I was a guest at a wedding at this venue and my wallet went missing. The manager informed us a day later that she found my ID card and credits cards (not the wallet or the $300). When I tried to pick up my ID and credits cards, the manager repeatedly mentioned how there is an unpaid invoice for the wedding. I told them I was a just a guest and not liable for the bill. I had to get the police involved. When I arrived to pick up my belongings, the manager handed me a phone with the owner on the other side who kept screaming about this unpaid invoice and I kept telling him that I was a guest and finally hung up on him. I had to argue with Lidia until she finally relented and gave me back my wallet. I would be so worried to host an event here as both the manager and the owner have no problem harassing guests. And I will never attend another event here. Also, the venue had a giant cockroach that came out of the kitchen to the dance hall in the middle of the wedding. Plus the toilets are really weird and disgusting.

Magnificent Rostros Magazine event in this beautiful place. I never imagined seeing a dance floor that rises, it was the best. This room has it all from spectacular chandeliers, top-notch service, to the space and layout and all the special effects from the LED screens, the revolving dance floor and the cake that comes down from the ceiling. I recently went with this hall for my daughters sweet 16. All around the hall is beautiful but the staff is horrible at communication. All they do is try to promote and promotes they dont care nothing about my daughters event just the money theyre putting in the owners pocket. Lidi made it very difficult for us...all she wanted to do was praise the hall and talk about all the add-ons they were going to do for renovations. When I saw the hall after the renovations it was horrible. They upgraded chairs, making it sound so elegant. The chairs were falling apart during the whole event which was very embarrassing. We were promised the whole day to decorate and to do hair and makeup before the start of our event.They do not tell you that they will be doing walkthroughs the day of your event. these walkthroughs consisted of people bringing their children touching the decorations, moving or decorations while we were trying to decorate. I found this to be a big inconvenience. When I bought my frustrations to the staffs attention, Lidi still persisted to do walkthroughs. I was also someone who is living in California and had to travel for this event. I tried to get in contact to make sure things went smoothly months leading up to our event. They decided to get in contact with me the week of demanding things listing things that I could and could not do and I found that very frustrating as well. The price I paid I dont think I was treated the way I should have been treated. I wouldnt recommend this hall solely based on their staff. The owner highly needs to hire new people. Lidi gots to go!! They need people that truly care about the process of someones special day!!! I also wish I wouldnt have used their vendors such as DJ or woman that had the 360 camera.

This hall is very beautiful but so many problems and for what we paid was not worth it. Very bad communication, very bad renovations, waitstaff was horrible and all around a hassle to deal with. Its not worth it at all. They need major major changes. Im still waiting for the owners number to give them feedback. The renovation was very poorly done. So sad gorgeous hall with lots of potential but needs the right leaders. What they promote is nothing of what you will get. Dont get sucked into the promotion.

I don t know where to start to express my gratitude of having my wedding at Enchanted Ballroom. The venue is gorgeous, clean, royal chandeliers, crystal tables and chairs. They have a huge LED screen on the stage & couple smaller screens one can use for pre-wedding photo display. The venue coordinator Lidi is an amazing human being. She helped us throughout every single step of wedding preparations. She even created a digital seating chart for our event. Moreover, she worked on her day off voluntarily at no cost to make sure everything goes smooth on the day of the event. The venue owner Abdi is a nice gentleman, also helped us so much & even opened the drapes for us when we entered to the wedding hall. The rest of the staff is super friendly and professional. If you want your event to be perfect & stress free, I highly recommend Enchanted Cypress Ballroom!

4/29/23 We celebrated our daughters Sweet 16 at Enchanted Cypress Ballroom. The venue is breathtaking! We were completely blown away by the elegance of this venue. The staff were amazing, from the doorman to the wait staff, they were all friendly and professional! Lidi was there from the signing of our contract to the event date, any time I had a question she was quick to reply. I highly recommend this venue, you will not regret it! The venue is very dark, very dirty walking into the ceremony area, and very dirty in the very front of the building. The water fall wasn t running and it was filthy with green mold everywhere. As I shared my concerns with the lady (don t know if she was the owner or not), she simply stated oh yeah it is what it is. That was a lousy excuse for the venue being so nasty and not clean. They are overpriced for this venue and this type of attitude. I wouldn t recommend this venue to anyone. Response to the Owner Please be advised that your establishment was NOT CLEAN. It is very difficult to believe that you have corrected the issues in less than 24 hours. The fountain was full of green mold, cob webs with living spiders in the entrance of the establishment, and it was very dirty walking into the building. The drapery in the entrance were full of dead bugs that hadn t been cleaned in awhile. The uneven flooring to the ballroom is a hazard to anyone that is of age. I don t believe that the time I arrived would have changed what I saw with my own eyes. Yes, there was a guy painting in the ballroom which is not apart of the complaint, which is the only room that is a part of your advertisement. It would be profitable if you advertise the entire building, not just your grand ballroom before anyone makes a ride to this filthy venue. The complaint speaks of how nasty and dirty the drive-up and walk-up is to your establishment. If the cost is thousand of dollars, then please invest in a clean-up crew. I would not recommend this venue to anyone,owner is a scam artist,after you sign the contract, they let you know if after you exceed 80 guest,its 100$ each person 30$ for kids.they do not put that on the contract. They canceled our wedding and refused to give back our deposit. Owner called my wife at her place of employment and threatened her after she wrote a bad review on Facebook, please be careful.

Had been there in Nov 2019 to check out the location for a family event. The place has a dark and dingy look for a bright event that we wanted. Also overpriced - and the manager made it clear that we take it or leave! While we were figuring out options, she kept showing us the lowest priced options, patronizingly. When we requested for the all better the facilities and pricing options , she actually said you will die if you to hear those prices!!! She could not name the actual owners of the facility, saying that its some vague investors. Needless to say, we left. Will surely not recommend this to others.

As a wedding photographer, this place is really a nightmare. The place was like a dungeon. No windows, dark, and the entire front area is uncomfortably dark. All of this can be dealt with if the lighting conditions stay consistent. The staff there, seemingly at random, would turn the lights up and down without any warning during various parts of the ceremony or reception. Made my life exceedingly difficult. Add to that the fact that the staff barged in while we were taking formal shots and told us we had to leave (no five minute warning, no well need to get this wrapped up) - I just cant do it. Second wedding I have had to do here, and hopefully my last.

I can not express enough how breathtaking this venue is. My daughters 15th birthday (quinceanera) was this past weekend and it was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful experience since day 1. Approx 1month before our event we lost our coordinator. Im not going to lie i was a little scared. Let me just say that Joe Reyna took over as if he was our coordinator from day 1. The planning and preparation never missed a beat. He made us feel so comfortable, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I met Sara the night of the event. She came over from their other venue to help Joe since he was also our DJ. She was also great and super helpful always informing me of what would happen next. I can go on and on. The waitstaff were so attentive with our guests always catering and makins sure everyone was taken care of. Bartenders were impressive at how fast they were preparing our special drinks. It was absolutely incredible. I wouldnt think twice, i would definaty use this venue for future celebrations. Thank you so much to Joe Reyna and ALL the staff at Enchanted Cypress. This venue is absolutely gorgeous!! After a rough patch with the change of staff and lack of communication, Angela (wedding coordinator) came on board and saved the day! She was fabulous and had everything we needed under control leading up to, as well as the night of our reception. She was attentive and wonderful! The decor, setup, food was amazing. My guests repeatedly commented on the awesome food. The venue is so easy as everything you need is inclusive. The major flaw was the DJ. He was horrible!! I was so disappointed with him. He had a major lack of communication prior to our event. During the cocktail hour and dinner, I repeatedly asked him to turn down the music as we tried to interact and talk to our guests, as we were yelling to hear everyone. Then during dinner he started to play our first dance song. I was so mad! I yelled at him to quickly turn it off. Then to make matters worse, he couldnt get the mother/groom song to play. I stood there, horrified as I watched my husband stand there in silence for 10 minutes, embarassed and waiting to have this amazing moment with his mom. Poor Angela repeatedly tried to tell him, but it was out of her control. He was terrible. If you choose this vendor, and I highly recommend them, make sure you do not get Tyler (DJ Motai) as your DJ. You will more than regret it and I hope they absolutely do not continue to use him! Thank you Angela for everything. You made that night so special, and tried everything to make the night go according to plan!

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Enchanted Cypress Ballroom! It was the most stress free part of my wedding planning, by far. The food was amazing, the DJ was very flexible and open to requests, the cake looked like it came straight out of a magazine and the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking! I am so grateful to Naelly and Lauren for all of their help, they were quick to communicate with me and went above and beyond in so many ways to make my wedding day perfect! I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride who is looking for an amazing event and great service with no stress. :)
