We used Gena when we purchased our home and used her to sell our home 3 years later because she was familiar to the house itself, the additions we made, and with us in general. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND when it came to communication as well as scheduling and handling things with the house since we had already relocated. She was open and honest when it came to discussions regarding what we wanted to list the house at, and also regarding the pros and cons to each of our multiple offers. If we still lived in the area we would use her again hands down!

The Boot Realty team has been managing my rental in Burleson Tx since 2009 when they worked in a National Co. And since they made their break from them and branched out as an independent realtor they have only excelled to great heights. Always keeping it rented, using background checks. Inspections. Handyman and professional contractors on hand for needs and repairs even prompt eviction processes when unfortunately necessary. A huge weight off the Landlords shoulders. Thank you so much. Ive known Penni for 15 years, ever since she started managing the rental property I just sold. To put it simply, she just cares. Her level of responsiveness, support and communication led this to be a relatively painless experience. Even though she was on vacation while offers were being made, she took time to message me any details, and communicated with the buyers agent consistently. That helped us sign the contract and close on the house in a very timely manner. I would recommend Penni to anyone looking for a genuine person as well as a phenomenal real estate agent.
