Storms; we all go through them. They come unexpected. I m a professional Licensed Therapist and with that comes risk, sometimes disappointment, the unexpected. Ethics holds me to a higher standard when the law says one thing, but my license argues another. Ethical dilemmas happen and they are emotionally, financially and mentally draining. It is not always ministry. When I am pulled into a storm beyond my scope of experience, I am wise enough to seek legal counsel, and the best legal counsel in my opinion, who has been an encourager, supporter; he is even protective of my illness, and what I can do accordingly. I could not ask for a better attorney at law that goes above and beyond every time I need him. Mr. Ray Anthony Gonzalez, (Law Office of Ray A. Gonzalez) is by far the best attorney when it comes to protecting therapists, a lawyer who cares, an honest caring lawyer, and has been there for me during this case and prior cases. I cannot thank him enough for his ethics, his care and diligence in my case. If you need a lawyer, Ray is your guy! He s been my lawyer for over 5 years now. I give him 5 stars. I reached out to Mr. Gonzalez to represent me in a case regarding a microchip error associating me as the owner of a dog found in Corpus Christi while I live in Seattle. Mr. Gonzalez and his office were great to work with. Great communication, were able to work through the process and get the associated fines dismissed. Not living in the area it was great to know I had someone who new the system and process for the right outcome. Highly recommend.

I hired Ray Gonzalez at the 11th hour to defend me in a civil trial over a fist fight I had gotten into with my next door neighbor who was claiming to be seriously injured after picking a fight with me and getting knocked out in one punch. . Although I had acted in self defense, I was not allowed by the court to make a self defense argument due to a series of mistakes made by my previous lawyer in the 6 years leading up to the trial. All the other attorneys I had talked to said my case was no longer winnable and I should prepare for significant financial loss, but Ray told me that while my situation was not good, there was still hope and he was willing to take my case and represent me in trial. His fee to take my case was also a lot more reasonable than the others too. In a short period of time Ray put together a legal team and a new defense strategy and took my case to trial. He kept me informed and explained what was happening every step of the way. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and treated me more like a brother than a client. His arguments during trial and closing statements were brilliant and really resonated with the Jury and the whole courtroom. When the jury came back with the verdict the next day my neighbor refused to even show up to court to hear it!... and in the end justice prevailed and I ended up paying nothing! I highly recommend Ray Gonzalez law firm to anyone looking for the best lawyer in town to represent them in trial or any other legal matter.

Very unorganized and unprofessional both staff and the lawyer himself. I received a ticket back in 2022, it is currently MAY 29, 2024 And Mr. Gonzalez has yet to ever get back to me and help get my case dismissed. I dont know what in the world happened, but his assistant who was helping me completely ruined my case (Even the judge told me he didnt even understand what they were doing) because she was being very unorganized and was not reporting my case ahead of time. All they kept on doing was asking to my push my court date when clearly the court did not want that. So since then, it just seemed like they completely Ignored it and moved on. Thanks to them, now Im left with a Last warning before i get a Warrant all BECAUSE OF THESE SCAMMERS. I still cannot believe the outrages amount of money he charged me for a simple speeding ticket, and yet my case has never been dismissed. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Hes great at tying up the courts! He shows up 4 times in a row and makes excuses as to why hes not prepared just yet, or claims to have COVID. With just one motion for continuous hell pause your case for a WHOLE YEAR! Hes great!!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband and I met with Ray Gonzales on 12/5/22. At that time it was scheduled as a consultation . It consisted of us giving him all our information and seeking legal advise . We were told of his experience and that he would review all the material we gave him. He told us after reviewing all of that material he would be in touch. For this we paid him $250.00. We have never heard from him again. We have called his office no less than 4 times. No one has Ever called us back. Buyer Beware! Scam Alert

First, he was extremely quick to respond when I messaged him about my traffic ticket, getting back to me almost immediately and calming my nerves. I called Mr. Gonzales about 6 tickets I had for watering on the wrong day. I live out of town never knew I had gotten the tickets because they were sent to the wrong address. Mr. Gonzales was so awesome we visited for about an hour wich i had set up a consol with his secretary. I decited to represent my self but i had done this several times beforehand on speding tickets . After it was over i let him know it went well and thanked him for the advice . Very friendly and helpful . Love this man

Not transparent with Pricing and what the process was going to be. Only called me with more charges after I had already paid my upfront cost that was followed by a text that this would be the only cost associated with them representing me. Then, another $250.00 fee to represent me after Deferred Adjudication that still came with a fee of $300.00 for the Court. This cashiers check was also misplaced and miraculously found two days later. Be sure to keep up with all your stuff and ask FOR ALL COSTS UPFRONT. - Never again
