Enrique was great help in troubleshooting my mi-fi and was able to diagnose the settings right away that would Allow me to connect again! Super helpful, efficient, and smiling the whole time. He remained professionally alert and held knowledgeable confidence that was reassuring. I was in & out less than 5 min! Tutorial and all to help me for future use. I had called before going an told mark what I was looking for . When arriving at store they closed at 7 an he went out of his way to get me what I was looking for. I would recommend everyone to go to this store . He stayed 30 min past close to ensure my new phone was working properly. I was a boost customer for 12+ yrs . They where going downhill and I am very pleased with the outcome !!!!!!

I went in on a Sunday night literally 2 minutes before they closed because my little one had just broke my phone and I needed it For work. Carisma was there she is absolutel Wonderful and helped me When I was in a bind! My phone screen was punctured and you could barely see anything but the top inch of the screen but she was able to transfer all of my stuff from my phone and worked on it to make sure that I got everything back. I will definitely go back with all of my phone needs everyone here is very kind and helpful If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My old phone broke so i needed to upgrade and this was the quickest verizon store i could get to. I was greeted upon entering the store. The guy was very fast at helping me get a new phone and swapping things over. He even pushed further offering other promotions and items! Id recommend this store due to his kindness and efficiency to help!

My husband & I went to this Verizon Store in Crosby, TX. We were having to get new phones. A very sweet young lady named Cierria waited on us. She was the only one working in the store that day and it got a little busy. She waited on everyone as quickly & efficiently as possible. Being very polite to everyone. I enjoyed my visit at this store and to be honest I didn t expect much until I was greeted with a warm welcome and service from ms cierria and her boss Jarrett while I was getting my new iPhone 13pro max. If other stores don t treat you like family as they did y all need to be retrained in customer service

I would give no stars, but have to give 1 so I can write my review. The employees in this store need serious training in customer service. I ordered a watch on 6/1/22 and was told they would call me when it was delivered. I received a shipping notification that it was delivered on 6/6/22. I did not recieve a phone call so I decided to go in today. (6/8/22) I was greeted by Sierra who had her infant son with her. (Not judging but didnt know if this was allowed) Sierra asked why I was there and I said I ordered a watch...she didnt ask my name or watch brand. Came back and said they didnt have any Apple watches delivered. At that point I explained because it was a Galaxy. She began looking in computer and called who I later learned was the manager. I tried to get her attention to show her the name it showed of the person who signed for delivery of the device. She ignored me and when she finally acknowledged me told me to hold on. When I told her that wasnt acceptable she said he was on his way. I asked who was he and who is A. WICKER that signed for device. She shrugged her shoulders and said she didnt know. Within a minute Jared the manager walked in and asked me what type and size of watch, left to go to the back, then came back with my watch. He sat it down and walked away. After Sierra went to get a blanket fir her son to lay on she got him from the other female employee (who also has zero customer service skills) and finished with my watch purchase. I moved to Crosby a year ago...before that, I used the Baytown location and was always greeted to a warm caring environment. The Crosby location is not a representation I think Verizon Wireless or any other company for that matter wants. It certainly does not make you want to give business to your local storefront location.

I was just recently in this location. I walked in and inmediately felt I welcomed. I explained to the only person I saw in there that I needed help w transferring info from one phone to another. Her rude tone was are you a Verizon customer? Yes I replied. Sadly my phone died quickly and she says your phone is dead, I asked if she could charge it enough to help, her reply was nothing as she walked away to get a charger. As she came back you tell by her body language I was imposing on her busy non essential time. I tried to make small talk as she sat down propped her head on her hand with a sour look on her face. I asked her what her name was twice she finally replied Sierra . I asked if she was having a bad day already and her snooty self said no. I then was not going to waste my time as I told her I was needing to purchase either items as well. I told her that she needed to learn to have better customer service skills or get a different job. I went to Verizon on Garth Rd. Very pleasant atmosphere and great customer service. Willing to help and the agent there was more than receptive and even asked another agent about something she was unsure of. Spent $1000.00 there gladly will do service w them again l. Maybe send Sierra there to learn how to do her job. There needs to be a negative start but gave a 1 star just so I could voice my issues

I have been using Verizon since before they were Verizon and I have never had a better buying experience than at this store. The staff was excellent and worked to get me the best deal possible. A salesman named Jared went above and beyond the requirements of his position to help me get the new s20 phones for my wife and myself during covid19. He was closing at 7 and he stayed until 910 getting my new devices up and going. Strongly recommend this store!!

The new manager, Levi Rogers, is THE BEST EVER! Whatever you need-- he will take care of you. Never disappoints. Great customer service. Clean store. Goes above & beyond. A lot of his customers, like me, come from other neighborhoods, just to do business with Levi. Good man!

Just wasted 30 minutes of my life here. Just to buy a case and screen protector. Waited 10 minutes, already had said items in my hand ready to be done, before someone acknowledged we were even there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! THEY WILL MISLEAD YOU!!! I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S8+ from this store and traded in my old Samsung Galaxy S5, which was in excellent condition. When I purchased my new S8+, I was told by the manager, who sold me the phone, that I qualified for a trade-in value of $240 with free accessories, a phone case, a screen protector, and a car charger. When I got home and looked over my bill, I realized that I had been too trusting and had mistakenly assumed that the manager and I were working under the same definition of free. The supposedly free accessories were not free at all. The price of the accessories had been deducted from my trade-in value and only $1.30 of my trade-in value actually went toward the price of my new phone. In other words, I had been charged for these free accessories, none of which I would have purchased had they not been free. When I returned to the store and complained, the manager (the manager!) seemed confused when I told him that the accessories were not free. I had to explain multiple times how the accessories were charged off the price of my trade-in value and were thus not free at all. In my opinion, the manager intentionally misled me to boost the sales of his store. I will not be returning to this store and I advise anyone who is interested in buying a new Verizon phone or phone accessories to do so at another store.

My visit was very informational and pleasant dealing with the saleswoman named Candice. She had all the answers to the questions I asked and explained my accounts ledger of payments and remaining totals due. I was thinking I could update my phone to a newer one but it still has a few payments left. I have rolled over amounts due to new updates in the past but since my phones are all working fine I figure to get them paid off maybe earlier if I can. Thanks so much for the pleasant visit and good updated info. I look forward to doing business with Candice as soon as logically possible.
