Service was very good. The Shakeburger wasnt very impressive. For almost $7, the burger was small. I couldnt taste anything special about the burger. The fries were more impressive. The inside restaurant was loud. We do appreciate the offer on T-Mobile Tuesday.

I went to the drive through and waited a very long time then I still had to park in front to wait. It wasn t very busy so I don t understand why it took so long. I got an extra sauce for my patience. The last time we had Shake Shack was a few years ago in New York and I have to say it was much cleaner than the Grand Prairie location. The service was decent, the food was good but there was nowhere to sit in an empty restaurant because all the tables had trash or were dirty. If and when we go back we are definitely taking it home. I expect a better experience for the price.

*****UPDATE**** although I appreciate the offer below for a second experience on your dime, I tried it again and had the same experience ! food is bland, overpriced and greasy $18 for chicken nuggets fries and a shake. No thank you I ll go to McDonald s. For a first time customer the impression left a bad taste in my mouth: It Started out bad when the kid at the drive through did not even even know their menu. Asked for the Korean style sweet and spicy burger prominently displayed before the menu and on the pull up menu. She had no clue what I was talkies no about. Them told me oh it s just a regular chicken sandwich? Only ordered malt and fries and it took 22 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me .8 of those being in at the window. When the food actually came out fries were undercooked, greasy and no seasoning. Oh and it was $12 for just fries and a malt. Thank you but I ll stick to Braums.

Ordered from the website to have delivered & it wouldnt accept my address input. They didnt call to inform me of the issue with getting my order delivered. They trashed my order & didnt refund me. I had to drive to the location, explain what happened & they offered to remake my order, but did not refund my tip or delivery charge. Poor customer assistance .

Our food was cold. The chicken sandwich had no flavor. The cheese fries looked like a half slice of cheese was laid over it and stuck in the microwave. Nothing appetizing. We had to heat up our food when we got home, there was no warmth at all on the chicken. If we eat out, we want food that tastes good but we dont want to cook. This was not it. We ate the rest of our leftover Johnsonville turkey brats instead. We thought wed give it a try, but it was mediocre at best. No reason to return. Wasted $30. Parking: Didnt park to stay.

First time going today. I went through the drive thru. The lady on the speaker was nice and helpful being my first time. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger , crinkle fries and lemonade. I absolutely love how everything was so neatly packed in a box and bagged. It s a bit pricey but worth it meat seasoned to perfection everything was fresh and hot. Increase the service level with well trained, caring employees, add value to the menu and chances increase. Food was the best thing here. As is with the new world you self order so there is no interaction with a human. They did have the option of a real person to take your order. But being the first time visiting this establishment we decided to do self order as to not clog the line of others. They ask for a tip when paying, before you know if the service or food is any good. If it wasnt for that I would be happy to give 5 stars and even tip AFTER, I enjoy my most delicious meal.

We were trying this for the first time because our friend recommend it. There are no combos. You have to order everything separately and it is expensive! The large drink is a medium everywhere else and its 90% ice. We were in the drive through and had to wait at the window for at least 15 minutes. The food wasn t even hot when it did come out. They also got one of our $12 burgers wrong so they had us pull to the front and wait even longer. The burger that got corrected was fresh and tasted great, everything else was okay. I would not come here again because it doesn t feel worth it.

Tried it for the first time, service was great and our food came out quick even though it was a little busy. The portions are small. I regret to update my previous review with a series of disappointing experiences at this establishment. Despite multiple visits following my initial positive encounter, I encountered consistent issues with my orders. As someone with specific dietary requirements, being dairy and gluten-free, its crucial for me to trust that these needs are accurately met. Unfortunately, on each visit, my orders were incorrect in regard to these restrictions. The most recent visit was particularly disheartening. Already facing a challenging day, the errors in my order compounded my frustration. Upon arrival, my order was not received, though the employee efficiently took it down once alerted. However, upon returning home, I discovered that my burger was not gluten-free as requested. Upon returning to the establishment to rectify the error, I was met with further disappointment. Despite my explanation, the manager assured me that the order was correct. Regrettably, upon inspection, it was evident that the burger contained cheese, contrary to my dietary needs. Throughout this exchange, there was a lack of acknowledgment or attempt to address the situation. These repeated instances of oversight and lack of attention to detail have led me to the decision to no longer patronize this location. I feel compelled to caution others, especially those with dietary restrictions, about the inconsistencies I have encountered. In conclusion, I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for the establishment to improve its attention to detail and adherence to dietary requirements, ensuring a more positive experience for all patrons. Well worth the hype. Im always weary of trying places that have a lot of hype, like in n out and five guys, both places with such dedicated followings, but in the end, just ok. This though this is what I expected out of a place that gets a lot of buzz. At first, I thought the burger might be a pittle small, but I was full by the end. My husband had the link burger, I had the shack stack, and we shared a large chocolate shake, Everything was delicious. The burger patties were perfect. The toppings didnt take away from letting the meat shine, and the shake was so satisfying. Well worth the price. Also the staff was so nice! I cant wait to go back.

I love shake shack and this is a great location with awesome customer service... The food was delicious and fresh as always... This time I purchased the Korean BBQ double burger that was amazing and the smokeshack burger that has a nice spicy kick... I tried the hot dog with bacon and crispy onions on top which was very delicious... These items are definitely a must try 10/10 for the win OH! I cant forget about the frozen custard oh my goodness its silky smooth and very tasteful... Go get yourself some a.s.a.p

I should have gone inside, being that it was my first time today. I was unhappy with the single cheeseburger that did not even have one pickle or lettuce, only meat, cheese, and bread. The size of the burger looked like something a child would eat because it was smashed. I do not mind spending money, but I want what I ordered to be worth it. I like the fries and the strawberry shake. I wouldnt say I like that there are no choices for a combo meal. Whataburger has my business! The employee was friendly! Everything is over-priced. A burger, fries and a shake cost me almoat $23. The ordering process is automated with customer touchscreen stations. You get a text on your phone when your order is ready, and the only interaction I had with any of the staff was a young lady handing me my food tray at the counter. Braums has equally good shakes at half the price, and just about any other burger place has equally good burgers and fries. Save yourself the $$ and go to some other burger joint. They do have other menu items like chicken and some Korean cuisine items. Just my 2 cents

Save yourself some money and go to 5 guys or something as such. This food is OVERPRICED for what youre getting. A grilled cheese, a bacon cheeseburger, 2 fries, and 2 drinks was $35. The burger doesnt come with any condiments on it.. its exactly what is says.. bacon, cheese. And burger. You put all your own mayo, mustard on. The fountain drinks are $4 for a large which is a small at most competitors. The food wasnt BAD.. just definitely nothing special to charge so much.

I have been food poisoned from Shake Shack in Grand Prairie. I received my food through the drive thru last night and everything was cold. I didn t get any fries this time because my fries were not cooked all the way my last visit. However, I gave them another chance all to say I have been throwing up only my burger all morning. This place may need to shut down for awhile and regroup on food sanitization. Since this was my second bad experience, i unfortunately will not return. Food poison is not to be taken lightly and hope others don t suffer like me. Do better Shake Shack. Please work on the safety of your customers rather than just making another easy buck.

Had an amazing experience at the newly opened Shake Shack in Grand Prairie, Texas! Opted for the Veggie Shack with no cheese or Shakesauce and when I brought it home I added vegan cheese and vegan mayo. The patty was perfectly seasoned and it was a flavor explosion! The fries were crispy and paired wonderfully with the Veggie Shack. But the star of the show was the non dairy Chocolate Shake rich, creamy, and surprisingly indulgent. It s a must-try for dairy-free dessert lovers! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Kudos to Shake Shack for catering to different dietary preferences without compromising on taste. If you re in Grand Prairie, make sure to stop by for a delicious and satisfying meal. This is odd.. they have burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, and yes shakes. 5 flavors. The name led us to believe otherwise.. shakes are like an afterthought here. People were friendly but we waited way too long for 2 shakes. It was a weekday mid afternoon and they were slow. We saw our shakes sitting on a rack not being offered to us- finally when asked the guy apparently just thought we had also ordered food.. so not looking at the ticket I guess. I doubt we will be back but the shake was good.

Food is mediocre and way overpriced. Burgers are salty, dry, and small. Fries are fine. The main issue youll experience at this location is how long it takes to get food. We waited over 30 minutes for a family of 4. Additionally, the kiosks (which is how you order) are limited. I think they made our shakes first because they were completely melted by the time we got them. 3/4 of the shakes were fine but nothing special; tasted like melted ice cream. The black and white shake (vanilla with chocolate swirl) was disgusting. It tasted like straight Hershey chocolate syrup. We wont be back. We spent $70, 4 burgers, 4 fries, 4 shakes, which is just crazy for food that takes forever and is mediocre at best.

Usually I LOVE shake shack. This one was a different story. The chicken patty on my sandwich was about the size of a fat nugget. No clue how they really look at that and think yea I m gonna put that on a SANDWICH. On top of that, the avocado was black and hard. It had obviously been sitting out for a while. Food was very delicious, we had their main shack burger which the meat was seasoned well, better than in and out; and veggie option shroom burger (contains no meat). The burgers are smaller than Texas is used to like Whataburger size burgers and we only got two burgers, shared a cheese fries and 2 shakes. Overall the price is higher (spent a little over 30 and change) compared to a normal burger joint, however, from my understanding they use a higher grade meat. So overall we would come here again! Vegetarian options: I had the shroom burger which was very delicious.

It was my first time to come here and I ordered a cookies and cream shake that was good but nothing special. I ordered chicken bites and fries with cheese on the side. Chicken bites had good flavor but really greasy I had to roll them in a napkin and still were really greasy. Fries came out cold but I asked for fresh ones and they were polite and gave us fresh ones. Fries were also very greasy. I d come back for the shake.
