I received outstanding customer service when I had to replace my thermostat on my hot water system. They mailed me the replacement part over night and Derek walked me through installation over the phone.

I can t speak highly enough about Heath and his crew. I own a line striping company that offers pressure washing. I ve had horrible experiences with the other pressure washing stores in DFW. The first time I came into The Colony store I was treated like they knew me for years. They have helped fix things on my trailer that were impacting my efficiency and overall performance of my rig. There isn t another store in the area that comes close to the service you ll receive at the Texas Pressure Washing Store.

Update 7/15- They are starting to lack in communication. If business hours are different update Google and the voicemail. Quickly becoming unreliable. Valerie is wonderful to work with. She helped me out when I was in a pinch. Thank you for the amazing customer service and communication.

Hunter Roberts was the tech who not only educated me on pressure washing and how to operate my system but made sure I was well equipped with everything I needed in the industry! Great Store, Great Service, great customer service and amazing people who own and operate it. Love the rough neck degreaser. They Also have all the parts I need for my pressure washing equipment and softwash unit. They also have a water fed pole for window cleaning and a whisper wash surface cleaner. It s not the closest pressure washing store near me but they are hands down the best. Loyal Customer!!!!!!

Derek & Valerie, are great operators and have the products needed to get the job done right the first time. Chemicals are always in stock, unlike other washing stores. Sodium hypochlorite is always $4 per gallon and fresh Keep up the good work and thank you for being a great washing store. Positive
