Went on Saturday evening about 8 and sat in bar with party of 4, was like 3 other people there and they were at bar. Waitress took drink orders and didnt bring straws and no lemon for water, She said she would bring the straws and the lemon but she didnt bring the straws back until the appetizer came out and no lemons. I had to go up to the bar and ask her for lemons, and then we placed our food order, She brought the food out and then never came back to the table I had to go back to bar and ask for to go boxes and check.

We were never seated. We entered the doors to be told for two people there was at least a 15 minute wait or no wait if sat in the bar where families with kids had also being diverted to. This made no sense as there were multiple tables available in general dining. Still my 80 year old mother needed floor seating so we waited and watched 2 separate parties walk away in anger to this option and another family with children be directed to the bar. After 20 minutes the math wasnt mathing here and we directed the host to remove us and left. Sorry, but your weekend 6pm competitors nearby pulled us right in and their servers got tipped nicely.

My worst experience happened twice at this location. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would choose that. Absolutely trash service trash food. Cafeteria level presentation. Note I m a bartender and have been in hospitality for 10+ years. We are being completely ignored. I have had empty drink in front of me. Now for 30 minutes. Not even busy, 5 total people at the bar. He s flirting with the one girl at the bar. I had to order my drink the one time he stopped by at are. He immediately turned around to talk with the girl next to us. For about 5 solid minutes. At this point it was already 15 minutes with out a drink. Your food is disgusting, I got the 4 cheese Mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken tender. Absolutely gross! Taste like Tyson Walmart bought chicken tenders. The pasta was water soup. I got a funky piece of chicken and spit my food out and never touched it again Literally the worst restaurant experience I have ever sat through. I m at the bar right now as I type this. About to just walk out and not pay. Lucky for you I m a better person than that. But we will see.

Friday May 17th 12 p.m. lunch with a friend. Before ordering, I told our waitress it would be on separate tickets. I had boneless buffalo wings and a top shelf Long Island. Pleasantly, the chicken wings were good and the Long Island iced tea was fair. The low rating is due to the interactions at the end of the meal. I told our waitress I was ready to pay my bill and gave her my credit card. I noticed when she came back that I was charged for both meals which included my friends too. Another waitress overheard the conversation, apologized, stated our waitress was new, but would get it fixed. I gave the other waitress my card to charge, she came back with a new charge, and I did not question it. It was just the merchants copying to sign and one for the customer. There was not a copy of the breakdown of food that was ordered. I left a five-dollar tip. Shortly after, the bartender or acting manager came to our table and said there was a mistake. She stated that I paid for my friends mountain dew on the new ticket they brought out and I still needed to pay for my Long Island iced tea. Also, she said she would subtract the difference of the mountain dew from the Long Island iced tea. I told her just to void the new ticket and I would pay what was owed. The manager said she could not do that because the system was not set up to do two voided transactions. This didnt make sense to me. Going back and forth I told the manager I was not going to have a third charge pending on my card. This manager became very irritated and rude stating that she would just eat the cost. Before she walked off I told her she should have taken care of it in the first place. I will state the food was decent, but there needs to be more training from the bottom up through management. Parking: Parking was fine because there was only a handful of people at the restaurant during lunch.

Clearly RENOVATIONS are needed ASAP. Stopped anyway the only open operating and near by for us visiting. 1st of all waiting to be seated over 20mins with my kiddos. Saturday night Yes, but clearly not busy busy with the available staff from my sight. One server greeted me with how many I stated 8 but really only 6 mostly my children thats where the intimidation began for the initial server. She ran back to get someone else this server came up clearly her section to serve but has an attitude with how many guest. Sooo the initial server finally comes and sits us right in front of the kitchen that is clearly not clean whatsoever. Simple order though KIDS meals and one entree with drinks. The initial server actually did a great job organizing us and keeping us in order which I made it pretty transparent anyways to order for us chicken and burgers thats it. My only thing is do not judge the guest that come in not all are going to run you crazy. I kept it nice and clean for my sever as well as a generous tip for assisting at that hour and the guest number. Food fresh and on time as well but I give that to our server...

I went here on March 17, and the door was locked, and other patrons were opening the door for each other. My mom and I got the 2 for $30. We both got the lime chicken dish, and our appetizer was the spinach and artichoke dip. Well, when we placed the order and got our drinks. Which was i had sweet tea, and my mom had regular. The server brought our main dish but not the appetizer. Then, when we asked where it was? The server said the waitress didnt put in the computer. So he was nice enough to apologize for the mistake. The order was not brought out to my car despite ordering for curbside pickup and arriving ahead of the scheduled time. I went into the restaurant 10 minutes after my ready-time to inquire, and the hostess had to go searching for my order. The overall experience was good! The appetizer was well presented, had good flavor and everything was cooked properly. My entree was a ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Broccoli tasted meh, mashed potatoes were good and ribeye was alright for the price. Our server was attentive and provided everything needed for our meals. The atmosphere was great for a late night meal to share conversation and laughs with other people, music not too loud, and comfortable seating. Its a good option for lunch / dinner

Best food for your money by the mall. I have seen return customers be turned away for not tipping, and walked checks though. If your one to go places and try to scam or walk out on the tip, dont waste your time, the staff will remember you. Great place to take my kids, theyre pretty cool about letting them be kids in the restaurant. Bar area is friendly and alot of the patrons know each other and the bar tenders on the bar. Manager is friendly too. Will come out and chat with guest. Staff is knowledgeable about local events and going ons in the area. Definitely will be back.

The margarita was gross it did not taste like it had any alcohol. It was first in the rocks then we wanted it frozen so they just put it in the blender no salt on the rim. We waited over an hour to get our food and it was not busy at all. The food was amazing but all four dishes looked different but they were still good. Seemed like only 3-4 people were working. Food took a while to come out but was hot. They did not give us any napkins unless being asked. We ordered 2 mix drinks and only got served 1. Total disrespect toward veterans, on Veterans Day. I m on a work trip and just need dinner so we stopped in the closest Applebees. We sat at the bar and waited 10 minutes to be greeted by the bartender (three in duty, all washing dishes or doing odd jobs behind the bar). After being greeted by what I suppose the manager, he provided us a beverage and menu. Then we sat for another 40 minutes before giving up and going to the restaurant next door. I m a 31 year veteran, don t care about the free food, and just want to eat. I m a huge tipper and don t even expect outstanding service, just the minimum. I m so disappointed and sad for this restaurant. Do not eat here. They don t deserve your money. Change the management please. 14 Nov follow up to this review. The food was food but the server made me feel less than human. I had some unexpected charges come out of my account and only had enough for my bill I planned on leaving cash for the tip but Dennis our server saw no tip on my card charge and started to act disgusting we had a big group everyone else tipped btw my friend joked that my daughter was paying and leaving a big tip when she was trying to hand him a paper (she is 1) and he made the comment I wish she was the one paying he then untroubled my Receipt 3 times and remanded the to me from where they were on the table while I was still sitting there then as we were leaving he told my friends thank you I appreciate MOST of you I felt so low I had cash but after that I wasnt giving anything that was unnecessarily rude and uncalled for will never be going back to that restaurant again to be treated like that

The worst Applebees I have ever been to. Floors were dirty, staff was using bad language in kitchen, waited over 30 minutes more than what my meal was supposed to be ready, waited 45 minutes for a drink at bar while I waited for my food. After receiving my food and traveling 44 miles to home my 23$ ribs had no barbecue sauce on them. Very unsatisfied with this location. 50$ spent on a bad experience.

I was greeted soon as I walked in and the waitress came right over to the table. The atmosphere wasnt inviting. Usually Applebees is playing nice and upbeat music. I dont remember hearing any music. The food wasnt fresh and didnt taste good at all. This experience with the food was really bad and I wont return to this location again.

Stopped for a quick bite / appetizer today. Ordered and waited about 15 minutes before they returned to tell me theyre out of burgers. I understand running out of an item, but not the time frame it took to relay message. Very disappointed with that part of service and although staff was very attentive, it ruined my experience as I was craving a burger. Parking: Very few cars in lot... Maybe because there were no burgers available?

Came for dinner with my family. I ordered the ribeye steak the waitress didn t even asked how I would like it cooked. They brought me out a ribeye that looked like chopped steak. And they want to charge 23.99. My wife had the bacon ranch chicken sandwich the chicken was still raw!!! She pretty much threw up in the parking lot. The whole time we were there we only had one refill out of the 3hours we were there waiting for service. This place should shut its doors. If your not going to take care of your customers don t do it at all. Would not recommend Applebees to anyone.

Arrived at 8pm. Was greater and seated with in 2 mins. Waited 10 mins before server arrived for orders. Another 15 mins before I asked for the manager. 2 mins and manager arrived....stated they were backed up in the kitchen. However, that does not explain the drinks delay. 2 mins later Queso dip arrives. You could tell it had been sitting for a little while because the queso was starting to harden on top, and the dip had a strong onion flavor. Food finally arrived at 8:47pm. The four cheese Mac and cheese was not cheesy. The chicken salad was dry. So........there it is.

Bartender doesn t provide strong drinks I prefer the locations in Dallas vibe was off won t be back. Bartender flipping off the TV because of $1 margaritas not talkative to us maybe because we black . Drinks was trash and racism is still real. And it stank in the restaurant and dirty definitely getting around my people next time.

This place should just close. We went there and it was pretty full. We sat in the bar area for 20 mins and no one ever greeted us, we sat ourselves and no one ever came over. When I yell at the server to come over he said Im sorry we will be with you in a moment. We eventually left and I will never go back. This is the worst service ever.

About 8-9 months ago early in the year my family and I had visited 3 Applebees, needless to say our experience was horrible every time at every location. Today it was my daughter birthday and man nothing was open except this place. I was hesitant to come in and it being late i knew it was a recipe for disaster ohh my i was so wrong . V (our server) was perfect from start to finish. Im a GM and corporate trainer for the chain Im in and man she was awesome. Highly recommend anyone to ask for her when dining in. Food was really good, drinks and refills were quickly brought to the table, she pre bussed before new dishes came out. There was not a single thing I could complain about. Any time Im in the area I ll be sure to stop by. The manager was a nice gentleman that came quickly when i asked for him to let em know about my experience. I know people usually go online to complain but tonight the team at that this location was on point. Thank you for making my daughters birthday a good one.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this experience was really bad. First thing when we walked in was the bar had several dirty plates along the whole side of it. The hostess took some time to seat us. Then we waited for someone to take our drink order but no one ever came. The whole time, there were servers or other staff passing right by and not saying a word. They were helping other tables at times, but they were also chatting and even dancing right inside the kitchen doors as well. After 15-20 mins, my husband finally asked the hostess if there were any servers. She told him One moment, then walked away. I assumed she was going to get someone then looked over my shoulder and she was cleaning the table behind us. Not clearing it, just wiping it with a rag. There was no one waiting for tables, no one had just left and there were plenty of empty tables, so I didn t understand the urgency of doing the table right then. She was also the same one who seated us, so she knew how long we had been there without being acknowledged. We decided to leave and no one even bothered to stop us or ask why. I m honestly not sure that wasn t the intended result. I m also pretty sure another couple followed us out cause they were complaining as they got in the car next to us. I would give no stars if I could because we were literally never served. Really, really, really bad impression and will absolutely never go to this location again.

My husband & I ate at this Applebees last night for the first time in about 2 years (we live nearby) It was after nine p.m. There is a BIG sign on the window that says: HALF PRICE APPETIZERS AFTER 9 PM. So, My husband ordered 2 appetizers (the chicken wonton tacos) recommended by the waiter. When we got the bill we were charged full price for the appetizers, so we asked the waiter and he said: Oh, see that flier over there? It was only for limited appetizers, not for the ones he ordered. Well, the waiter didnt bother to tell us that! All he said was: Sorry. I ordered the strawberry balsamic chicken salad. I didnt see any strawberries, I thought well maybe its on the bottom. No strawberries! So when the waiter finally came over I asked him about it and he said let me go ask (which took a while) he came back over and said: we are out of strawberries, sorry! Okay! So I asked for the manager. She came over and said: We are out of strawberries, sorry! I had to ask for a discount! It was $3. Whatever, the food was good but please!

My family and I decided to dine at this Applebees, due to the hotel was closet, once we got seated, we didnt get offered any drinks,we had to ask for drinks, once a waiter decided to bring our drinks, with no straws, had to ask 3 waiters that happened to passing by our table for straws, Couldnt get straws, nor utensils, nor a person to take our orders, after 50 mins, decided to leave we WAS DISCRIMINATED ,so we had to leave, I explained to the host our bad Service , cant get Utensils, when there was a good pile of 50 stacked up, the staff not restaurant friendly, ppl around us got Service, drinks, straws, menus Utensils, after 50 min it was time to leave, We even video our bad Service from this establishment,

If I could give 0 stars I would. Service was horrible, never ever have been treated a certain way in my life. Waited almost 15 minutes for a waiter to come to our table just for drinks. Wasn t even our waiter for our section, couldn t get any straws and when asked for utensils we were told there was not any but the table behind us arrived after us and was given everything they needed. Just had to walk out after 45 minutes of having absolutely nothing. Never again will I come to this location.

Two drastically different experiences. First time was ok. Second time waiter tried to blame me and others for slow food, forgetting orders and mixing up cards. Ive done this job, I know its not hard but thats why you dont smoke weed before you come into work. I wont be coming back. You get 1 chance to make or break it.

Ordered the double burger an it was patty split in half on the menu says two 3.5 pattys it was maybe 3.5 oz with both of them the server said thats how they make the double now is cut one burger in half and turn it into two? Yeah right wish i would of took a picture That burger was sad.. took 15 mintues to even be able to order the server did take 2.9 off that was decent still not worth it there is a reason this place has a 3.7 star review its not a good location

Terrible place for a nice family dinner experience. Slow service and when brought food no silverware. Handed cheap plastic utensils with no urgency to fix the problem. No small appetizer plates to enjoy food on. Ordered stake medium and received it still raw. Server seem to not even care. Took it back to get re-cooked and took so long so I ended up canceling my order. Never did get the alcohol drink order. Lacks management and leadership. Don t eat here.
