Disappointed because Mesquite Street is one of my favorites. We waited for our pizza just for it to be lukewarm, as if it was forgotten, but more like it was an old pizza warmed up. It was a bummer. The notes of all of the no refunds, no exceptions is really disheartening. I understand that refunds for a small business can make or break it, but a business that is basically screaming We don t care at all about good service makes me not want to keep giving them my patronage. We also requested a box and it never came. I m disappointed, to say the least. I ve been coming for years, have had great service in the past, and to see all of the notes all over the menus discouraging guests to say anything really just makes me feel like they don t care about the service they give. I hope this was a one off experience, but I feel like if this becomes a repeat experience, I will feel more inclined to support a different local business.

The pizza was great. We went on a Wednesday and they had $5 Big Red Margaritas. It was good but it was all big red and not much flavor beyond that. Didnt really taste the alcohol. They only have one large table for parties. They told us tables cant be combined so 12 of us had to sit at 3 separate tables near each other. Its not a large space but it wasnt packed.

Except for the cute 80s theme, there is not much else to say about this place. Was seated for over 50 minutes and never got our food. Correction server with a little ponytail brought out by meal when asked when my husbands pizza was coming it was brought to my attention that his pizza hasnt been started yet. So needless to say, we paid for our water down adult beverages and bailed out. All the staff did was complain how short staffed they were. I didnt see that to be true, just poorly trained. Save yourself the hassle and find another pizza joint. Because this Aint the one friend!! Before we left they were sending customers out the door. Lock ur door if you dont t want to be open for business.

I found this place by just searching for good pizza by the aquarium and this popped up. Luckily it did. We got the mozzarella sticks and an 18 pizza for the four of us. It was delicious! The girls working there were so nice. The pizza was so fresh and crispy! Im glad we found it.

Ordered over the phone, got a 12 and fried pickles it was 37.99!!!!!! Beware the prices online are not the same, was told they recently increased prices by the cashier. 26 bucks for s 12inch pizza is crazy work. Got to experience the margarita with big red soda, which was delicious! Unfortunately, we did not get to have any food but whenever we do go back, we do wish to have the flying pizza that was available. We staff was friendly and attending. There is only one women s restroom and one men s restroom in the small hallway that has vending machines that are turned off, not available for playing. Parking: Parking on the side of the restaurant is limited as well as across the street. Because across the street from the restaurant, there is a venue that has little to no parking. We were advised that parking meter attendance will give tickets..

I was just visiting Corpus and walked into this place for lunch. The atmosphere is fun and the employees are friendly. Christy was my waitress and she was very nice and answered my questions without making me feel like a dolt. They had a slice and salad lunch deal. Very affordable, less than $10. Huge slice! I went in there yesterday. I ordered two childrens pizza. One for my son one for myself pepperoni. I asked for bacon on mines. They said they couldnt do that. I spent like $100 in there. They messed up on my pizza. I asked him if they can remake it. They put the toppings back on it and put it in the oven and gave it to me when I asked him not to do that cuz I didnt want no hard pizza. But they still did it the pizza was hard and I gave a nice tip to the bar lady and to my waitress. And we all got our food separate and not at the same time and my daughter was there. I was very polite. I just feel like the service and the food could have been better if I spent $100 on food for me and my kids and that is included with drinks and stuff that we had.

Awesome pizza! We ordered the Lasagna pizza, it was delicious! It feed our family of 4. We order fried pickles and wings. The hot wings were awesome and big, our kids even enjoyed them. The fried pickles were good but they are pickle chips not spears, the kids said they were delicious. My youngest also order the kids spaghetti, this is a great price for the amount of you get in the bowl. Husband got the Game over drink it was pretty good too! Next time I ll get the mayo margarita those looked good. Service was great, food was delicious. Everything is made fresh so be aware that you will have to wait which we were fine with because the food came hot and not cold. Our price was pretty high around $70 but if hadn t gotten appetizers it would ve been less. We got the bigger pizza which was $26.

Wait staff tonight was very rude. I ask for spaghetti and meatballs they brought it out no meatballs. Took forever for someone to come and check and they said they could just bring the meatballs. Didn t want it anymore took 20 minutes for them to say I have no choice but to take it or get a new one made. Was very rude about it and manager never came to talk to me. From out of town and staying at the Omni. I thought because it is downtown, it would be good. Should have read the reviews. The fake review response, and then it is not for everyone but neither Is Pepsi comment from the owner was not impressive. However, the bad reviews were on point. Dry, tasteless, and hardly any pizza sauce on any of the three pizzas we ordered. We also ordered the New Yorker pizza which has everything on it. It was my first time there with my kids. First off, there was a giant roach by our table which had to be killed before she could sit. I guess thats to be expected though, its downtown corpus. We ordered pepperoni pizza and wings. Now it was an hour before closing, but thats not an excuse. The pizza was dry and barely any pepperoni (looked nothing like advertised). The wings were not at all sauced and tasted like Hill County Fair and soggy. It literally was the worst meal to end our day. So maybe close an hour earlier instead of offering low quality food. Great place for pizza and drinks within walking distance of our hotel. My wife and I shared a wild concoction, a big red margarita, a margarita with a bottle of big red turned upside down in it. Sounded wierd to both of us but after the first sip we were hooked. We shared a giant 4 meatball appetizer which was very good. I did all I could to devour half of a joes meat lover pizza, we ate all the meat off of the remainder of the pie slices. Theyre decorated up for halloween, this place made us feel like regulars. Nice people and great food and tasty wierd drinks. I had to buy one of their t shirts with legalize marinara across the front. Well be back.

I ordered a Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo pasta with bread sticks, they called and said they were out of bread sticks and asked to substitute it with something which was fine; I decided to try a small order of the fried mushrooms. I ordered 3 pizzas and all were small in size and burned. Like literally hard to bite and chew. Being from out of town And so many good reviews I thought it would be good pizza. This was the worst pizza iv ever had! I will never be coming back to this place. You re better off at a dominós for a much better price. Stay away from this place. It s expensive and not worth it. This receipt is not fake! The audacity of this owner to comment something like this. I don t pictures of the food because we were so hungry we ate what we could threw the rest in the trash and went to get steak sandwiches instead.

My family and I had a lot of fun here. We are just visiting from San Antonio. Looked up a place to get some food and found this place online. Didn t know what to expect but the food was delicious and to our surprise, they had an open mic stand up Comedy set going on. It was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this place if you are in corpus and looking for a cool place to eat and hang out.

They discriminate against service Animals. Demand to see certification and Wanted to determine if it was a good enough reason to have the animal inside on leash with vest. Also, questioned military ID as well. Actually I was just there. You have Lisa Simpson sitting on stage. Slimer from ghostbusters hanging from the ceiling By the stair well.Your bartender male with facial hair call the manager and told us to leave. Mind the Dog is well behaved and sat under the table by the wall away from people walk way. I was there with my family. Sorry owner you might want to check your mangement. They were rude and discriminatory.

Went on a Saturday evening out based on the strong reviews, but didnt even get to eat. We were quickly seated, and drinks ordered and brought out - it wasnt busy or crowded. But when we started ordering food after drinks were brought out they informed us that due to an event next door, the wait for any pizza product would be at least an hour and a half. So we paid for our kids drinks and went to find pizza elsewhere. This could have been brought to our attention when we were greeted at the door, when we were seated, or even before they took our drink order. Super disappointed that we wasted time and purchasing drinks that my kids didnt even have a chance to drink. I cant comment on the food since we didnt eat, but was quite disappointed with the service.

Visited this place while on a business trip to the Corpus area. Before my wife and I got in the front door the hostess advised us that they were out a list of items (pasta, wings, burgers). We were mainly there because the reviews said the pizza was very good so we decided to stay. I will say that unless there was a huge rush of people prior to our arrival, those are some big ticket items to be out of for a restaurant like this. Either way, we ordered the pizza and salad along with some garlic knots. The food was good and really didnt have any complaints with it. Wish we could have tried a few other items but sadly they were not available.

Food was off the chain.... Never had a better pizza than this. But the waitress needs more than ing and to like her job more. My verbal tip to her would be to pay attention to your tables/ customers. She forgot one of our orders. Didnt bring sides. Did no refill drinks and would not come to the table unless one of us flagged her down. Not even for the tab.

The pizza was ok but once we got our check she charged us $23 per pizza and said the prices on the menu were old. So 2 - 12in pizza and 2 drinks was almost $60. That alone just hurt my feelings because I can t help but wonder if how I looked was the reason for this made up price change that I wasn t told about in the beginning. Won t go back.

Well I was hoping to find place to enjoy good food and drinks. Well I got the opposite order a blue Hawaii drink and it was white...lol and the food was over cooked pizza was dry and wings look like over cooked and under age . Oh remember they charge .79 for using ur credit card...note no posting of those charges. I have admit the my beer that was ordered was COLD. Over all my waitress was slow the bar was slow. Will I go back here again No.
