Monarch View Park is an absolute gem in Frisco! This park offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and modern amenities, making it a great spot for families, couples, or solo visitors. The walking trails are well-maintained, with scenic views that are peaceful and rejuvenating. I love the butterfly garden it s not only beautiful but also educational. There are plenty of open spaces for picnics, and the playground is a hit with kids. The park is clean, safe, and a wonderful place to relax or get some exercise. Whether youre looking for a quiet escape or a fun family outing, Monarch View Park has something for everyone. Highly recommend!

A decent sized park with play area that has zip lines, climbing structures, swings, slides, etc. and a small trail to walk around the park. There is also a basketball court for older kids to hang out. The bluebonnets are behind the park, so follow the trail behind the play area . You should see a fountain, and there youll see quite a few blue bonnets. There are very few parking spots but street parking was available. Playground: Has swings, slides, etc. Dog-friendliness: Yes. Saw a couple of dogs, but please clean after them. Picnic area: A shaded area with seats and benches

One of the best playgrounds in the area. Would have given five stars if there were public restrooms. There are NO restrooms here. Plan ahead. Playground: One of the best around. They have two zip lines, a toddler area, swings, a rope jungle gym and a picnic area. No restrooms. Toilets: No restrooms here

For a park that is located in North Frisco, this park is surprisingly large enough to host a picnic or enjoy the outdoors during the summer season. During the spring, there are an abundance of bluebonnet flowers to enjoy and take a couple of pictures. Plus, a large playground area is near the park and includes a basketball court and a few slides to enjoy.

This is such a great little park. Its really spread out with ample green space. A great place to take pictures with the bluebonnets. Its on a hill so theres almost always a breeze. The city is still working on turning the landscape into a native wildflower prairie, but its definitely coming along. No restrooms. Very busy when school lets out.

If you like to connect with nature and the environment this park will fall right in alignment with that . Only thing missing is the restrooms (pee before you leave the house .)

Wow, a treasure amidst all the concrete, drywall and the day to day stress during these trying times. A great park for families, picnics and to just de-stress when you walk up and look at the butterfly art work at the top of the hill. If you have ever heard of the butterfly effect it will bring you straight back to the time you first heard that story. If not, try looking it up on Youtube, Andy Andrews tells it the best! Monarch Park is a hidden gem just off of Panther Creek Road in Frisco. Grab a picnic, a bottle of wine, the lawn chairs and relax. Enjoy. GREAT PLACE FOR KIDS!!!

I went to the Grand Opening on May 1st, but it has been delayed. The park is not ready yet. They do have cool playground equipment for the kids and the walking trails were covered in mud. I like the concept of this park, bringing kids and nature together, and I will update my review when this park is finally complete.
