Great food. Pizza and Italian food is sooo good. Decent wine selection. Great live entertainment. Staff get busy and sometimes you have to wave them down but they are very nice and respectful. And the location can get hot. Decent place to chill, have wine, and some decent food when you get hungry.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Our server (the manager apparently) took our order and never returned to check on anyone. I never got my meal and my husbands order looked like something I would serve my kids in their school lunch (if I didnt like my kids much). I finally made a stink about my food never coming and our meals were comped. But the manager had attitude when I cancelled my sandwich, explaining that they made my food incorrectly the first time. My question is why was this never mentioned until I complained? Bottom line - EXTREMELY poor management. I really hope that she sees this and knows that I understand everyone has a bad day, but communication goes a long way. Unless I hit my head and forget about this experience its very unlikely I will return. I had heard good things, so this was a big disappointment.

This place was a wonderful double date wine bar. We had the spicy pig flatbread pizza which had sliced Spanish chorizo, garlic, mozzarella, spicy marinara, and sherry tomatoes. It is fantastic!!! Highly recommend.

Experience of enjoying above average cuisine soiled by the horrific service. Employees staring at phones, talking to each other & ignoring guests, refusing to greet customers, forgetting orders completely, requiring constant hand holding through their ability to provide even remotely adequate service. Has happened on multiple visits but I ve surely learned my lesson by now. Shame given the quality of the food!!

This is a smallish place that I have been wanting to try. As a lone diner, I sat at the rather small bar, which could accommodate maybe half a dozen comfortably. When I told the bartender, I had not been there before, I was handed three or four different menus, a testament to their tremendous wine assortment. I narrowed my selection down to an Italian sweet red wine, and ordered the pesto prosciutto flatbread. The flatbread was delicious and almost too much for one meal for one person. I will try the goat cheese flatbread next time. As I sat there sipping my wine, listening to the live music by a single singer/guitar player, and watching golf on the television behind the bar while awaiting my food, I noticed a vat of sangria on the counter. I was super excited, because I love a good homemade sangria. However, a good, homemade sangria almost certainly requires brandy and, unfortunately, if there was brandy in their sangria, it was so minimal as to not be tasted. In fact, I felt like the sangria flavor was totally lacking and for $9 a glass, it should have at least splash of brandy. I will be back, but will not order the sangria again. They also have a wide assortment of bottled and canned beer for the non-wine drinkers in your party.

So good we went back two days in a row! Wonderful service, the server even remembered our drink orders the next day. Calm/chill vibes, and great food. Id highly recommend any of the dishes we are, but especially the wine ice cream. For our first meal, we split half a loaf of rosemary bread (with a delicious tomato basil dipping sauce and an herb infused avocado oil). I had the grilled cheese dippers and a caprese salad, and my husband had the Italian panini, followed by the strawberry champagne ice cream over strawberry shortcake. Our second time back, my husband had the same panini, and I had the Chilean Cabernet ice cream over a brownie with pretzels. Well definitely be back the next time were in corpus Christi. My in-laws asked for a table and were ignored, then told theres a wait but not given a wait time. Then I went inside. Came on a sunday. They only had brunch menu despite this not being advertised on their we site. Menu was very limited. Ordered yogurt parfait- was one of the worst things ive ever ordered out a restaurant. Parafait was yogurt 95% 4% granola and 1% fruit. Literally had 2 strawberries in it and that was it in terms of fruit. Very over priced at 15$, ridiculous!

What a pleasant surprise. We had not heard of Tannins before and since we were going to the theater we thought some win and tapas would be nice. Wow were we pleased. The service was welcoming. The wine, Pinots, were very good and delivered quickly. We had some crab cake sliders and ahi tuna lettuce wraps. Their ahi was some of the freshest weve had in or out of a sushi bar. The sliders were very tasty. It was a great size portion for tapas. The bill was reasonable and we will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem for this city. The whole work crew is top notch and the place is set up casual with class. I ordered the Italian bruschetta and asked for a drizzle of basilica on it... top notch. (Hope I spelled both those right)... lol Food came out in a timely manner and the friendliest service throughout the evening. Not just one server, all three kept coming by and checking on me. We came in on a whim on the 23rd of December after the bayside restaurants were closed. To our surprise a little corner restaurant big enough for 50 people on a good day, made a world of difference in how we see the entire city. The staff, from the perceptive and professional front of house to the creative and dedicated culinary staff is beyond what s expected in this part of Texas. I d love to see this recreated across our biggest cities and across the country. We came in at 11 am on October 30th. Table of 8. We were informed the party was too big and we needed to make a reservation. Normally we get it, however there were all but 3 tables full. The whole restaurant was open. To be fair we left as the responses from the team members were more like we dont want to seat you. The questions we presented were ok we can sit separately to make it easier. All responses felt like excuses to not seat us. I came back after we ate elsewhere across the street and the place was still empty. If the owner of this establishment was at the front then I suppose power to you to run your business this way. If this was not owner run , then they probably need to evaluate the current team as your leaving a lot of money off the tables. The food was good when we ate a month before so that was why we came back. The experience this time will keep us away for now.

The actual main entrees were very good. The sides and drink; however were subpar. I had the egg florentine my significant other had the traditional breakfast. The sides were cold and overcooked like they have been sitting out all day. Also the potatoes were extremely bland and the fruits were all cut close to the rind so they were hard. Came here for lunch on a sleepy Saturday afternoon with a party of 7. We sat outside and had to go inside to let them know we were waiting for service outside. We waited for drinks for about 20 minutes. We waited to place a food order for another 15. When they came out to take our food order, we were informed that they were only serving brunch, and brought us the brunch QR code; groans went around the table. Another 15 minutes passed when we had to go back inside to let them know we were ready to place our brunch order. Mind you, there were only about five other patrons there. When the food finally came out, it was awful. The waffles were floppy and soft, and the French toast reminded me of a high school cafeteria breakfast. The only upside was the decent beer selection. Thankfully, we made the most out of the experience with good company, but not only will we not be back, we will encourage others to steer clear, including you.

Do not come here. I can t remember a single time in recent years that I ve left anything less than a 20% tip. The service today was absolutely horrible, especially considering that there were only 5 other people there aside from our 7 person group. We had to tell the wait staff multiple times that we were outside and ready to be served. We were hardly checked on, and drinks took forever to come out. The wait staff also didn t inform us that they had a limited menu until well after we had arrived and decided what we all wanted. After they informed us about the limited menu, it took another 30 minutes for them to check on us again. The fact that the food was overpriced and unpleasant further soured our experience. Will not be coming back again.

First timer here! Disappointed. Unfortunately, we had poor service and our pizza was burnt upon arrival (barely anybody was in the restaurant too). Also, waiter made us go back to front of restaurant to clean table when we walked to an open table. We had to walk up to the bar to pay for our tab because nobody came back. Cons: We didn t have a consistent server & probably only asked ONCE when we got our food if we needed anything and never got any assistance the next hour we were there. We went out to celebrate my wife s birthday last night with a group of friends. We were told we could not sit together because they only allow groups of eight or smaller to sit together and unfortunately we had 10. The staff went on to warn us that if two of us tried to stand around the eight-top that they would ask all of us to leave. So we went and spent our money at The Post; no issues with a group of 10 people there.

Excellent service. Good variety of wines and beer. I had a charcuterie board and it had enough for 3 or 4 people to share. I also had a flatbread pizza. It was delicious. The creme brulee was the perfect end to the meal with fresh strawberries on top. Very relaxed vibe. Great for a single person to stop in and relax, a nice date night, or even a small group of friends. There was a list on the wall of live music events. I will definitely be back.

Be sure and read the menu. My husband thought he was getting a BLT sandwich. Instead he got bacon lettuce and tomato inside of one beer and a tomato mixture. I ordered eggs Benedict and that was fine.

My husband and I have tried going here on 3 different occasions, only to be turned away. This last time was the final straw, we got turned away because it was at capacity according to the waitress; however, when we were in the parking lot trying to decide where else to go for our anniversary, we saw another couple walking in within a few minutes of us being turned away. Funny enough they didn t get turned away, coincidentally they were white. Usually, I wouldn t play the race card, but we are Hispanic and we always get turned away when we try to go here. I have tried to make contact with the manager and he did call me back, however, my job is extremely busy and I don t have time for phone calls and wouldn t discuss this at work during business hours. I ve tried numerous times to make contact with the manager again and apparently he never gets my messages. I absolutely wouldn t recommend this place to anyone! The waitstaff is rude, the establishment is small and chaotic and the customer service is absolutely terrible.

I really enjoyed it! Waitstaff was killing it. I only saw 2 for the place and they did a heck of a job. Had the spicy pig and pep flat bread. They were delicious. Also tried the crab cakes which were Good. But the lobster Mac and cheese was insane! Definitely, will come back.
