My time at 54th Street was very good. Not the best, but good. The service was amazing, I was served with kindness and care. The lady who served me had an intern with her there were technically 2 waiters. The only thing I disliked was the wait time. It took about 25 minutes to get our food, and some of the items we ordered were cold due to the wait. Other than that everything was great! I recommend this place to anyone who wants a mix of American type food!

First review ever. This was worse than going to the dentist. No apology necessary as this is your business model. Menus should be accessible. I should not be required to use my personal device to conduct business in person/in restaurant. Simply stated, provide a quality real human interaction and a dining experience better than I can plan, shop, prep, cook, clean myself. The sparse patrons should indicate closer. My humble advice. Seek establishments that dont follow greatness of the all mighty dollar but the value of every individual that walks through the front door. Regardless if they are paying, delivering, or working. They use very tender steak in the CFS and the crust I cooked to perfection, however the steak or maybe just the batter is very, very, heavily salted. It was almost unpalatable. They shorted me my roll as well. Dietary restrictions: If you are on a low sodium diet beware!

Absolutely amazing! I eat a lot, and I have a ranking! This restaurant here is first. I would also like to compliment the waiter named Summer. She was genuinely one of the best waiters I have ever had. The steak is amazing, I highly recommend it as well as the adult Mac & Cheese on the kids menu. Beautiful place and amazing atmosphere. We normally go to the one in McKinney near our house. But my boyfriend and I met up for lunch near our jobs today. Margarita was so strong which I love. The cheeseburger on the lunch menu was so filling and so good. Service was great! My boyfriend got the chicken fried steak. I tried some and it was delicious along with the potatoes and biscuit. We always have a great time at 54th street no matter the one we go to! Thank you!

Thanks for the delicious comfort food after a long and tiring shift, especially so close to you guys closing. Oh my goodness. Rattlesnake Pasta, aint no rattlesnake in it... I had to ask this dish is layered with flavor and wonderfully delicious. I had to remain conscious of the animation of my face as I enjoyed this dish .. so good. Cousin had the Lieutenant Dans Shrimp Platter of which I confiscated a shrimp and ooowee perfectly modestly battered, succulent and delicious. Cousin was right and 54th Street is a YES for me! We had 10 people arrive for an early dinner. They seated us quickly and our server was excellent. Nobody needed to ask for a refill because the drink was waiting before we finished. The food was good. Salads and tacos had a bit too much dressing. The burgers had a good flavor but were just a bit overcooked. The atmosphere is just an average themed bar, nothing special.

Tonight s dinner was a complete disaster. We were a party of 6. Took 20 minutes just to get the last 2 drinks for our table. Appetizer came with our food. First 2 plates were fine. Next 2 were ice cold (quesadilla & prime rib sandwich) & had to be sent back. The last 2 plates were sandwiches & took even longer to arrive. Servers kept coming by trying to deliver food we didn t order. We asked a manager to come over & told him the problems & he seemed to understand but we weren t really getting any action & didn t feel like he took charge. The assistant manager came over shortly afterwards & really listened & took charge to get the ball rolling to finally fix everything. Kept seeing our server (young white female) just hanging out on the back corner of the restaurant & not paying us any attention. Definitely felt the assistant manager tried hard to salvage our dinner. We were originally seated about 9:20pm. Had part of our meal comped & were given some gift cards. We ll try again at some point. Previous visits have been fine, occasionally slow but we re usually not in a rush anyways. But tonight was a complete mess. The plates that were replaced should have come out perfect but the guacamole for the replaced quesadilla was half green & half rotted brown & inedible. Kitchen staff should know better than to allow cold or rotted food to come out of the kitchen. Hopefully it s just a one off night but they really dropped the ball. They need to really analyze where the problems are & fix them with additional retraining or by replacing personnel. But again I give kudos to the assistant manager for excelling in handling a bad situation.

We have been multiple times and recently met a couple here for dinner and had a good experience. 54th Street has a large and varied menu, so everyone should be able to find something they like. It is an active environment with groups and families and TVs all over the restaurant. The restaurant is conveniently located at the Dallas North Tollway and Main Street in Frisco. Update: 3/19/24 I obviously liked this place not too long ago. Theyve been on a major decline the last few months. Tesha was or server the last 2 times and she is likely a great person but a very bad server. No personality, gone for extended times. We sat at 1810, didnt get food until ~1900. My kids smash burger was literally raw. I had to flag down manager Jon who asked if we wanted to wait for a replacement, Little did we know it would take over 10 min to replace a plain single burger. It came out charred. Never saw the manager again. My family left after waiting almost 10 minutes for our server to bring the check. I sat alone and waited to pay for almost another 10 minutes. Im a human, I see that everyone working here seems overwhelmed. Fact is, I paid money for my family to eat there and didnt get what we expected. Hope you right the ship. Best of luck. Outdated: A five star rating is more complex than just having a great meal with great service. Scratch kitchens are hard to find, not to mention one that is kid friendly (food and atmosphere). 54th is a 5 star family restaurant that just so happens to also be perfect for parents. True craft cocktails, lots of screens and space. Fantastic food and unbeatable prices. Our sever Dan was absolutely remarkable, attentiveness and attention to detail was top notch. Give that man a raise! Ive patroned Michelin star restaurants with inferior service.

So I got the Cuban sandwich My wife got the chicken fried steak in my best friend end up getting a burger My sandwich tasted like they didnt even attempt to cook it on the grill like they just threw their microwave and warmed it up I know this is probably what they did cuz I worked has a line cook for a few of these chain restaurants so I know their method but that being said it is what it is theres a quite extensive selection of meals you can get from this place but I forewarn you if the food doesnt taste right definitely tell them I mean youre paying for the food to begin with on another side note my waitress was horrible she had no communicative skills whatsoever and hardly ever can to check on my table needed a refill took about 20 minutes with me saying this I feel that everybody is kind of feeling the same way about restaurants in general. Lately they want a tip for something they didnt even deserve or work hard for completely unacceptable behavior I dont feel bad about not tipping at all anymore

The drink, Cuban Mojito, ordered at bar and tasted good and sweet. The appetizer, Calamari, was ordered. The squid tasted tender but the bread was quite salty; not the fan. Chicken Bucatini tasted great and very creamy and cheesy. Filet Mignon in the protein power grain bowl was cooked right and tasted good, juicy and nearly melt-in-the-mouth. Our server came to the table and greeted us about 5 mins later after we were seated. He apologized the delay and was very friendly and polite to help place the order and take care of us during our visit. He had the good knowledge of the menu and asked some right questions to understand the need or requests. One thing to complain is that it took about 26 minutes to receive the entrees; it seemed taking too long. The establishment interior and exterior was clean. The temperature was a bit cold around our table, as it was close to the pick-up area and the door got opened frequently. Parking: Lots of parking space in the plaza.

So hey, thanks to a DoorDash delivery mishap the dasher dropped off this at the WRONG HOUSE. So not only did I get a free meal, but someone went without their food (at NO FAULT of the restaurant). I tried and tried on all 6 houses on my cul-de-sac and nobody ordered it. I phoned the restaurant to see if they knew whose food it was, but they don t know. (privacy concerns, I guess). Anyway - the staff at the restaurant and the store manager were able to track down the dasher and told me I could keep this meal while they remake it. Food the other people ordered was delicious, thanks! But really sorry your Dasher messed this one up for ya. Im staying in a nearby Hampton Inn and the room key has this restaurant ad on it with a coupon code. I was hungry and wanted to try it, so I scanned the QR code, ordered, got my 10% off; it was delivered in the estimated time frame. DoorDash gave updates throughout and it was easy to track the driver. The bag was packed perfectly with utensils, food was fresh and warm, and tasted delicious! I wasnt sure what to expect as Im traveling and new to this area, but I highly recommend the crab cakes. They are flaky and have great flavor without a bunch of fillers. The roasted pepper sauce was tasty and complimentary to the seafood. The steak bowl came in a large portion and will be great for leftovers tomorrow. Let me start with some restaurants should just shut down and note it as principal. Me and my husband stopped in to place a to go order. The staff that stood at the to go counter was unaware unfriendly and had the worst customer service ever. You immediately get the feeling that maybe the job is to overwhelming for those young adults and they probably should all work earlier shifts so they dont have to deal with the hustle and bustle of night services. Even though this was my first encounter with them I gave them grace and preceeded to ask for a menu. The person that I thought was helping me seemed to be helping and then not helping all within seconds and for a moment I got confused and didnt know who was helping me. My husband got frustrated because we didnt have the menu yet and then the person who was suppose to be helping seemed to get frustrated because my husband was frustrated and began to stare at my husband every 2-3 seconds like he was waiting for a reaction so he could react. It was weird. Again I kept my composer and finally orederd my food. Which didnt take long to come out. One would say this was a good thing except the food was HORRIBLE. It was like the took pre-packaged food and through it together with no season or anything. Because of this I told my husband to re-cook it at home because it was just that bad. Dont return it, just fix it. We cook at home but didnt feel like it this night and expect a restaurant to have some skill in cooking. This cook is the worst. I will never go here, but mainly because of the workers at the front.

Every single time we order from 54th Street via DoorDash. They get the order wrong. We order iced tea, not sweet tea. However we receive sweet tea, every single time. Their quality control is severely lacking. Then even though we didn t order sweet tea, we only get partial credit for their mistake. Neither my husband and I like sweet tea so we wind up paying for items that immediately get poured down the drain. If it only happened a couple of times, that would be one thing. But every single time they get it wrong. Whoever fills the orders should really check to see if they got it right. Poor customer service if you ask me.

Service is very bad at this restaurant, We entered the restaurant at 8:23 and we got our 1st drink at 9:25, so we got it after 1 hour, when asked about this to manager he is very rude and said he can t do much about it, restaurant is not busy at all but still very bad service. Avoid going to this place if you want see some good behavior.

Where do I start Food is often cold AND wrong. My family has never eaten together because someone s food is always wrong. The servers ALWAYS DISAPPEAR. By the end of the night the manager is discounting the meal to keep the tempers down. We got here at 9:15. It s 10:30 and we haven t gotten our food. The server hasn t check up since he brought us a lemonade with dirt particles in it. He never brought my fiancé the new drink. I ended up going to the bar to get her a drink. There s no one here really. Half the tables are empty and our food is still no where to be found.

What happened to this place?! Someone is changing the quality of the food and not for the better. Sadly, it doesnt matter whether dining in or carrying out. The food is terrible. Dining with friends a week ago, I ordered the rueben, it was cold, and the bread was soggy. It would not have helped being hot because the meat had so much gristle in it that I couldnt eat it. The waiter could have cared less. He cleared near full plates of uneaten food and didnt ask. Tonight, I ordered the pork ribs and blackened ribeye to carry out. The ribs were horribly dry, burned on the outside. My guest ordered the blackened ribeye. It was tough. It was overcooked. It was not blackened. I used to like this place. They used to care about the food, not anymore. I wont eat here again. Sadly, the management seems more interested in strutting around the restaurant than making certain the food quality is where it should be. Inexcusable.

This place is great if you want good food and don t want to pay an arm and a leg for it. They have a good happy hour and their appetizers are very tasty. Haven t had a single nasty thing. Best fried pickles I ve had in Dallas tbh. Drinks are huge as well.

I cant comment on the service or atmosphere since our office ordered for it to be delivered. I ordered a chicken club salad and it was subpar. Its like they mixed the old stuff with new lettuce to reduce food waste. You could tell The tomatoes were old and some of the lettuce was starting to liquefy. The croutons were stale. The chicken was good though.

Came in on a Sunday evening, the lights outside the restaurant were off and the street light was off too. Dark and weird. waited to be seated. They weren t that busy, perhaps short staffed. Food took long even though we didn t order anything off the charts, tacos and fried chicken. Tacos were really good, kinda unique I must say. The rice in my plate was cold like refrigerator. A very nice restaurant, really good for relaxing. The food is incredibly delicious, lovingly prepared but also a little more expensive. You should bear that in mind. We were there with children and were received very nicely. The waiting time was a little longer, but they helped to keep the children busy and someone kept coming by. It would not be a restaurant I would visit again and again. Its too expensive for us as a family. But it was worth it as a special outing. We will remember it for a long time. Great experience, well worth it ... Kid-friendliness: They are very responsive to children, keep them busy and help to fulfill special requests without extra charges in the childrens menu.
