When this restaurant first opened we wrote it off as eh... its ok.. but this year The food is delicious. Steaks are great! They dont argue with my little girl when she says she wants her steak medium rare. They bring her medium rare! One of the kitchen guys, i believe his name was Archie, happened to be walking by and actually asked us how our meal was! He took the time to interact with us even though it wasnt his job. We did have a run in with a small roach playing table tag with us and the booth beside us but the staff took good care of us and the manager comped our meal. Possibly the best steak house in corpus right now. I recommend the 6oz sirloin, their yummy steamed brocoli, and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. They will even bring you cinnamon butter if you ask for it to go with your bread.

Great place to chill and unwind. I ve found that the best service is to sit at the bar counters BEHIND the bar. The bartender is very attentive. Service at the tables is good not great depending on the time of day. Food is excellent. Parking: FREE Parking is adequate using the big malls parking lot but you may need to drive a round or park further away. Valet if you re willing to use the La Palmera Mall valet service just about 50 yds away.

An out of uniform employee is suspected of stealing a customers phone out of the ladies restroom today and covered it up when they found out the police were on the way. They were witnessed taking it out of a side door and it was passed off to a witness who brought it inside to return it. A police report has been filed and corporate has been contacted. Cameras are being reviewed. She is the only one who could have done it.

This is my second bad experience in a road. Had to ask twice for bread Salad never arrived And it took forever to pay and leave. The stuff mushrooms were well below par. I doubt the restaurant will even read this review. It is clear from previous responses that they dont really read them in my opinion do not seem to care

Sometimes the service is really slow for a restaurant period, even when not busy. I just get to go and dont dine in cause of this. The foods good and reasonably priced though. We sat at the bar to watch the game. There was a group already at the bar. The bartender was catering to them as if they were the only customers. All while that group of people had little kids running around playing in the corner and playing in the waiting area.... Unattended. It was such a distraction and so unsafe for this little kids. We barely had time to drink, since we hardly got attention from bartender. I ordered my ribeye medium rare at it was over cooked and extremely seasoned (salty). Im sorry but for the cost to take my family out to dinner and food was not cooked at my request plus little kids unattended while parents are laughing and getting intoxicated at the bar..... This place is not sophisticated as other cities locations. Corpus Christi store needs more professionalism, respect, and pride. Its a tourist town. So not worth the money.

When we first arrived at LongHorn Steakhouse, there was a brief 5 to 10-minute wait for our party of 15. While the wait time was reasonable, we were a bit disappointed to find that our group was split between two non-adjacent tables. This arrangement was less than ideal, as we were hoping to dine together as a family but were told they don t seat more than 12 people together. Ultimately, the adults were seated at the larger table, while most of the kids were placed at a separate table. As for the food, the service was quick and efficient. I ordered the New York strip steak, cooked well-done, with a loaded baked potato and salad. I was pleased to find that the steak was cooked to perfection deliciously moist and flavorful with every bite. We were there to celebrate my son s birthday, and the staff did a fantastic job with the dessert and the birthday song, adding a special touch to our evening. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals and agreed that LongHorn Steakhouse is an excellent choice for a quality steak dinner. While the restaurant is conveniently located just outside the mall, finding parking was a bit of a challenge. One minor downside was the strawberry lemonade, which tasted slightly watered down and could have benefited from a bit more flavor. Overall, despite a few hiccups, this was one of the best dining experiences we had during our trip, particularly for smaller groups. Parking: This location is in the mall area so parking gets filled up fast.

took the family to longhorn. both steaks we ordered were medium well and well done. they both arrived completely raw. they were taken back to be cooked longer then sam the manager brought back the steaks back to the table. now both steaks over cooked, one was even so over cooked it was char broiled burnt, tasted absolutely disgusting. not to sure why a manager would even bring a steak back to the table that looked that horrible, quality of this food has gone done over the last year. service was good, atmosphere is good. food not so much.

Was so excited to go to Longhorn Steakhouse. It was a little dark inside, but that wasn t a problem. As the hostess led us to our table, we noticed the floor was carpeted. We sat down to look at the menus and were wondering what we were smelling. I can only suspect the carpeting? I really wanted to eat here, but couldn t get over the stench! Sorry Longhorn s, maybe rip out the carpeting and leave the flooring surface something that can be cleaned easily, thoroughly, and frequently.

First time visitor, and very pleased with the decor! Love the boots on display, long horns, and saddles bring a western homie feeling to the place. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Manager welcomed us and checked how our experience was. The only thing I didnt like much, was the southwest taco wraps. The filing was a paste like texture that was not to tasty. The sauce inside over powered it all. The wrap was greasy. Update: Dinner yesterday. The perfectly cooked ribeye steak was Devine!! It brought tears to my eyes just how good it was seasoned, the marble flavor, and rare! Just how I love my steak! I would recommend Geo was friendly, provided excellent service and was knowledgeable of the menu/ Food/ and drinks! You got to try the sweet potato! So good! Will be back for more!

We were seated in a timely fashion, but the waiter never asked if we wanted refills, they set us in a six person seating area around a bunch of teenagers going to the prom. For God sakes it was just my wife and I. We finally got to order and we got an appetizer. Well we finished the appetizer and it was almost an hour before we got our food. Waited 10 minutes and the restaurant wasn t even busy. Both bathrooms (I was with my wife) ran out of paper towels. Kitchen took forever to make the food, the waitress forgot about the bread we asked for even though she passed our table like 4 times. The outlaw steak-big mistake, the bone weighted more than all the meat on that piece, too much fat as well; the fries I ordered to be on the separate plate were right by the steak soggy, saturated in steak s juice. My wife liked her garlic chicken, but wasn t aware that asparagus is extra as a side.

We were seated quickly on a Friday night at 7 pm. Robin was attentive and answered any questions we had regarding the menu. The bread as always was incredible and replaced quickly. My first experience there, and I ordered medium rare steak and my friend ordered rare. The food runner gave me the wrong plate and my friend got mine. I got food poisoning and was up that night till 5am throwing up and diarrhea. I paid $60 just to have to doordash McDonalds at 6am bc I was hungry from throwing up all the poisoned food. Also I went to the restroom for the first time and walked into a POOL of human piss. I walked my bred 11s $350 shoes into puddles of pee. Someone like completely missed the urinal and just took a full pee on the ground. The bartender girl was nice, other than that 1/10 rating for this horrible experience.

Mark was literally the worst waiter there. First they cooked my food wrong. Mark looked annoyed when I had to send my burger back not once but TWICE. I swear I saw him roll his eyes. Should have sent it back a third time because they clearly just wiped the stuff off instead of recooking the burger the way I requested it the first time but my family was almost done eating their food by the time I even started touching mine because of their multiple mess ups. He also acted like he did not want to serve us until the very end of the meal when it was time to decide his tip. I love this place but considering not coming back and it looks like Longhorn only replies to positive reviews so just let this serve as a warning to others.

This place could use a major overhaul and cleaning. The light at our table was broken and falling down. When we were sat the table was still dirty and it was as if we were being an inconvenience to the waitress to wipe it down. Had not eaten here for many years, will not return. A few min of being there with guests drinks bought out. A roach appears on table , requested a booth.my guest coveted the the roach with her drink. The manager did come out and apologized, I could have made a huge stink about this Un sanitary condition. I know there is no establishment that is roach free. She should have picked up the ticket. My advise, do a better service for your customers, have the Resturant treated regularly for all pest. Make sure that everything is being cleaned not just the top of table, under the table, sweep and mop daily. This was very embarrassing for my guest. We should have just walked out. WILL NOT RETURN or recommend to anyone!!!

We went to Longhorn on 12-10-23 to celebrate 2 family bdays. Food was excellent and great atmosphere & service. We have teenage & ya kids so its a wonderful place to celebrate special occasions or just a date night. We enjoy their menu- lots of variety. Really LOVE their steaks!!

This is a very great place to go to. The waiters are very nice and the food was very good, my daugters fries feel on accident and i didnt even have to the waiter to bring new ones he just said he will bring fresh ones and to not worry about it! This place is 5/5, you should visit this place!.

Albert was our server and did amazing! He was very kind , attentive and friendly. We had a great time celebrating here. The food was fast , hot and everything we expected and more. I had the Parmesan encrusted chicken and would recommend to anyone eating here.

The food is always great and the service is quick. For an appetizer the table ordered the wings and they were better than most places. I like how they put the buffalo sauce on the side without asking. We ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken, a ribeye, a NY strip, and a rack of ribs. Both steaks were juicy and delicious. The ribs were tender and flavorful. The Parmesan crusted chicken was definitely my favorite thing. I would go back simply for that.
