Horrible Experience and Rude Service at BiryaniFy My wife and I recently had a terrible experience at BiryaniFy, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. We ordered the Veg Combo, which was supposed to include one entree, an appetizer, biryani, and a chapatti. The person who took our order, Rush, assured us of this. Satisfied, we opted for takeout. Upon reaching home, we discovered that our order was missing several items. Instead of what we were promised, we received white rice, one entree (in a smaller quantity than expected), an appetizer, and no chapatti. When we called the restaurant the first time, we were told that we had ordered the lunch combo for $8.99, which included what we received. Not convinced, we checked our bill and confirmed it was indeed the Veg Combo for $10.99. I called back to explain the situation, hoping for a resolution. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, the person on the phone was extremely rude. He claimed they were out of chapatti and made excuses about offering either biryani or white rice. I pointed out that we were not informed of this at the time of our order and would have chosen differently if we had been. The person on the phone even lashed out at me, which was entirely uncalled for. This level of rudeness, combined with the incomplete and incorrect order, is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. The service is rude, and the hygiene is questionable. I am also considering filing a complaint with the Plano Food Inspection authorities regarding this incident.

Came with family for dine out, cashier told they don t have plates only takeout, so I ordered special boneless chicken biryani and veg dum biryani with mild spicy, after coming home when I opened, received chicken dum biryani and it was like pulao not biryani, veg biryani was worst dry with garam masala, guys please respect customers and make good food. My husband and I tried their Nali Biryani with medium spice for the first time last night. It was really good! The rice was cooked to perfection! Not too hard and not too soft either.... Just perfect. The spice level was a bit much for me but it was fine for my husband. He loved it! The meat could have been cooked for a little longer so it falls off the bone but that was not a show stopper for us. The overall flavor was great The guy at the counter was nice when taking the order. This is mostly a takeout joint so dont expect a full service restaurant

Worst worst worst food. Beware of this place. I have ordered two plates of biryani chicken and goat biryani. The biryani was so much trash that It burned out my throat and almost throw up. The meat was uncooked and rice was all broken . To my astonishment they made the biryani with Sona Masoori rice. I called up to the lady on the restaurant to provide the feedback and she disconnected the call on me and later Called me back and started yelling at me and threatening me that she will send out the police to my house. Worst people and worst place and customer service . !!!! All I can say is stay hungry for that time but avoid going to this place or take the food even if they give it for free .

Very very bad and fake people. I ordered the Chicken biryani and goat biryani yesterday and they gave me rice mixed with the chicken gravy and goat gravy. It was worst than horrible. On top of it the lady owner has great attitude and do not want to accept that she is fooling around with the people on the name of Biryani and upon asking she yells at you. Beware of this place and looks like all the good reviews are paid reviews and cannot be honest. 2 stars across for food, service and atmosphere. Restaurant used a lot of food colour and food was just fine. I ordered shawarma, boneless chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala and tandoori parantha not paraota made of only oil and maida. Chicken tikka masala was not at all good. Lot of color, chicken pieces were not tikka they seem like all fried up. Biryani was not at all tasty the real reason for spending extra $13 in cab to pick this up. Not at all worth.

I recently visited Biryanify in Plano and had a disappointing experience. I had high hopes for their Lamb Mandi and Crispy Corn, but unfortunately, both dishes fell short of my expectations. The Lamb Mandi was bland and lacked flavor, with the meat being dry and overcooked. The rice was also unremarkable, and the dish as a whole failed to impress.The Crispy Corn was equally disappointing. The corn was not crispy at all, but rather soggy and overcooked. The seasoning was also too strong, overpowering the natural sweetness of the corn. To make matters worse, the Biryani I ordered was unbearably sweet. Im not sure if this was an oversight in the kitchen or if they intentionally added sugar, but it completely ruined the dish. The sweetness was so overwhelming that I couldnt even taste the rice or the meat.

I love your food and tried it many items from your restaurant. I have observed and conducted few small tests for your service, hospitality, and patience in various ways and frankly, it was smooth and out of a 10 scale I am happy to place you at 7 or 8 easy and on my good day 8 or 9. I loved how friendly your replies were when there is something a customer asked and also observed how calm you were when some customers behaved rudely with you. I will give you repeated business. Please keep up the good work. Few negatives I have at hand to report are 1. Dine-in size and services and it is really small and frankly I would never recommend anyone to do a Dine-in. 2. sometime I observed the floor is muddy and Dine-in is smelling like kitchen and sometimes even mixed smells and moods stir up when my friends visited. 3. Only once I observed One of your personnel become angry face with customers however they never showed it back to them that way and i was shocked how cool he handled it next time please make sure you report back to personnel there not to even to show it on face to customers it is bad although they do not behaved badly with them. lastly Everything counts so do not neglect anything big or small.

I visited Dallas a couple of weeks ago and had the opportunity to savor some authentic Indian breakfast at Biryaniify. It was simply exceptional! I relished the Ghee Podi Idly; its texture and taste transported me back to India. Additionally, the Puri with chicken curry was incredibly flavorful. The staffs passion and genuine interest were evident from the food quality. Moreover, conversing with the parents of the restaurant owners while enjoying our meal created a homely atmosphere. Wrost chicken shawarma ever, it only has chicken without any taste in it. And they got the tortilla from a Walmart I guess, which tastes like hell. Never try that shawarma again. I bought 2 special chicken shawarma s and thrown both in trash. Waste of money.

Probably the best Indian cuisine restaurant near Richardson. Has always been my first choice in Indian cuisine, especially non vegetarian. Everything they serve is so leveled up in terms of spice levels that you ll feel the regular food you find elsewhere to be bland. Highly recommended the fry piece biryanis.

We got steamed chicken Momo and it was a to go order. On opening the pack we see all half cooked. They are charging 14$ per plate which means each momo is more than a dollar. On calling them they said it s not possible. We drove back to the shop and showed them the half cooked Momo. Now they are saying that it s just because of water vapor. They are try to teach us the difference between half cooked and effect of water and vapor. Seriously an horrible experience.

We have been ordering from here for a long time. The quality and quantity of the food has decreased considerably. Today I ordered the following: 1. Veg Momos - Earlier the size of momos were big and 1 portion of the same was enough for a person. Today, the paneer pieces in biryani were bigger than the momos. Taste is good but size could be bigger. 2. Paneer Biryani - Uncooked peas and cauliflower, paneer pieces were hard and felt like rubber, and could not only taste but smell raw garam masala powder which made the biryani spicy and uneatable. I expect better for the price.

Me and my friends had a 4 piece ( 2 grill chicken, 2 Mutton) Mandi. Initially we felt it would be just like any other Mandi but once we tasted it was too good. It was so good that we couldn t stop eating even when our stomach was full. It s Very authentic that it reminds us of Hyderabad. Service is a little time taking as they prepare fresh mandi for each order but it s worth the wait!

I found this place after a late night workout and got the chicken mandi at the suggestion of another customer and the cashier. So yummy!! The wait was a bit long (~23 min) but it s because they make the chicken fresh to order in the back. Chicken was so good, I ate it a lot faster than the rice. Rice was good too - had some spice to it with almond slices on top and Carmelized onions under the chicken. The ride and chicken filled the container to THE TOP. Good bang for your buck (~$16 total). I m still building my spice tolerance but the white sauce they included poured over the rice helped a lot. This place is a bit far from where I live but if I m in the area again, I d go back! Parking: Either because there were a lot of other customers or the auto shop next door but it was hard to find a parking spot at 11pm.

Bandi fried rice is awesome. We order take out, chicken fried rice with extra egg. Its just the way its in Mumbai. The waiting time is a bit more but if you really like the Indian street food style chicken fried rice then yeah.
