The combo of wings and chicken strips was made incorrect. The last time I ordered this, I was able to order 2 wing flavor on separate wings. I ordered the same..some lemon pepper and the rest medium. They were all lemon pepper in medium sauce. Also ordered a well Whisky with Diet Coke. The soda was flat.

Terrible service! Tried to go in at 8pm on Tuesday 9/10/24 after our girls had won 2 volleyball games. Explained to the front desk girls that we were a big group but would accommodate however they saw fit. We got the eye roll from the start. They had major attitude the whole time and even when we talked to the manager on duty, he seemed bothered by the fact that if he split us up, we would have several servers. We offered to take our orders as families and we would deliver the food to our kids (sitting at a table all together) to make it simple for them. He objected to that as well. We finally just left cause it was super clear that they did not want our business or deal with a big group. My husband called later and asked if next time We should make a reservation ahead of time. They said they don t accept them. I give up. I don t know what else we could do to support local businesses. FYI: your establishment didn t close till 10 pm that night. Plenty of time to handle our business. Y all were not busy at all when we showed up.

The food was amazing. Ordered the wing and strip special. The staff are friendly and the place was very clean. The only thing I would say is that we, as tour patrons, are getting hit with all kinds of fees, and seeing a service charge here and there adds up. I wish everyone would try and stop Nicole and dining everyone.

Went for first time yesterday at 4:45pm, there was maybe five tables occupied me and my daughter sat there for 20 minutes and only got a glass of water kept asking for a waitress which rude did not even acknowledge us. Say hi or even sorry for having us sitting there once we got our water we got up and left would never go back again.

Very happy to have chosen this place for dinner. Had the teriyaki wings with fries and they were delicious with the flavor and a lite crisp to the wings. Our waiter Dustin was working it. Busy going back and forth but did keep checking up to see if drinks were filled no matter how busy. Great job Dustin and food was great also.

I had my first experience here today and it was amazing! Our server was attentive, accurate, and fast. Our food was delicious and affordable. My drink had a great taste and presentation. Decided to come here after driving by it so many times and I made a great choice! We ordered the sampler, had to sub out Jalapeño Bottle caps for something else since they were out but it was still good. We also ordered their chicken strip sandwich and the smokey rooster combo, all the chicken was delicious and juicy, the flavors were very good and they all paired well with our $3 Pint margaritas! Many delicious options and the service from our waitress Zoie was great. Definitely coming back to try the jalapeño bottle caps!

The food was great! But THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I made a call in order for pick up. The girl on the phone asks me how soon I can get there, I mentioned to her to give me 10 mins and Ill be there. When I get there, she says, OK Ill put your order in now. I was like, wait, I called it in. It shouldve been done by now. She replies, well you told me to give you 10 mins. I replied. Yes to give ME 10 mins. Not to give you 10 mins. What was the point of calling it in. She then wanted to argue with me as to why I needed to come in 10 mins after the phone call. Like hello! What does it matter I made a call in order to have ready by the time I got there. She continued to argue with me about the time. Idk about yall, but I dont pay my employees to argue with any of the patrons walking into my establishment.. She then needed to make a point to all the staff members as to why I was standing around and not being served. RUDE EMPLOYEES. need more training on how to be a better customer service representative, in any industry.

We ordered the fried mushrooms and onion rings as appetizers. The breading was perfectly crispy and delicious. For the drink I ordered the mango chamoy margarita that was served in a Patron bottle. It was pricey, $18 but so worth it. It was very strong but very delicious. One was enough. I ordered the steak fingers for my entree. The breading was perfect. It came with a side of cream gravy, crispy, tasty French fries, and I ordered an extra side of roasted corn. I will definitely be back to try more of their menu. Everything is a really great price and looks delicious!

Finally tried to place after being recommended, was very disappointed. The service was awful. It took awhile to be seated and even a longer time just to get our drinks and food ordered. When we finally got our food, they forgot a lot of things so we had to keep waiting for everything. I ordered the smothered grilled chicken(it comes with grilled onions, mushrooms, provolone cheese and shredded cheese) my side was broccoli. Low key place, food was great for the value. I would recommend. I had the Guac attack and my fiancée had what would be a wing n tender from wings n more. Very good onions rings as well, the crust on then was thin and crunchy

Crowded, and it was a problem getting our group seated even though we called ahead. The server had to go back and forth via the staircase, so food and drink service was not up to par. The wings were excellent, but the fried pickles could have been hotter/fresher. Received pretty good service at the bar.

This place right here for wings is the My family and I love wings and we got sick and tired of the price increases and smaller portions of wings n more. We decided to venture out for a new wings place and boy did we strike gold here. I cant speak to other items on the menu but he wings are great! Service was great too!

Let me start by saying they have the best Sweet Potato Waffle Fries in town. The food was delicious Hubby and I went for dinner. We wanted to try something new, and he had heard about this place. We both had the tender combo; hubby had honey BBQ, and I had medium roasted garlic. The tenders were cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The honey BBQ sauce had a great flavor - sweet with very mild spicy - it was a great balance of flavor. The medium roasted garlic was to die for - it was the best sauce I have had on tenders or wings in a while, but it does have a kick - more than I thought it would. The restaurant was clean. Decorated like a sports bar. It was kid friendly, but we were there between 5pm and 6pm. I am not sure how it would be later or even it it is allowed after a certain time. It was a little warm in there, but not terribly uncomfortable. Parking is plentiful and easy to get in and out of. Service was somewhat disappointing. They server was not attentive and difficult to get a hold of. It could have been better. With that being said, the server was nice, knowledgeable, and helpful when we did get her attention.

Phenomenal service with great food! I accidentally ordered the wrong wings and the server went above and beyond to help me have an amazing experience. The booths are not big girl friendly so ask for a table up front. We tried the buffalo hot chicken bites a the jalapeno bottle caps and the bbq wings

Had the pork ribs plate today, it came with a piece of sausage and 2 sides, I chose the baked beans and potato salad. The sausage was really good, the pork ribs were fall off the bone tender and super tasty, the baked beans are about as close to my wife s baked beans as I ever had, in fact it makes her a little jealous. The servers are always polite and helpful. The menu has a good variety of items from burgers, chicken wings, sea food and rotisserie chicken. Everything has been great that we ve tried.

This restaurant is fairly new to the area and I finally had on opportunity to try it. The atmosphere is low-key. The lighting could be brighter, but thats a personal preference. Id like to be able to see the menu and my meal. We ordered buffalo shrimp and wings as an appetizer. I enjoyed the shrimp. The batter was crisp and didnt get soggy, even with the sauce on top. For entrées, I ordered the bowl with chicken and my husband ordered a chicken fried steak. The chicken fried steak was a little thin for my liking. The gravy and crust were mediocre . The ingredients in the bowl were very fresh, the chicken a bit dry. Id like to be fair and say the meals were good, just unimpressionable. Overall the restaurant is on the right track. Very competitive prices. With a few recipe and visual modifications, it could have a steady stream of customers. Id like to give it a try after they have been established for a while. Until then we will not be back.
