Was not up to part, power pole said 50 amp only had 24 amps. Had to pay RV Moble Repair $200. To come advise us. Spent 12 hours on a generator until we could find another park. Mosquito infested, blood bank for Mosquitos. It was Horrible. Maintenance man was very friendly

Price is good but management is terrible! Mud holes at every site, fencing around trash dumpster is falling apart and the workout room has 2 pieces of equipment and onto thats not working.

Solid park. Concrete sites and pretty quiet. Ideal if you re in town working. The showers are nice and the laundry room is decent. Some of the machines didn t work and one ate my coins. All in all I d both recommend and stay again.

Over all the park is not to bad. The issue I have with the park is that there is a very big mud hole in the lot im parked in. Ive asked the manager several times to fill it in when its dry enough to do so. Its been months and nothing has been done about the very large and growing mud hole.

Thank you so much to the Owner and want you to know how fantastic you are. It appears we have a great Owner that truly cares about her guests. Luckily, last night I could not sleep and went outside and noticed that the bath house light was on. After a while the guest in #60 came out (The trailer with no tires) and I decided to walk into the bathroom. As I opened the door, smoke rolled out, and then I left, but realized then that he and his gf, sit in the bathroom all night and smoke. I also noticed their car and truck lights were on and at 8 am or so, and they were getting a jump because their battery died. It is obvious they are smoking things they shouldnt be smoking. I just wanted you to know because I know you have posted signs about smoking in the bathroom. Hope this is helpful and you have your cameras, and thank you so much! Thx

Nice location. You can watch the ships come through. Relax in the morning with coffee while enjoying the nice fresh air. Seems to stay full. Big showers and restrooms. Good size laundry room. Also a fitness room. Come stay for a weekend and see.

There is not one singe thing that makes this a resort. You have to park on the grass and its a mudpit. The mosquitos run this place. They need to keep the grass cut down and maybe spray one in a while. Awful!

This place is usually very quiet which is great for the working people. But the grass is a problem. They only cut it once in awhile and it needs a more detailed job. But the guy who runs it is immediately there to fix a problem when called . Thats the only issue i see. But its a nice place to stay. And our cable worked just fine.

They have recently gone up 30 dollars a month for a total of of 480 a month, I have been here for the past 3 months and although it is a quiet park I have several problems! One big problem is they do not enforce the pet rules! Dogs are continually running around park without a leash, several times coming up on me in the middle of night and during the day while Im outside smoking a cigarette with no owner in sight or anywhere around! The other being that they may mow the grass on the lots( riding lawnmower with 3 passes leaving several misses) and no edging! only every 2 weeks.Not only dogs running loose but cats as well, actually more cats! I have allergies and cannot tolerate animal dander so it is a very big concern of mine! One plus they have is a laundry room, although there are usually at least 3 or 4 of the 8 machines out of order. Thats dryers and washing machines! The cable they provide here never came in, so we had a dish cable installed, which just adds to our monthly cost here! Internet here is okay, it may go out a few times a week but overall its alright, better than most places weve been. The animals are biggest complaint! You cant even cook out without at least 2 dogs or cats coming around, and we have no pets!
