Ive given this place 4 opportunities to change my mind. However one experience might be okay, the next is a disaster. How is it there are a total of 10 customers yet our 2 beers come after our food order? Please save yourself from ordering the pizza because you will get clogged arteries and tastes like old cheese. Waitresses take forever to place an order and hard to get a refill. Only saving grace about this place is its drinks. Service sucks and food is a hit or miss.

My guy tried the new street sliders with the crispy chili oil, and they were goooood! I dont tolerate heat real well so I only had a couple bites but what I did have tasted really good! I will never tire of their fresh pretzels. The queso alone is good but the mustard sauce is top notch. Our server was attentive and the food was great!

Weve only been twice and both times had issues with the service. Servers werent rude or anything, one was just almost non existant, asked her for our check, she wandered off for about 10 min then came back and asked if we were done. She seemed surprised when I told her yeah thats why I asked for a check 10 min ago but you just wondered off A little better training of the wait staff and a manager thats paying some attention to that, and checking on customers would go a long way. Food is good. Drink selection is huge.

The worst food ever, I tried the burger and its a frozen flat pattie, so taste like cardboard, then tried the pizza and it was not cooked at all, couldnt even tear it apart, been here before once and tried several things and everything just came out terrible, if this place wants to stay open around here they need to stop serving frozen foods and actaully hire a good cook, this was bar food at its worst!!

We loved coming here until this most recent visit. Several of the beers we tried to order were out, there were flies everywhere (the doors and windows were closed) and the server we had was inattentive and made us feel like an inconvenience. We planned on staying for multiple rounds of drinks and dinner and we decided to leave after one drink because it just felt like a waste of money with the experience we were getting. Such a bummer.

I can t believe how bad the service was. The cooks are something else. They refused to make an item that s on the secret menu according to our waitress. Fried pickles. They said not a chance. Then they sent the food out cold. I could see the cook arguing through the order window with the waitress. I ll never eat at this place again. My burger was cold and everyone s food was also half cold. My fries were soggy because our food sat there. Half the table didn t like their food period. One didn t even eat it after one bite which was the fried tomato sliders. Then the bill came and I was in shock. I feel like I completely got ripped off. Through in the horrible service and I am completely blown away. I do not recommend trying this place. Save your money.

Ive only been to two brass tap locations but this one was probably my favorite of the two! Very chill and laid back during the week. Our waitress Madison was quick and funny and the food was great. So, there we were, planted at a table for a cool 15 minutes, totally invisible to our server. The food arrived surprisingly fast, but then the waitress swung by with a drink that was, frankly, underwhelming. We lingered for an eternity (45 minutes, but whos counting?) for her grand return. Patience wearing thin, I ventured to the kitchens gates, only to catch her in a smartphone trance. Upon requesting the check, she had the audacity to claim shed been waiting on us yeah, since 40 minutes ago. She did not even give me a receipt. Never again.

This is a mixed bag! The portions are tiny and expensive!!! The happy hour is a joke! Its basically small plates $1.00 off. The drinks are very expensive! And once again, the happy hour specials are a joke. The trivia on Thursdays is fun, minus the $70 tab for two appetizers and some drinks for two. We literally came home hungry! The servers are super nice though!!! The restaurant seating is odd and there isnt much seating at all. Its definitely not worth going! The cheese curds, pretzel, and Italian sandwich are really good. The pizza has a weird sweet sauce and the shrimp is super fishy! Kid-friendliness: This is not kid friendly! There are a couple of video games in the restaurant, but its basically just a bar. Most tables are bar height as well!

Went with my wife for a Friday evening happy hour at 6pm. It wasn t really that busy, we were seated immediately at the bar. The bartenders spent a lot of time talking and goofing with each other, but the service is adequate. We got to sample a couple of things before we ordered drinks. My wife ordered the blackberry grilled cheese, it came out perfect; I ordered brussels sprouts and the chicken tacos off the happy hour menu, they came out lukewarm at best, like they had been under a hot lamp. The brussels sprouts weren t seasoned at all, and I was overcharged for the chicken tacos: they were $9 on the happy hour menu, but I was charged $10.25. We would ve sat outside, but it was raining and windy; the inside felt very cramped compared to other Brass Tap locations I have been to.

We usually go to the Prosper location, but since we live closer to Crossroads location and saw they had karaoke we wanted to check it out. Food was good, drinks not as good, atmosphere not as good. It didn t feel as cozy. Crowd is younger, so if you like that or are that age group maybe that will suit you more. Karaoke was taken over by a 8 yr old and a parent that just let them do whatever while the entire table pounded drinks and shots. Too kid friendly for that day of week and time of night. I m pretty sure the table was friends with some employees. We won t be back. Too many other places we can spend our money and have a great adult Saturday evening.

Super happy to finally have a good late night joint in our area! We definitely got lucky that this place has AMAZING food and an extensive beer selection! We had the Buffalo Cauliflower, BBQ chicken pizza, Chicken club wrap and a flight of beer- all the food was fresh, hot and delicious- the beer was the perfect temp! Our server, Dyniste was super sweet and attentive! Ask for her when you go! Vegetarian options: There are multiple dishes/appetizers that are delicious for vegetarian options Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramp- handicap spots right in front- Tables are spaced out perfectly for space to maneuver with ease. There are sofas with low coffee tables and low top traditional tables which make it easy to pull a wheelchair up to!

Great beer selection but worst burger weve ever eaten. YUCK and too bad we wont be back cuz I love good beer. At first glance, the patty appeared to be frozen, pre-made, and right out of the Great Value box from Walmart. Bad tasting, bland, rubbery. I about barfed and feeling ill talking about it. The bacon had a metallic taste like it was straight out of the microwave and I removed it after one bite. Probably the first time Ive left over half a burger uneaten. My wife ordered her burger without the bun and had a similar experience, only eating a couple of bites of cold burger patty. Not fresh. Not handmade. No taste. Bad texture. Pretty easy to muck up a burger, but these guys sure know how.

The burger might be the worst I have ever had. The taste was horrid. I had to get chewing gum to get the taste out of my mouth. Burger was cold. I think it was a frozen patty from Walmart circa 1995. Disgusting. $45 for two burgers is highway robbery at this place. Wont ever go back. Yuck.

The food was good for bar type food. We had the pizza, shrimp and a hamburger. We order cauliflower appetizers and that was straight up bad, with grey all over it... it was old cauliflower that should have been pitched, not put on anyones table! What I thought was outrageous was their margaritas, for sure great tasting but shocked at the SMALL drink for $12. The bloody Mary was the same extremely small for the price! The glass is super small and with the ice... almost nothing to drink! Go beer at least your getting something for the price. I was hoping to add pictures . We will be back because there is no choices out here but no mix drinks and no cauliflower... ever!

This is not an establishment for fine dining so if you re expecting then seek elsewhere. More so bar food and a chill environment to enjoy a drink and watch sports. They have a good selection of beers and hard cider and a full bar. There s a bartender who looks Fiona Gallagher from Shamless who makes amazing spicy margaritas and spicy pickle pineapple margaritas. Yum!

Checking out The Brass Tap - Cross Roads! We thought it was great and its nice to have a local sit down restaurant where we can go and hang out. FYI for football watchers: we arrived about 11:45 on Sunday to watch a game. Went to the patio and there was one other table out there. Four TVs. We requested the Saints v Bears game on one we knew they couldn t be watching. We were informed the TVs were set and couldn t be changed. One of the TVs was off and another was on ESPN (that doesn t have any NFL games, just a talk show with sound off). Another couple came out and also requested the Saints game, was told the same thing. I would get it if there were other people watching or if we were asking to change a Cowboys game but this was disappointing. We watched two other tables request to sit outside on the patio and had to move inside to watch their assigned TVs. Benefit of the doubt that this was their opening weekend, but they were very slow so not much excuse for not changing it. Service was good and food was okay, timely. Ambiance was nice aside from the aforementioned. Hopefully this is a one time thing this weekend but football season is halfway over and we likely won t be back on the weekends if this is the norm. Kid-friendliness: High chairs but no kids menu
