SMH I don t know exactly how long we sat and waited but once I noticed some one got served with drinks before I even got a drink order. I was fed up and walked out. I take my family that I take care of to IHOP after a long day of appointments. They always treat is well at this location. They are fixing the roof and AC which made the atmosphere noisy but we tolerated it. Thank You! Dietary restrictions: Two of my family members are on strict diets due to health issues and we always find something close to what they can eat. Since we don t do this often once in a while is ok. Parking: I have to use the handicapped parking spot which is usually accessible to us when we go. Wheelchair accessibility: We use a wheel chair but it would be nice to have an electric wheel chair button for the doors to open instead of trying to hold the heavy doors open while pushing a wheel chair in. Just a suggestion. Thank You!

Looks like theyre closed because of roof work but theyre open! It was 4 stars only because crickets seemed to be getting inside. One cricket fell from vent and almost landed in my food. I understand these are pests that are hard to control sometimes. This still affected my experience, but great food and service. Thanks!

I like eating here because there are a variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The coffee is really good. My only problem is the service. Its not horrible, but it could use some revamping to better serve the customers. My idea of a good waitress/waiter is someone who anticipates what their customer needs (ex. Soda or coffee refills). At the very least, they stop by occasionally to check on them. Thank you to all the waiter/waitresses. You have a hard job that deserves a really decent pay. I am an excellent tipper for very exceptional service. If I have to hunt down my waiter/waitress, I still tip, but not as much.

It is disgusting here! Syrup had dead ants in it. After we told the waitress, she left to tell the manager. After a few minutes, she came back to tell us it was taken care of and apologized. The waitress was a sweetheart but the manager was coward to come and talk to us about it. It feels very humid and sticky in the restaurant as well. I wouldn t waste your money on this dirty restaurant.

Unfortunately, this store s customer service was not good. We walked in and waited to be seated but no one helped us. Two employees did notice us right away and walked away in the kitchen. It wasn t busy as only one table was seated and leaving as we walked in. Since no one talked or helped us, we sat ourselves thinking that was what they wanted. We sat down and waited for 15 mins for someone. Three young employees loudly complained about their jobs and helping customers. They looked at us and just complained at the counter where you pay. They talked about partying and how they were tired of this job. They ended up leaving in the back and talked about us sitting ourselves and complaining how we showed up. We got uncomfortable and since no one helped us, we left. Obviously no one was in charge at this time since as we were leaving a bunch of employees were sitting outside behind the kitchen. We tried calling the store to speak to a manager, no one answered. We called 3 times and the last called someone answered and hung up on us talking. Very unpleasant experience and would not recommend going here. Just a bunch of rude teenagers working the night shift with no one in charge of them.

Once they served us the never came back. We had to go up and ask them for utensils, napkins, to-go boxes. Each time we went up they ignored us for a while before acknowledging we were there. They argued with us about the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with the kids meal. They then charged us for the kids meals even though it s kids eat free every day . Called to get a refund on that amount and they only credited part of the cost, saying kids drinks didn t count. Very disappointed.

We came for breakfast food on a Sunday evening and it seemed there was no manager on duty. There was no host/hostess when we came in and we waited several minutes until finally a gentleman bussing tables the only person who even appeared to have noticed we d entered came and picked up menus and silverware to seat us. A waitress immediately stepped up and took over. She was courteous, seated us, and took drink orders. Then she disappeared. I finally had to get up and ask for our order to be taken (and the coffee I ordered to be served), Another patron had to do the same before me. Once we ordered, the food was delivered in a timely manner and prepared fine. There were only five tables in the restaurant with patrons and at least three, possibly four servers, working. Absolutely no reason the customer service shouldn t have been stellar for every guest. Our server was courteous and didn t seem to be trying to be lazy. But I believe she could benefit from more training or better supervision. Management here has some work to do.

This place is filthy don t go. Food was ok, but definitely not as good as other options in town, and the floor, kitchen and restrooms were filthy makes you wonder how clean the food is. Sat by server station, and the staff congregated to complain about another employee, and not very quietly. One of the servers was trying to rectify an issue with the bill for the table behind us. Rather than quietly discussing it at their table, she yelled the discussion to that table. Staff didn t seem to care we were there from the non-greeting at the entrance (no one was there), to the non-response when we were leaving and told them to have a nice day. This place is just downright depressing IHOP needs to update their interiors.

I recently visited this location for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was prompt and attentive, the waitress (Rebecca L.) was courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. Most importantly, the food exceeded my expectations; the French toast which wasnt overcooked or too eggy, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs alongside crispy turkey bacon that ALL paired well together.

I cant even begin to share our entire experience because our experience was just waiting! We saw our waiter, who sat us, got us water and came back to ask our order but I wasnt quite ready, all maybe in the first 3-5 minutes. People come, people go, I play a phone game, more people are sat and leave, a gentleman sat near us is fidgeting around because he hasnt gotten a drink, another couple is arguing because they also havent gotten a drink, 10 minutes pass by, another 5, the man tries to get a waiter to come by to ask them where his waiter is, none come by. He leans over to ask if we had a waiter, which, at this point bit for 15 minutes, byt we do say yes. Food comes out for a family of 6 at the end of our aisle, the gentleman asks as she walks by no longer encumbered, who was setving this area we three customers had been waiting 15 minutes and he and the other couple had not received drinks yet. She did not answer and just walked away. At this point, my wife and I, who were celebrating our 12th year together at the first place we ate at the morning after starting to date, at an IHOP, decided enough was enough, and at 20 minutes we just left. The gentleman, followed shortly after, sporting a face of bewilderment. Dont waste time here. 20 minutes wasted. Not that IHOP is a classy or highbrow establishment, but still, expected better than, literally, nothing. Go to the Black Bear Diner literally 3 miles north of here. Better service at the VERY least, we got to ORDER our food.

I ve eaten here twice and the food was disgusting both times. The first time I ordered something online and went to pick it up. I arrived on time but they told me my food wasn t ready yet and had me wait half an hour. When I got my food, it was cold as if it had been sitting out for about half an hour. I tried to give it a second chance because anyone can have one bad experience but once again the food was cold and the hash browns were inedible as if they were a few days old. It was just bad. Lots of young tattooed teens basically running the place, everywhere you look. The adults that were there were loud and intrusive and mostly behind the scenes. I have to say the restaurant was pretty clean but the staff and food was bad. My granddaughters chicken fingers were over fried and looked charred and like the grease used to fry was dirty! When I complained the waiter was hesitant to do anything and when I insisted he proceeded to tell me the cooks dont like it when you bring food back that was all he had to say, I called the manager and he apologized and had another plate sent but it was almost just as bad. They removed it from our bill. The fries were cheap frozen ones that were cold. My pancakes were cold, so were my husbands and they were so small too. IHOP used to be great with busy but great service and lots of good food, the last few times Ive gone its just been bad experiences. This one in particular. My granddaughter was grossed out by her plate and didnt eat anything. 2 items we ordered as sides never even came to us! The young waiter with dreadlocks forgot to order them and even when we asked again for them we never got them. After eating my food I was still hungry. Most likely it will be a long time, if ever, my family eats at IHOP again.

My husband, mother and I ate here last week and were pleasantly surprised this visit. We were seated rather quickly. Our waitress was fast and friendly. We wanted to order the Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity. It didn t disappoint. There are so many options! Not just pancakes but French toast and other choices as your bread with various fruit toppings. Of course eggs your way and bacon or sausage. We got eggs over easy that were cooked to perfection! Service was quick and everything was fresh and yummy. We haven t been here in a while because it is usually very busy and slow but not this time. We will definitely go back more often now. We eat at IHOP when we travel but not much at home, but now maybe we will go back to see if they can keep up the great food and service. Great job! Parking: Some Saturday and Sunday mornings it is very crowded and the lot is full but there is a small bridge that you can use if you park next door.

This has to be the dirtiest IHOP I have ever visited. They sat us at a table completely covered in salt and crumbs. The floors are so greasy they are slippery. Meanwhile all the employees and manager are chatting it up at the register instead of attempting to clean. I m sorry but at 830 on a Thursday morning this place should be clean. Chicken was over cooked, not quite burnt but close. BBQ sauce was good service horrible. Server said they were short handed. Not my problem its IHOPs. Our food set under the heating thing for 10 minutes at least. We were her for too long.

Have been waiting over an hour and a half for food. Can see kitchen from our table. Tons of food sitting under lights. Appears there is a lot of confusion. Plenty of servers and plenty of tables open. Will NEVER go to an IHOP again

Crew does not know what they are doing. We have been sitting here for over an hour and there is about 10-15 orders sitting under the heat lamp for about 30 to 45 minutes now. They are acting completely confused and seems like it s all of their first day on the job. Only thing that was decent was the waiter. DO NOT RECOMMEND! 1/10

Kaela saved the day! The server whose name I didn t catch was curt and rude with both me and my wife. He asked for our drinks and never brought them out! Thankfully kaela saw that we didn t have any drink and asked what we wanted! She served us for the rest of the night and really saved the night! Honestly the service was lack luster. We were seated and had to wait a whole 15 minutes to not be served, greeted, or even acknowledged. We literally had to stop a server and ask to have our order taken. There was no hold on a second we ll be with you in just a moment nothing. Just servers walking passed us. We left without eating. The service just sucked a lot today Vegetarian options: They have an impossible breakfast so it s vegan/vegetarian friendly

Very nice server and good food however a customer was seated in the booth behind us who proceeded to take out his phone and watch a video that was extremely loud and contained foul language. This was an older gentleman and oddly enough, there was another man at a table nearby also watching videos on a laptop. When we complained to our server she agreed it was annoying but they weren t allowed to say anything . The manager also seemed dismissive of it and just said words to placate us. It was obvious these patrons were regular customers as the servers were familiar with them so I m guessing the management didn t want to offend their repeat customers by telling them not to annoy the other diners. We won t be going back.

We went here late at night, when nothing else was open for inside dining. Our server was friendly and efficient. Had to wait a bit for our food, but it was good. There was a miscommunication about one item that we thought was included that we were charged extra for, but that could have been our fault for not clarifying. Overall, a good experience and wed return.

Went there with my daughter after homecoming, nothing like some pancakes in the morning after your daughter goes to a dance. Husband and I have been dining here a long time, we had never had a bad meal! Deborah and Nicki are truly amazing. They cared for each of their customers from their hearts! They genuinely love their jobs and it shows in the performance and professionalism! Also appreciate the cooks, whom we don t see, for their expertise in preparing our meals perfectly every time! Hats off to the manager and his/her team! Vegetarian options: Delicious!
