Food was spot on but very rushed. Salad arrived prior to the app. The bathroom had full trash cans and no paper towels. Employees vaping in the restroom. Visit was at 5 pm so maybe the start of a rush but definitely not after a rush.

Their going down hill. The last 3 to 4 times we went the potatoes are dry, steaks cooked wrong, and ribs full of gristle. This time the waitress just wasnt really there. The music has gotten louder to the point you have to repeat your order several times or use your drill sergeant voice and it will still be wrong. You definitely need to pick your steak, its like the lumber yard you get what no one else wants if they pick it and it is un eatable.

Customer service sucked tonight! (9/21) The hostess who brought us to our table was VERY rude. And yeah when I called her out on in out loud, she just stared at me. Horrible attitudes! We know how busy it can get on a Saturday night, its pretty common knowledge for this chain. So, why the bad attitude? Get another job if you dont like the hustle and bustle! Waiter we had wasnt the best it all, either. He seemed uncomfortable being there. Just a weird vibe tonight with staff!! Didnt order a loaded baked potato, and thats what they brought out to me. My 6 oz sirloin was very thick, and unevenly cooked. One side being bloody, and the other hard as leather. French fries were overcooked. We have been to this location 4 times in the last 3 years. Its been good ONCE, and the other times its just been bad service, and bad food. Front girls walking guests to their tables need a refreshing on good customer service, and what that looks like.

My wife and I travel alot around the country and Texas Roadhouse is our go to resteraunt. We have eaten at this one in Corpus Cristie about 4-5 times and Ill say their steak quality is among the best in the country. I had a sirloin the other day that I thought was a fillet it was so tender. I like my steaks cooked Pittsburg and this is one of the few Roadhouses that does it right. Keep up the good work.

Not the best dining experience on todays visit. I ordered the steak and shrimp special to day and requested the steak to be cooked medium. If you know steak, medium means a pink center. Sides were mashed potatoes with brown gravy and steamed broccoli. The broccoli was a little under cooked, and the steak was well done. I had the same meal last week, and the steak came to me slightly pink in the middle and well done on the edges. Not burnt, just overcooked. To top off this experience, I used the facilities which were in need of attention. Didnt this place just open at 3pm? Upon leaving the restroom, I observed a member of the kitchen staff exit the restroom from a stall without washing his hands. Someone needs to be re-trained on corporate policies and basic human decency..

Think about Sunday dinner after church with family........ Its kinda like that. But someone else serves you and cleans up after. The steaks are always tender and if theyre not right they replace them, no question. Its kinda loud but thats the atmosphere. If you come from a big family youll feel right at home.

We eat here often because the food is always good! Last night, around 8:15pm, we showed up as part of my husband s bday celebration. It was just my husband, myself, and our 3 teens. Well to make a long story short, my husband never got his food. A runner brought our food and my husband asked if there was another plate coming. The man said yes it just didn t fit on the tray. It was a lie because it never came. My husband waited patiently as the rest of us ate. We had all finished our plates by the time the server even noticed. The bday boy did not receive dinner at the restaurant he chose. The server took the meal off the ticket, but did not do much to show his apologies. We have never had an issue until last night. It was disappointing.

Ordered to-go grilled chicken without bbq sauce, sweet potato w/ brown sugar & marshmallows, seasoned rice, extra rolls, extra butter. They left out the brown sugar & gave us one tiny extra pat of butter for 3 meals & a dozen rolls. I regret ordering marshmallows just made it too sweet. The chicken was ok once it was doused in melted butter. Seasoned rice was too spicy for my taste. Went back another day & got macaroni w/o bacon it was dry & sticky not at all appetizing. They claimed they couldnt serve green beans w/o the bacon, though. Theyre literally cooked in the bacon grease, apparently. Too much grease for me. We always ask for very light rolls & they basically argue with us not wanting to do it they just want to give you whatever burnt ones they have made at the moment, even the manager. If were paying for it why should it be such a big deal to not have burnt rolls & extra butter?

I tend to go on close to medium rare just because generally they always overcook it and they did and then when I got it back a new steak it was definitely a cheaper cut oh well And the need just a tad more cooking P.S. If you at Corpus Christi and would like to eat delicious Texas meals, then I highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse. The bread that is serve along with the butter is very delicious. The restaurant was very nice and organized. The waiter who attended the table I was sitting at was highly professional, attentive, and provided excellent customer skills. The meal that I ordered was cooked very well, delightful, and tasteful. I highly recommend the Texas Roadhouse.

Just last night I celebrated my birthday here. I havent eaten there in a while and was craving a steak! My steak was perfect, my wifes dish was perfect and our daughters dish was perfect! Our first time eating here. From the time walking thru the door, staff was very friendly and accomodating. Easy ordering the meals. Because of referrals by friends, was excited and ready for a good meal. We were rather disappointed. Wife had prime rib that appeared to be cut from the end or even saved from a prior cutting, Heated to order, and dried out. I have never eaten green beans with smoke flavor, tasted like liquid smoke added. On the positive side, the rolls were great.... Not sure if we will ever go back to try again.......

The back of school night was a wonderful event for families! My kids really enjoyed the arts and crafts! Unfortunately, due to the large number of people, the food did not come out cooked properly, and the service was slow. To be honest... I LOVE Texas Roadhouse. Unfortunately, this location is complete crap. If you have read any of my other reviews, you know I am bluntly honest. This place is extremely racist. If you are not Hispanic, be prepared to be a second-class customer. Doesnt even matter if you use the app to join the wait list, you will be dropped and passed up. Polite waitress but asked for some butter that didnt contain cinnamon(for a baked potato)and silverware for my wife and never happened. Did an over the phone order and didnt recieve everything plus our food was cold. Called to let them know we where on hold for over 10 mins then got hung up on. Called them back and where put on hold again for about 12 mins. Then no apologies and where told that we would get a voucher on our email. Checked later that night nothing so called them back and asked how long before we recieve our voucher. They said it would be sent out next day 1st thing in the am cause they where busy. Ok thats understandable. But still nothing still we are 3 days later and nothing on our voucher. Dont feel like they care about there customers service much maybe they need some training on answering the phones and listening to the customers. I also work with customer service and we answer phone 3 rings or less plus always listen to our customers . There the ones that make it possible for us to recieve pay checks maybe the management here needs more training on this Customers service . Chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak was salty!! Gravy and batter tasted like nothing but salt. When addressed to our waitress, she said oh yes weve been getting the complain all day. malina or marina? i didn t even catch her name cause she never introduced herself was the absolute worst service i ve ever had in my life. coming from a server, i am completely understanding to those having bad days, but this was a different kind of disrespectful. me and my boyfriend are very low maintenance customers and don t expect much at all, but she had an attitude when we d ask for anything, refused to ask if we were doing okay, didn t bring any of our food out, and had a busser bring us our drink and to go box which should never even happen meaning she asked him to do so to avoid us. we never gave her attitude so idk why she treated us so horribly. the food was amazing but her attitude was enough to make me never want to go back and every roadhouse server i ve had has been amazing. definitely don t recommend sitting with her!! i hope you heal girl because that was not it

My grandson and I had delicious steak dinners with salad and mashed potatoes. Server was very nice and checked on us regularly. My upset lies in where the hostess was going to place us...directly in front of the kitchen door. It was busy so it was full of servers, and busboys passing by the table. I requested another table so we had to return to the front of the restaurant to be given another table. Restaurants should not have tables in front of kitchens or bathrooms.

Overcooked my Ribeye steak. What was disappointing was it didnt seem my recook steak was moved to the top of the priority list because my wife was done and I finished my baked potato and corn. The second disappointing thing was the manager brought it out to me with no apologies for overlooking and the delay. She just said, You want to cut into it to make sure. I took my father and husband to Roadhouse for Fathers Day and it was horrible. There was 8 of us in our party. We ordered appetizers and along with our meals. Everyone received their meals except my daughter. Somehow it was forgotten. My sons steak was over cooked, he ordered medium rare and he got well done. They recooked his steak and my daughter still hasnt received her meal. They finally brought her steak after 30 minutes without sides and it was still bleeding, she ordered it medium. When I asked for a manager she took it and refired the same steak she had cut into and brought it back looking like charcoal. The manager then argued with me saying the other steak was less cooked but that wasnt good for me either. Theres a difference between medium and rear and burned! I can cook better steaks at home! The server was ok but it took forever to get a refill, Im not sure if he was new. I asked for another manager and she ordered another steak for my daughter to go because by this time we just wanted to leave. They did remove my daughters meal and appetizers but I dont think well be going back any time soon.

Visiting Corpus and saw a movie next door at AMC. Next was the Texas Roadhouse for some dinner. We ordered the lunch special for $11.99, which is a great deal for the chicken fried sirloin. We also ordered the fried mushrooms, which, unfortunately, were just ok. There were way too many small obesity mixed in the bowl. Staff was friendly and nice and attentive. Menus have food stains. Booths have dust along the edges and rails between the other booths. Servers had great communication between the hostesses and runners. A team leader or manager came by and checked on our table.

Ok Texas Roadhouse is a franchise so if you been to one you know what to expect. But that being said I think as far as the franchises goes Texas Roadhouse is one of if not the best value offered. It shows because every location is always packed no mater the time or location Today we in for a little early Father s Day Celebration and it was a great experience. Every steak they make is great. I think my favorite is their prime rib. But today I decided to go a little lighter and chose a NY Strip. Wifey got the the Dallas Mignon. Both were excellent. Of course their fresh baked bread with their apple butter was out of this world and always a stand out. And all their sides are great. Staff was super nice and since we right when they opened up were sat down right away. Waiter was nice and attentive. Overall great experience with my loving family. I ve always been a huge Texas Roadhouse Fan and today was another excellent experience that reaffirmed my love for what they do

The wait was way too long to be seated, maybe because of Memorial Day weekend? The food was really good, I would recommend any steak on the menu, it was very tender and juicy, and the exact doneness you ask for. Prices are pretty affordable too! The only dish I did not like was the ribs, as they lacked some bbq sauce and they were a little too dry. I would definitely come back to this place.

Getting seated was 1 hour wait in the sun when our text said 15 to 20 minutes Waitress was constantly distracted and tried to memorize orders instead of writing them down didnt get our meals on time or correct, on top of that 3 out of the 4 adult meals were cold. Was not a good experience for my nieces birthday really regretted taking her there.

We decided to try this Texas Road House over Corpus Christi and it was the best decision.We were greeted with friendly service. Then our waitress Dez did an amazing job on making sure our order was placed and returned in a quick fashion. She is the best waitress Ive had at any Texas Roadhouse. We have eaten at many from Waco to Corpus to Florida. Keep up the great work.

Came with 14 people for graduation, already having low expectations. We went in expecting to be split up, but when we got ready to be seated, they broke the party into thirds and sat everyone in different parts of the restaurant. They were NOT accommodating at all. The host, William, would repeatedly tell us 20 minutes, then add on. Then the Supervising manager, Dae, would tell us they re almost ready for us, only for them to not be ready. At NO POINT were they, understanding or sympathetic, even when the graduate started to cry. All they did was clump up and talk, and point at us. That is completely ridiculous to do so, good food or not, poor and disgustingly arrogant service. If I could give this review a negative star it d be astronomically low. Extremely disappointing.
