John Schroeder and his team were amazing. There was great communication every single step of the way. He made sure that I had proper accommodations while I was without a vehicle. They were able to answer every question I had, and most importantly every single person down there is friendly as can be. My case was resolved fairly quickly and easily. My case was transferred over to this firm. They do not like it when you question about your case. I was pretty much told to stop calling and they will let me know something. Last I checked as the client I have the right to ask questions about my case. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor when in fact they are getting paid to work the case.

If I could give ZERO I would. David was suppose to handle mine and my husband case. Because David knew the people who hit us headon. They DROPPED OUR CASE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.

The driver of the blue range rover is going to cause personal injury if they dont learn how to drive. Saw them almost hit another vehicle and drive on the shoulder to get around someone this morning right in front of me.

In 2020 my daughter was involved in a car accident which involved a drunk driver hitting the vehicle she was a passenger in. The drunk driver s insurance company didn t want to fairly settle for all medical bills and just wanted to simply offer a one-time settlement which would of only paid the current medical bills without regards to any future bills received for treatmen(s). Attorney John Schroeder with Gowan Elizondo LLP accepted my daughter s case and worked on her behalf representing her best interest. Mr Schroeder took the time to make sure all medical bills were forwarded to him for immediate payment, was my daughter s legal representative with arguments against the drunk drivers insurance company all while keeping an open line of communication with us regarding her case. Mr. Schroeder was easy to make contact with regarding any questions or concerns and if he was not immediately available to take our calls, he was prompt with returning them. Mr. Schroeder was concerned and showed compassion regarding my daughter s injuries and well being. Mr. Schroeder was knowledgeable and steadfast in his approach in dealing with the other driver s insurance company and the very unfortunate situation at hand. Mr. Schroeder was reassuring and projected confidence during this entire time. I would highly recommend John Schroeder as a legal representative. Waiting for 2 years and 4 months on our case. We were told time and time again that the case would be resolved but lied to many times. They are unresponsive and had to write a personal letter before anything was done. Would not recommend anyone go here unless you want to waste your time.

few professionals, almost 2 years waiting And what they managed to give me did not reach $ 4000 after a major accident, they never call you or return calls, terrible service never again request their services or recommend them to anyone, there are very good lawyers and this agency of lawyers is the worst.
