Absolutely delicious!! I ordered the Ninja Ramen bowl with chicken katsu, and it s probably the best ramen I ve ever tasted. The pink milk drink is super good too. Staff is great, the food comes out quickly, and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend!

This Ramen restaurant is a hidden gem in Corpus. My friends and I ordered: Ninja Pork Ramen, Ninja Chicken Ramen, and the Beef Teriyaki Ramen. Each ramen bowl was extremely well flavored. The meats in each dish were extremely tender and complemented the entire meal. We also ordered the pork dumplings and they were a great appetizer. The flavored drinks, the pink drink is sweet and fruity. The blue drink with had Lychee was the best drink I have ever had! If you love Lychee, it is a must have for this dinning experience. The staffing here is so kind and patient! If you do not mind a mild spice, the number one recommended ramen bowl: Ninja Bowl! Whether it s the pork or chicken, you won t regret it!

First time dinning at Ninja Ramen recommended by family member. We were impressed,we tried the bento box chicken and beef teriyaki, egg rolls are fresh,egg drop soup was hot and delicious. Also first time eating seaweed salad and it was good and hubby ordered some sake. Our waiter was friendly,courteous and staff were happy to be there. It was an awesome dine out experience and reasonably priced. I cant wait to visit Ninja Ramen again. Thank you!

We had gone in for a little graduation lunch on a whim and it was SO good! Our kiddo wanted to try an actual ramen restaurant and she ate everything! Just realizing I never left a Google review for this restaurant after dining there for years! Ninja Ramen and Thai is one of the things I miss the most after leaving Corpus Christi! Decided on Ninja Ramen for my Birthday lunch and Im so glad I did. It definitely made my day! The food was hot and super yummy !! The crab rangoons are the best Ive ever had. Egg rolls are top notch as well. Every dish was delicious. It was my moms first time and she loved it ! She especially enjoyed the egg drop soup. Our waiter was very nice and friendly. 02/29/24 After reading the reviews, both good and bad. I decided to give it a try. To start out my senses are heightened so I tend to be a picky eater. I ordered the pad Thai with pork belly, and calamari to go. The pad Thai had an odd sweet tangy taste to it which I m not too sure I like. I don t feel the flavors blended well together. The fried calamari was good but the fried part tasted like the oil needed to be changed out, and the sauce that came with it tasted funky. The egg roll tasted store bought in the frozen isle. Overall the size is plenty, but the quality doesn t differ from just going to heb. I don t think I will be coming back. Edit: my sister loved the pad Thai so maybe it s not for everyone. The pad Thai was fresh though, the calamari was not.

My family stopped in for dinner on Christmas. The restaurant was packed but we were sat pretty quickly. We ordered potstickers, crab Rangoon and octopus balls for apps. The potstickers were good and flavorful served with soy sauce 8/10. The potstickers were big, crunchy and fresh. My only complaint was the lack of crab. I had two pieces and don t think there was any crab in either 6/10. Would ve been 10/10 if there were crab. The octopus balls were disgusting. I didn t finish a single one, for me it was a 0/10 We ordered chicken pad see ew, sesame chicken and chicken teriyaki ramen. The pad see ew was pretty standard ; boxed noodles, lacking broccoli and nothing that wowed, 6/10. The ramen was pretty good, plenty of chicken and ingredients but again, boxed noodles and nothing wowing. 7/10 The sesame chicken was the star; solid 8/1 0 on that The food was good not great and the prices were pretty reasonable considering the portion sizes and quality. Service was great 9/10 For me this place is a 7/10 so like 3.5 stars. I ll rate 3/5 and 4/5 isn t quite honest .

Took my wife here last night. Shes a big ramen fan, Im neither here nor there on high dollar soup but she had been craving some so off we went to Ninja Ramen. We got there around 8:30 on a Friday night, its in Windchase shopping center which does feel a little creepy in the dark, but once we got inside we saw a bright and well lit restaurant that was about 75% full of people. We were greeted and sat by a hostess/server within a few seconds and our drink orders and appetizers were in in about 3 minutes. This was my first time at Ninja Ramen so their menu was a bit intimidating, many many choices of ramen, appetizers and entrees. Unless you have a specific thing you are coming for, be prepared to spend some serious time studying that menu, its kind of overwhelming! I went with the namesake Ninja Ramen and my wife got the teriyaki ramen. Our appetizers arrived quickly and were hot and fresh. The food got there within 10 minutes of ordering it though mine was delayed by an extra two minutes for some reason. The food: Its kinda hard for me to judge the quality of the ramen without out any reference point. It was good, if maybe a tiny bit bland. I actually think it may have needed some salt? It was well prepared and the noodles were very good, its just that the ninja ramen came with a big ole slab of a crispy fries chicken patty in the bowl that took some effort to eat, in fact I had to request a knife to get it down in size. So I wasnt blown away with that particular ramen which leads me to think I will have to go back and try other things on the menu until I find my signature dish. My wife loved her teriyaki ramen so Im a bit jealous. Dont let my meh experience deter you from Ninja Ramen. While that particular ramen wasnt my thing, the great service and colorful interior space will have me coming back for more, thats for sure. We need more restaurants like this in Corpus Christi, places willing to take a chance that deliver on great service and colorful settings and not common foods. Its worth your time, give it a shot!

Nice little place to get some good food with fast service. Walked in and was immediately seated and drink order was taken. Edamame was good but not spicy even tho I ordered spicy garlic but it was flavorful just not spicy. I had the Beed Teriyaki Ramen and I was also able to taste the Spicy Kimchi Ramen as it was ordered by my guest and both were absolutely delicious. Both the waiter and the hostess were very attentive and helped each other out by checking in on the guests. The food was out very quickly and everything was great. Nice atmosphere and great service will definitely visit again.

The food was overall good but not great. Their Karaage ramen sounds good in theory but the karaage gets soggy and ends up not working well (even though its still tasty). Same for the Teriyaki chicken ramen--the teriyaki sauce just slides off the chicken and doesnt add any flavor to the broth. Their Thai fish cakes are amazing though; best fish cakes Ive ever had hands down! For dessert, sticky rice with coconut is a winner. Service was great, the ambiance helped make it an enjoyable meal. A must try! Atmosphere is cute and full of neat Japanese imagery/art. We tried the Beef Udon, Karage Chicken Ramen, Takoyaki, Green Tea Mochi Ice Cream, and Thai Tea/Lemonade. I love this place so much but, please could y all STOP burning the Chicken Katsu. I swear every time I get a chicken Katsu, the chicken is burnt as hell and it doesn t even feel like I m eating any chicken. It s not just me though even in the Ninja Ramen soup which is their signature dish, it s chicken Katsu is always over cooked. This is one of the best experiences I had in corpus christi. The service is the best. Story time I was getting a to go order when I received my order. I went to my car and was fixing to leave when one of the wait staff came out to hand me my rice with it. I had no idea, but I was very appreciative. This place went downhill. Out of egg drop my they threw a bunch of greasy, over done nuggets in my ramen. The chicken teriyaki bento had no teriyaki on the chicken! It tasted like plain chicken. Disgusting terrible that they would send this out! I will never be back. If you re out of something you should call the customer instead of giving them something other than ordered. Waste of money.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ninja Ramen and Thai with my wife and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! I think the Ramen side of the house is great. The Chinese Egg Rolls were very fresh and tasty. The Steamed dumplings were perfect. My Thai dish of Garlic Chicken was very good, but not great. Perhaps just an off night for this entrée. The place is very popular and lively with lots of people dining in and also many picking up to-go orders.

Ramen! What more can I say? Their ramen is my personal favorite in Corpus. They have spice levels you can adjust and add to their meals (if you like spice, like I do) my dish from there is the chicken karaage ramen with some spice. My favorite appetizer is the chicken gyoza. Vegetarian options: They have tofu as a topping option for their ramen for an additional dollar as well as veggie ramen.

Ive been wanting to visit it for a while, and yes, its good but I think it can improve. The service is top, the girl who served us was not only friendly but attentive and also gave us very good options. I tried a lemonade with Thai tea and it was delicious. The food is not excellent but it is good, the ramen I feel like the broth had almost no flavor and the pork was not very fresh, the fried rice was normal nothing outstanding . The okomoyaki was very delicious, I highly recommend it.

Sitting here currently and couldn t wait to share how amazing this trip was. Hubs had Miso Ramen and said both the best ramen and best miso he s ever had. I have not been this satisfied with red curry in years and my daughter loved the kids ramen. The nicest staff and amazing food. Felt like I was going to a neighbors house for dinner. Ordered for take out in the restaurant. Speed of service was pretty good. However the food was not great. The sesame chicken tasted like maybe it was old and stale. I only ate a few bites and couldn t continue. The Saigon egg rolls also seemed like they were old. The yellow curry was a little too watery and underwhelming. It was ok at best. Miso soup was very bland. The only thing that was decent was the side of fried rice. I do not see us returning here.

We love the food and service here! Their yellow curry is amazing. We normally do take out but tonight we dined in and the servers and hosts were all super friendly and helpful. Food was served quickly and we loved everything we ordered! We ordered a kids fried rice for our 2 and 5 year old kids to share and it was more than enough! This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Corpus!
