Good service our waitress gave us recommendations and even packed our stuff to go for us. We were offered Parmesan cheese with our entrees and refills for drinks. Complimentary bread and butter while you wait for food. Pretty on par with other locations in their chain. Lunch menu is cheaper as well.

My fiancée and I celebrate our anniversary night, We entered the main front door and three girls from the receptions literally saw us standing right in front of theirs eyes, but yet not even a single word coming out of their mouth. I have eaten there for lunch once and delivery once. The cheesecake is great. But other than that, everything else is insanely overpriced and they have a tendency to overdo their dishes. The first time was lunch, and I got a shrimp pasta dish, that I cant even find on their menu now. For someone who is very adventurous and likes all kinds of cuisine, it was completely overseasoned to the point of barely edible. The delivery I got included the spicy tuna and crab bites. The tuna was pale and all I could taste was ginger. The crab bites were very good. But for almost $20 each dish... no thanks. The 2 tiny dishes, a slice of oreo cheesecake (which was very good, but a bit much and unable to finish) and the passionfruit margarita, I could have gone to Docs with my husband and gotten an appetizer with 2 entrees and 2 drinks for the same price... and Docs isnt exactly cheap. Highly, dont recommend for anything BUT Cheesecake

Our waitress was probably one of the best I have ever had. My youngest daughter chose CCF as her Birthday Lunch choice and I was somewhat hesitant. I say that because in the past service was hit or miss. But this time everything was super enjoyable. Though sitting at a table near the waiting area is a bit awkward, hence the 4 stars on the atmosphere. Having crowds of people watch you eat as they anticipate your table is not exactly the best. But overall, it was a good lunch.

Excellent choice of entrés and extensive variety of cheesecakes. The chicken taquitos that I tried were tasty, with the just-right amount of spicy chili. My wife tried the chicken orange, a tasty Chinese food entré. We shared a slice of Bowtie Cheesecake, a tasty combination of Chocolate cake, cheesecake and marscopone cream, wbich was outstanding. I highly recommend!

We were 3 plus 1 child and it took quite a while. Other people got sat in parties of 6, 8, 2 and 5. They were there way after we were. I had recommended this place because generally they are great. I guess they had a bad day but I did see some disagreements with the hosts. The girl was trying to seat us but ran into some opposition. Oh well.... todays another day and I will be eating elsewhere even though the food was very good. I also like good customer service.

I ordered food and noticed that the piece of fudge cake was only half as tall. It was already a skinny piece, but now missing layers? Especially on how expensive a single slice is? Not very happy. If I m getting half of what I ordered for almost $12, might as well go somewhere else. Edit: My husband and I ordered food yesterday and we were both disappointed. I was charged for adult drink on a kids drink, and never got refills or lemon for our tea. Place wasnt busy. And waitress wouldnt give me my ticket to pay so we could leave, stated she needed to clean up the table first. However, I had cleared up the table already and stacked dishes from the long wait prior to waiting for our waitress to just come back to the table I dont understand why we had to wait for the staff to clean up before we could pay and leave, it was already 9:30pm we were Tired, restless and ready to go because we never got waited on nor did we get refills. Plus our bread was hard. And I wasnt able to use my rewards, I suppose it was too much trouble.

Update: Today, we decided to give yall another try. So we had some dinner and dessert. We had an awesome server, Sabrina. She was just awesome. The food was hot and good and she kept our drinks filled. Thank you! We went in tonight for dessert. We did wait about 20 minutes to be seated, no biggie. Cheese cake is always good, thats why we go. Our waitress, on the other hand, was terrible. We sat and waited for about 30 minutes. A manager came and took our order. Then our waitress came to us, and we told her we already had been taken care of. Well, we realized why she took so long. All she did was talk to her friends who were there dining in as well. She refilled my sons drink once, but never mine, nor did she ask us if we were ok. The whole time, she talked to her friends. I did give her a tip, but had she done her job, she would have made a much bigger tip. Smh

We had a very good meal at this place for our wedding anniversary. We had the mozzarella basil flat bread, it was really tasty. We shared a dish that had steak and salmon and ordered extra Mac and cheese (this was unnecessary because that dish is big!). Everything tasted very good. The ambiance was comforting when entering the restaurant, but after we sat down at the far end of the restaurant, my wife and I had flash backs of our time in Vegas visiting the ice bar. After several times of asking them if they could adjust the temperature the manager in charge decided to come by in a rude demeanor and have the ceiling fans turned off. When our food arrived it was cold, pasta was hard and chicken tasted like rubber. I decided I wasnt going to complain about the food in fear of having my food tampered with after seeing and feeling the managers demeanor. Cheesecake was okay, after paying $170.00 for our meals I wish we would have had some at a steak house instead of visiting the ice box factory. Beware of spending your hard earned money here. And dont always he fooled by the looks of food either!!

This is the second time eating in Corpus Christi. Husband and I both had Caesar salads and Fettuccine Alfredo. Croutons my husband said tasted like cardboard. Food s 5, service was a 1. We have been here before and gotten great service but the guy last night was the worst. My partner and I are deaf and he insisted on standing behind us out of sight constantly talking to us or he would talk and ask questions when we were not looking at him. He refused to write anything back when we would write to him our orders and dude was just manifesting that we, *deaf* people would magically understand him standing behind us or not looking at him. We reminded him that we were deaf multiple times, asked him to write to us. He would not and he would look to the other person and repeat himself. Order quality was an issue too. Had to ask for the bread bowl and he did not bring it til entrees were over and there weren t any butter with it. At that point we stopped bothering. He also brought the wrong thing almost every single time - I ordered the Cuban, he brought me the bistro burger and the wait time for the food was so long I just ate it instead of sending it back. We ordered a cheesecake to go, he tried to charge us for two cheesecakes and we had to argue with him to take off the other one when clearly we only got one on the table.

Tonight we placed an order online and my salad was missing. This is our 3rd order from this location and each time we get home (20 min away) and realize they forgot something. Twice my side salad and once my son s kids meal. I don t understand why other locations can do such a great job and always get the orders right but this location greatly struggles. The Shrimp Scampi dish was absolutely divine! The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were outstanding. However, if youre not a fan of garlic, be aware that its quite prominent in this dish. Nevertheless, it was incredibly delicious. The ambiance was also exceptional - very romantic and intimate, with soft background music that allowed for easy conversation. The Chicken Madeira, asparagus, mashed potatoes, and chicken were all expertly prepared and full of flavor. I didn t care for the lemon meringue cheesecake, but my spouse said that reminded him of his moms famous lemon meringue pie - a sweet and tangy delight that brought back fond memories. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

The only complaint I have is that some of the meals are portioned with to little of chicken. My wife ordered a tortilla chip chicken salad. I think thats what it was. She had a really hard time finding chicken in her salad. We asked the waiter about it. He said the kitchen told him its a portioned amount.

I went there on Saturday March 23rd with my Disabled Spouse. She was on her expensive Mobility Scooter, and they expected her to park it out of view, and the Hostess refused to allow the Scooter to be close to where she tried to seat us. We asked her to change the location so that I could keep in in view. At that point the Hostess REFUSED to adjust our seating. As per the Gentleman, at the front said that she would. For a Hostess to Flat REFUSE to Accommodate a Disabled guess. So we left, due to the mishandling of a Disabled guest.

I am disabled and use a nice scooter. They wanted me to leave it far away from my table. It is a $2000 scooter and I cant afford a new one! The gentleman assured me he would watch it but thats impossible. Then told me theyd put me us at a table so I could see it. It wouldve been behind a barrier and hard to see. The thin, long haired redheaded woman who escorted us to our table wasnt willing to negotiate and honestly was so blase and didnt care about our problem. We wont return and Ill tell my disabled friends about it too. Its a shame as I enjoy the cheesecake but wont even do takeout. Educate your staff.

We love the Cheesecake Factory in other cities, but this one seems to have missed the mark. It started out well when it first opened, but that quality of the food has diminished. This is our fourth time eating here, and we wont be back anytime soon. The quality just seems to be getting worse each time. The four cheese pasta was just pasta. Nothing stood out as far as taste, and the chicken in it lacked flavor. It was not worth the $27 for the small plate that was bland. The chicken parmesan pizza style was well cooked and looked nice, but it also lacked flavor. The cheesecakes did not seem like high quality Cheesecake like we are used to from here. The mixed drinks were not consistent. The Paloma was overly strong with alcohol but still tasted ok. The other drink tasted like a virgin drink and did not have any alcohol taste. Their prices are extremely high for the quality of the food. The food choices are great, but the quality of the food being made is not worth the price. We dont mind paying the prices if the food and drinks are worth it. But they were definitely not here. The atmosphere is not very pleasing as it feels claustrophobic in there and loud. We had to talk louder to hear each other at a four person table. The spaces are close together and tight. It is not very comfortable to sit and eat. I will say that the staff was mixed. The front desk hostess seemed rude and was short with everyone who went up. Maybe they were having a bad day. The wait staff were excellent. They were all very attentive and polite. Their service was top-notch. I have nothing but praise for them. The cooks, on the other hand, were either new or just stopped caring. We wish it would have been better. I guess we will have to eat at Cheesecake Factory in another city. Their portions are good, but the quality is just lacking. The portions of cheesecake were huge in the beginning. Now, they are small and not worth the $10 piece.

The crab rangoons were delicious! The sauce was good as well. I had the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp (but with just chicken). The waitress recommended choosing one meat because guests say the chicken and shrimp flavors don t always complement each other. The dish tasted Great, but was almost lukewarm when it came out. I would get it again because that problem was (hopefully) a fluke. Overall, good experience

This place has decent cheesecake. Price wise, its best if you order it by the cake, and take it to a party. The food is hit or miss. Somethings are good, like the parmesan crusted chicken and somethings are not so good, like the breakfast items, pasta dishes and steaks. Their version of Chicken Marsala is horrible. Service is hit or miss as well. One of the biggest issues is that they sometimes lie about the wait times. If the place is packed, you might as well go somewhere else. Sometimes, there are tables available, but they will make you wait a long time anyway, rather than seat you. The staff openly blames it on the management. They also let their friends and families cut in line, which is really pathetic when you have been waiting for longer. They whisper about this, thinking you wont notice.

My son and I love this place. 9bout of 10 visits service has been great. Only once in awhile little things happen (like not being waited on after 20 minutes this being a really long time ago. Not recent), but again lets face it all restaurants little things are bound to happen. My 9 year old always wants to eat at this place and one of his birthday presents was a gift card to this place. I am a chocoholic but I prefer the lemon raspberry cheesecake.

The server Nate L was perfect. He is doing a great job, checked on our table and all tables around us constantly and thoroughly, bringing refills and items as needed. The older woman who seated our party was extremely rude and made sure customers knew that they were inconveniencing her. I don t know if she was a manager or a host, but she needs hospitality training. Food and drinks are overpriced in my opinion.

The visibly disgusting silverware and plates set on the table as clean is absolutely horrendous. It made my daughter gag just looking at the chewed up food stuck to the plate and we decided not to eat there. Its about that time when New Restaurants become just Restaurants in Corpus. Alot of places do really good for the first year or so and then little by little the food quality doesnt stay the same. I have always ordered the 4 cheese Pasta which is obviously my favorite but this time the pasta was very bland. My brother ordered the steak which was sent back because it had too much Pepper which became more of a Caked layer. Shrimp was actually really good, tried one from my fathers plate. For me because of the quality now i wouldnt rate a 5 but could be just a one time thing. Ill def be back and hopefully they have ginger beer this time for my moscow mule and have the cucumber lemonade which they ran out of.
