Very disappointed. I was interested in having my son first birthday with them and called, emailed and texted multiple times. No response. I finally got a email after five days regarding a quote but when it came to seeing if I can tour the venue in person before committing no one responded once again. Do better on your communication skills for your customers and don t leave a number on your website if no one is going to answer or listen to the voicemail s.

I was interested in booking venue to host a baby shower, I made several attempts to contact owners and never got a response. I tried messaging on the website, text message and voicemail and no one ever called me back. This is not a good way to run a business. Very disappointed.

Their decor might be good and our first initial meet with them seemed nice and professional and even after reading their reviews we decided to still try them out, but we couldnt even get past the contract because their two bad reviews on here are definitely correct. They do have some bad service as far as rudely answers when asking a question. I work in Sales and understand frustration (if thats what it is) but believe they need to work on some better communication skills. I did not book because I do not want a stressful experience moving forward. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend using the party sisters for an event. On the day of the event, I had last minute questions and they were very rude and short. They were not helpful. At one point in the evening I had an additional question and they simply did not answer.

Love their venue sooo much!! The owners and staff are so nice and very helpful with tips and tricks. I did not get a chance yet to get decorated by them but definitely something I aspire! Recommended to all I know! Thanks Kathy Krystal and Rob!!!

They did the wedding of my dreams!!! Loved it!! They were very professional and did awesome work. I purchased their decorating package and everything was perfect. I let them know what I wanted and their creative minds did the rest. I had so many compliments, cant wait to book them for my baby shower!!
