I am only giving a 3 star rating because I paid with the QR Code at my table (via the Sunday App) and when I selected a 20% tip (which was even calculated based on total + tax), the app told me that my tip was below average and that 22% is what I should tip based on other diners, which was quite off-putting. I was also charged a digital service fee. Not a great experience.

Doc B s never disappoints. The menu is great and food tastes equally as good. I ve been there many times for both dine-in and carryout. The service is consistently good as well from the manager, to the greeters and servers. I highly recommend My favorite dishes are the one pound meatball, chicken parm (although it s gotten much smaller in size), fall off the bone ribs (literally), wok bowls (very tasty) and the number six (chicken sandwich). Honestly, I ve never had a bad item on the menu.

Awful experience! An important item was left off of my take out order. Upon returning to the restaurant (after Id gone all the way home and realized the key item was missing), I was forced to wait for a manager with a very cavalier attitude who failed to adequately rectify the issue... Some folks dont belong in the service industry... The manager I encountered was certainly one of them...

We walked in and were seated immediately. Our server, Tori, was extremely attentive. She made sure that our drinks were always refilled, that the food was to our liking, and she offered suggestions prior to us ordering. (We ended up ordering almost all of her suggestions!) This is our first time dining here. We leave Texas next week, but will definitely return prior to. Hopefully we get Tori again!

When they are slow they are lazy. I sat here waited 10+ mins for a take out order. It was only 2 people dining LITERALLY! The order was placed at 1030 so why is it 1140 and the order still isnt ready when clearly no one is in here? I wouldnt recommend this place or come back to this place.

I was super excited to dine at Doc Bs because of the glowing reviews, unfortunately we had a different experience. Upon walking in, the hostess just stared at us blankly and kept her RBF the rest of the evening. We had a baby and she didn t ask if we would like a high chair and didn t open the door for me when I walked by her with a sleeping infant in my arms. That s probably picky but I m in the service industry and really believe the devil is in the details and providing an elevated experience is the key to success! Our server Sasha took awhile to greet us but we could see he was trying to get food out to other tables. The manager grabbed us some waters. Sasha made up for it with great service and a great attitude for the rest of our meal. Husband had the pork chop and I had a Buffalo chicken salad and subbed tofu. Omg, the dressing was amazing. We loved our meals. Our drinks took 15 min at least which is wild because there were 40 people in the restaurant in various stages of their meal. So why did I see a server making her tables drinks? What was the bartender doing? You gotta be able to support that volume or get a manager behind the bar. My dirty martini was mostly vermouth. I got a different martini on their speciality menu but it had some garnish that was like loose tea leaves and so bitter. Impossible not to accidentally get in your mouth with a martini glass. Yuck. Honestly, I ll get a salad and potatoes to go again because the food was awesome. I feel bad for Sasha. Hopefully it was just an off night.

If you ve read my other reviews you pretty much know I m big on customer service. I give this place a 10/10. My bartender liv was amazing the hostess tonight (black lady with a short cut and light eyes) was amazing (I didn t catch her name but want to make sure y all know who I m talking about. & Henry who answered the phone everytime I called for assistance with parking AMAZING. I ordered the wok bowl. Noodles were tougher than I thought they would be BUT I d order it again because the fresh broccoli, the sauces, the mushrooms everything intertwined together really made that dish. I m not a gin person but liv gave me a different perspective because those French 75s and the cucumber she made for me really was great! I did try to order wine but we couldn t quite get one to fit my taste buds. I went during hh so my price tag was under $50 before tip. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back

Lovely , just amazing! I don t know where to start from the food or the ambiance of the service it s all just so perfect here ; initially I was a little skeptical if I would find good vegetarian food or not but I m mesmerised after having their vegetarian burger it s just full of greens and the patty is so tasty ; also the crispy jalapeño potatoes and their rustic salsa were yummm and you can see the vegetarian patty is so nice and delicious Vegetarian options: Well just ask them and they will recommend you according to your taste Parking: They charge just 5$ for the valley parkway

We absolutely had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the restaurant was beautiful! It was my first time trying the candied bacon and I crave to have more the grilled California artichoke and the housemade guacamole was outstanding!!! The West Coast Steak Sandwich was so tender and flavorful and the California Salad was fresh and delicious! The Pork Chop was fantastic too! The drinks were beautiful and delicious! The staff were so attentive, friendly and delightful! One person in our party has a severe food allergy to tomato and we could not have been more comfortable with the level of commitment to not cross contaminate. The restaurant itself was beautiful and impeccable! Parking was easy in the garage. We were visiting and I can t wait to go back next time I am in Dallas!

Why I give this a 5 star is because they have very nice staff the food is amazing and healthy.All of the dishes were delicious.I recommend trying the key lime pie it SO good its made with this crunchy part then some whipped cream on top which is amazing then the middle part of the s my favorite its not so sour like other key lime pie s. This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in the area! Perfect for pretty much any occasion from lunch to date nights and even takeout! Food: There hasn t been anything I ve tried yet that I didn t like!! First things first, the chimichurri roasted chicken wings and crispy jalapeño potatoes are my ultimate favorites and it s pretty hard to come here without having one of these items. Those wings are easily my favorite wings in Dallas. As far as starters, the tomato & goat cheese bisque, chicken littles & fries, oven roasted wings, grilled California artichokes, shrimp cocktail and angry meatball are all delicious and great choices. As far as entrees go, it should be noted that they have a filet on the menu for only $26!! And it comes with my favorite jalapeño potatoes. Def can t beat the price and it s the perfect amount of food!! If you have a big appetite, the chicken parmesan is huge - you could probably get 2-3 meals out of it, or could be great to split! The single cut pork chop was good as well. If you re looking for something healthy, they have a selection of salads, but I personally recommend the chicken kebabs which come with a great cucumber, tomato, feta salad or the Wok Out Bowls. With the bowls, you can choose your base (sticky brown rice/lo mein/quinoa), protein (chicken/tofu/steak/shrimp/salmon/seared ahi tuna), and sauce (teriyaki/sweet & sour). Cocktails: The bartender has made me several great dirty martinis and my favorite house cocktail is the Crazy Beautiful (Vodka, elderflower, spiced pear, sparkling). They have a daily happy hour from 5-7 and different specials every day. They do an all day happy hour on Mondays. Service: The first couple times we came, we sat up at the bar and the bartender was friendly and attentive. Every time we ve sat at a table, the service has been great as well. The servers have been knowledgeable about the menu and always took the time to explain the menu and help us ensure we were making the right choice! I ve ordered takeout once and the hostess who handled the order did a great job. The staff has always been welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Atmosphere: There are a few big TVs at the bar so it s a great place to come watch a game! They also have a nice patio with gas heaters for the winter time. I like the artwork. There are big windows so the restaurant gets tons of natural light during the day, but also has a great dim romantic ambiance at night. Will post more pictures in the future and can t wait to try the rest of the menu!

We were treated very poorly here. We ordered Uber eats, and when we went to pick up our order, and although it was marked ready on the app, the hostess did not see our order ready. My husband pointed out that someone had just dropped a new order on the counter. She interrupted him very rudely to tell him Don t tell me how to do my job . Then when my husband addressed the rude behavior, she interrupted him to say there are other people here turns out the order that was dropped at the counter was our order so we took the food and left, but the service was truly disappointing.

I had Cole here once before. My friends and I decided to come for NYE. We enjoyed our time but there were a few things I would suggest be enhanced. -food Candied bacon: 10/10 especially if you ve never had it Ribs: 10/10 these would ve been great even without the sauce. The juiciness and flavor was definitely there. Jalapeño potatoes: 2/10 burnt not crispy, and lacked flavor. The only flavor profile I picked up was grease. There was no salt or pepper. And the cream they add on top is not what you expect. Chicken kabobs: my friends enjoyed these! The mushrooms were tasty. Key lime pie: 8.5/10 the whipped cream was very bland. But the pie was amazing. Cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake: 5/10 tasted like a regular cheesecake with a few extra sprinkles of cinnamon. Drinks: French 75: classic drink, perfect for NYE 9/10 Crazy beautiful: this drink is served straight up. Nice floral notes and tasty drink. You ll only need one drink if you get this lol. My friend thought it was strong. But I enjoyed it. chimichurri wings: 10/10 we loved these so much! Parking: Park in the garage on Harwood that is immediately behind the restaurant. It is titled office parking the restaurant will validate the parking for you.

Okay, the Danish Ribs (baby back) are 10/10. The ahi tuna was great but I did the ahi salad instead of the ahi entree and honestly the salad was not good, had zero flavor. But the tuna was great. Grilled artichoke app is a must. I would go here just for the Beverly Hills martini (gin, mint, honey, cucumber) and sweet potato fries. BF got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheesecake which is something I would never order but I was impressed with it.

I visited this restaurant for my birthday lunch and it was phenomenal. The food is amazing and taste even better once it s in a doggy bag at home. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive even though the place was quite full. I would definitely recommend to others.

This was our first time going to this restaurant. Everything was good. We had the chicken kebabs and the vegetable noodles w/ shrimp. We will return. Parking: Far as the parking if you take your ticket into the restaurant, they will add an extra hour, so it will be a total of three hours.

I have dined here twice and ordered 9 times. The food is great. The service is less than perfect. The hostesses pretty much pick and choose whom they decide to be nice to. They need a little polishing on paying attention to details when it comes to customer care. They never include utensils. I have to literally to ask for them every time I pick up my order. There s been many times I ve had to use my hands to eat salad because they don t automatically include utensils based on all my personal experiences at Doc Bs. They are mild Nasty and borderline unpleasant at the door as soon as you walk in. I have spend about $700 here in a period of 9 months. If the service was better, it would have been over $2000. The only one nice here is the General Manager and one girl with a foreign accent that helped me July 20th in the outdoor patio one early afternoon. I have my reservations eating here. The experience I had today made more more apprehensive to eat here again.

This place is just like a hidden gem , the service was amazing . I love the warm towels they bring for your hands the servers were amazing and nice and patient as our party arrived. The explained the menu , everything recommended was soo good. Sweet potatoes chips and gauc were soo good . The wings , just everything we ordered was really good , I definitely will be back

They have a few vegan options here, which I was excited about. The salads looked yummy, but I wanted something different, so I ordered the All Green Burger with no cheese or bun. The bun and cheese has dairy in it. The patty was just average and fell apart as soon as I took a bite out of it. There was not really a lot of flavor. The drink was on point and I enjoyed that. I m thinking I ll try a salad my next visit.

It was my first time there, and it was a Sunday evening. It was a peaceful vibe in a cute, cozy spot. The staff was very nice. They made an error on our meal. but we didnt have time to let them redo the order, so they took off the cost of the bacon appetizer. I ate one of their chicken sandwiches with fries. It had decent taste, but nothing above average. I would definitely give them another go and try something else, though.

YES YES YES! This place exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. We went for a late Sunday lunch. Staff was immediately attentive and welcoming. We were seated quickly at a good table. Our server TK came quickly, got our drinks fast, and recommended the perfect plate for us. The food was absolutely amazing, the presentation of every plate was so beautiful, the food was so tasteful with unique and balanced flavors. The bathrooms were clean and felt so personal and inviting. I felt like I was using a bathroom at home, not a public restroom. Whoever runs this venue is doing everything right! Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will be back with friends.

This restaurant was very tasty. The presentation of the food is beautiful and it is a great place for a date night. We loved the giant meatball, it was flavorful and bright, the whipped ricotta is slightly spicy but not over done, the meat was cooked properly and still very tender. We also shared a 6oz filet, and they gave us seperate plates and divided it for us, it was perfectly cooked and the fried jalapeno potatoes were hot and crisp with a delicious cream parm sauce on them. The keylime pie was house made and vibrant, tangy, and had house made whip and a thick, creamy texture. Everything we had was perfect. The only complaint I have is parking. We had to park underground across the intersection and paid 15$ for the weekend rate. It is downtown in the city part of Dallas. So be aware of that. They take reservations and they have indoor or outdoor seating. Also, huge drink selection available and bar that you can sit at. 5 stars well earned.
