My wings looked old and dried out. I went ahead and tried them regardless. Flavor is good but way to hard for anyone to eat. I called the restaurant and I was transferred to the manager. Didnt catch his name but he was rude and useless to a customer satisfaction situation. I told him I was going to put this review and he threatened to report me to for call and complaining and that he had my phone number. Not sure what hes going to report to Bay area hospital but im just a visiting guess not an employee. He really needs to listen to his customers and the situation of not wanting to go right back to exchange the food. Not impressed with the rudeness and ignorants a person in that position put off. Good luck to him and the restaurant never again will go there.

It has been my second time I have been to this restaurants drive-thru. And I enjoyed my food. The wings skin was crispy, which I like even more. I ate the Hawaiian bone in chicken wings. If you like a little sweetness with just a hint of spicy this definitely is a place to go, or if you want a little more of the heat Im sure one can order a combination of sauces. Im definitely going again.

Disappointed! Yesterday I ordered $90 worth of food for the family and first the girl at the window had an attitude and was not friendly at all then a few things were missing so I got down and let one of the girls know and the manager Alyssa was awful, she was rude, and has a bad attitude and did not help the situation. She is not manager material and should not be in customer service. It doesnt look like Ill be back. The experience I just had was not good and did not like the treatment I received earlier. I spoke with Chuy, the manager, inside, but we all know how that will go. No matter if she is reprimanded, she will do it again if she is even told anything.

The wings were small with very little meat on them. The texture and taste were like they had been overcooked or sitting under a heat lamp or in a warming oven for too long. The waitress was considerate when we sent the wings back and replaced them with some chicken bites. The chicken bites looked dark and overcooked, and the texture and taste were like they had been pre fried, sat around, and then fried again. We left it at that and will not order food at this place again. The large glasses of beer were ice cold, and the waitress was great.

Leaving town stopped by for some food, ordered a tortilla soup, chef salad. Started down the road passed out food. No Spoon for the soup! No Fork for the salad! Called and spoke with the manager was told if I wanted you utensils to go before 4pm. They made it clear tips are appreciated with a sign on the window and we tipped, but they didn t display a sign that said utensils upon request after 4pm. Drive up the road and go to Brewster Street! Sad!

Chicken strips were undercooked and flavorless. The ranch was warm and when I asked for another sauce my waitress had attitude and told me she would have to charge me. The gravy was cold and had no flavor. The fries were overcooked and flavorless. How you make a potato not taste like a potato, i have no idea.The sweet tea was sugar water with an after taste of dirt. There was standing water in the womens restroom and the whole place was not very clean. My friend got wings and said they were overcooked and hard. Neither of us ate even half of our meals. Wont go back. Bad service and worse food.

These people are constantly forgetting items on our order. Then when you call them they act like it is inconveniencing them to fix it. Dont even think about getting any type of comp for the inconvenience of having to go back to pick up the rest of your order. The line is often long here but the wings were worth the wait! I was impressed. The hot buffalo sauce is truly hot and addicting. The fried mushrooms were bla IMHO they lacked flavor and were sorta dry. Which was a bummer cause I was really looking forward to having them. We will try something else next time and pass on those. The staff was super nice and helpful when ordering which was refreshing! There s a lot on the menu so I recommend checking it out online before going or as you sit in line. Sorry no picks next time!

First time I got a chicken sandwich and now I know why. The chicken was so burnt it looked like alligator skin! Tasted blander than a bowl of grits. Husband called and they were laughing at him over the phone so he drove another 25 mins up there with with chicken sandwich just for them to do the whole overly fake nice because he was upset. Would they accept a sandwich that was over $10 and looked/tasted like that? I think not

My daughter & I have only been here on time before Saturday the 4th at about 6 pm. We waited in the long line and finally was stopped before I could see the menu. The young girl was rude, looking around and not addressing me but more interested what was behind me. I asked her to move so I could see her & see gave me a bit of an attitude. I tried to tell her that I wanted to order at the board. She said no you pay her and order here. Well I don t t like wings and was hoping to see the menu to get more of a choice. That didn t happen! Very very disappointed. This same young lady s jeans short where so short I could see her underwear. I felt this was totally inappropriate wear for taking orders in a drive through. I am not a stickler for many things. But if you are going to be representing a company you don t wear you beach shorts in public. Very disappointed in my service, order process and the food. Way over priced and very small dried out wings. The servers seemed to care about how fast they went then giving quality customer service.

I really hate giving bad reviews but. ... I am a Wingstop fan always have been, but I decided to give Wings and More to go a try..sad to say very disappointed. The wings and fries where cold and the wings were very dry like the wings have been under a heat lamp all day.. I live close by so the food shouldnt have gotten that cold by my arrival. I think the Regular Wings and More might be a better choice rather than the drive through. Cold wings and fries.. No Bueno!
