Restaurant in the lobby of the double tree, full fills its purpose. When I arrived late (9pm) closest and only Restaurant open past 9pm. Great wings, good buffalo sauce. Cheese wedges were not cooked enough, and fries were soggy. Im blaming the late order, bartender didnt get my order until 945pm.. 15mins before kitchen closed. Still good. Parking: Not alot of parking spots, during summer Im sure way more busy.

The waitress was the only positive in my experience at this restaurant and single-handedly saved this review. She was incredibly friendly. Unfortunately it took 45 minutes to get mediocre pancakes and avocado toast. It wasn t busy, and it was a weekend with no wait. I ll starve before I come back.

Joey B was the bartender and server for me. I was visiting in town for work by myself and he Made my night!!!!! I waited previously for 20minutes at a nearby restaurant with no service and he turned my night around. Food was great but the experience he gave me was even better. Thank you Joey !!!!

We are here on our honeymoon. I talked to the bar manager to see if they could do something special for us. When we arrived checked in with no problems. When to the room had a rose heart on the bed and a bottle of champagne being chilled. Went down to the restaurant has some drinks and had some food it was amazing. Thank you for making our day so special.

The place is beautiful, its inside of a hotel so its to be expected. But our dinning experience wasnt the best. Food is salty, some have no flavor, queso is watery. The shrimp undercooked. I could go on. They could not even afford taking 1/2 off a plate that we could not eat because of health reasons. None of us finished our plates.

Whilst being inticed by the splendour and the grandeur of a false reputation, we chose this establishment to land on our first night in Corpus Christi, TX. Only to experience the expired produce meets the customers before the garbage. This lettuce in the Ceaser salad was so far past expiry that it wasn t worthy to be deemed compost. While the lettuce was an attraction for fruit flies, none would brave a landing on it due to its condition. After consuming what few scraps of lettuce showed signs of life, we were finally acknowledged by the bartender who asked us if we were done already. This was our chance to plead our case and we did to no avail. She stated that since we muscled through and ate what we could we were past the threshold of mercy and would not be getting a full refund. Now I have never had the pleasure to wait on and serve my valued community through the common necessity of food sustenance, I ll give some advice for what to do when something like this happens. You make it right. If you can t produce a good product or create a good experience, there is no value to be exchanged. I would accept an apology and a full refund which would be great. We did have our Bahama Mama refunded which leads me to believe that they realized something was terribly wrong. However, I m still paying for two salads .

Absolutely Amazing! We live here and this has turned out to be a Hidden Gem! Well not for long Im guessing! The Plate Presentation was spot on! The Drinks were Perfect! Did I Mention it overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Wow Beautiful! Chef Anthony Took Great Care of us and we Wanted for Nothing. The Prices are Very Reasonable Especially with Everything your Getting. Do yourself a favor and try this place you wont be disappointed.

Edit: I had a signed receipt showing the total amount including tip but when reviewing card transactions they added 2 dollars onto the total. Make sure you hold your receipts and check on it I ended up eating here all nights of my stay. I had the Mahimahi tacos twice, the BBQ bacon burger once and the seared tuna twice. The seared tuna was fantastic! Great tasting and very pretty presentation. I also had a Moscow mule every night among other drinks, but theirs stood out as better tasting than normal Parking: Google says free parking at the hotel but its 10 dollars per day. Not sure per hour if you were only visiting the restaurant.

Business stay at the double tree turned into a 5 star stay. Joey did an exceptional job bartending; on the second visit he knew the beer I had before and had it ready. I asked Joey for a drink, he made a cocktail from my preference to perfection. I asked for a special off menu request and he made it happen.

This review is only for dinner. We arrived around 6-6:05pm and it seems me me a bit under staff during weekend dinner time. It was quick when we could get our order and drinks, but it took about 40-50 mins before our dinner was served. The shrimp was $22 and tasted okay but the rice was hard like leftover-bit overpriced to me. Chicken was $18 and it came with good portion. Music was mixed with tape and live and doesnt really add up anything. Overall I would not recommend unless you have daily credit to use.

Such a great atmosphere to have an after work cocktail and an appetizer with some friends or coworkers. The view of the Corpus Christi Bay and the USS Lexington just sets the ambiance for a relaxing evening. The Tuna Nachos were outstanding and are highly recommended. There is a good balance of food choices for everyone from pastas, chickens sandwiches, to salads. Definitely a great spot, I ll be coming back regularly.
