I was really excited to try this place, sadly the coffee is gross, we ordered 3 different ones and it took a literal hour to get them, the inside itself is more of antique looking than Harry Potter themed.

Great selection of coffee. This is a quaint, little coffee shop with Harry Potter decor throughout. There were books and games to play while you enjoyed your choice of coffee. The shop was comfortable and relaxing. We ordered two Goblin juices. The first coffee was as is, while the second coffee had almond milk. Yummy! We also decided to order the Horcrux with almond milk and an extra shot of Expresso coffee. It was quite bold but an excellent choice. Lastly, we ordered the Granger, which comes with Expresso, lavender, vanilla, honey, and milk. Every one of these coffees was delicious, so yall should try it out Parking: Small parking for this shopping center

BLUF: Best tasting coffee in town, with a Harry Potter theme. This unassuming suite houses a Harry Potter wonderland, that serves excellent coffee. First let s talk coffee. Not only do they taste good, but they are layered appropriately when they are supposed to. Their menu is extensive. Although themed names, you ll find classic flavor combinations. So you if want a caramel macchiato, they have an equivalent. There are also some unique drinks. As someone who loved drinking my Cinnamon Toast Crunch leftover milk, I highly recommend the Horcrux. For the dark chocolate lover, get the Severus. Now let s talk the building. It s nestled in a suite in an older business building. The interior is decorated with everything HP . Some of the furniture and decorations were clearly budget buys, it s not the most well maintained structure. Definitely a college student paradise. The staff are extremely friendly and know exactly what they are doing. If you re interested in games, they have plenty of board games and trivia if you re looking to burn some time.

A Magical Brew at Coffee Mugg! Stepping into Coffee Mugg in Corpus Christi is like walking through the brick wall at Platform 9 3/4; its a delightful immersion into the magical world of Harry Potter! As an ardent fan of the series, my heart was filled with joy as I discovered that the beverages were listed under the names of iconic characters. It felt like an enchanting spell had been cast, turning an ordinary coffee run into an extraordinary adventure. My husband and I, proud members of House Slytherin, found our little nook in this haven. The warm, inviting atmosphere quickly made it our favorite spot during our two-week vacation. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home, as if we were enjoying a cup of coffee in the Slytherin common room. And oh, the Butterbeer! Its a must-try for any Potterhead. As someone whos meticulous about details and comparisons, I was pleasantly surprised by how closely it matched up to the Butterbeer at Universal Studios. I was torn between which one was better, a testament to the high quality of Coffee Muggs version! In conclusion, Coffee Mugg offers a unique and delightful experience, especially for Harry Potter fans. It is more than just a coffee shop; its a magical hub that transports you to Hogwarts, one cup at a time. Whether youre a local, a tourist, or a wizard on a break from your magical duties, this place is a must-visit. So grab your wands, hop on your broomsticks, and come check out this magical coffee haven. Trust me; you wont regret it!

Its small. The coffee is good and the staff is friendly. Points deducted because it takes forever for them to make your coffee. Went there on a Sunday morning around 10, there was one girl all by herself and she just kept taking orders but not actually making the orders. I waited almost 30 mins after ordering to actually get my coffee. Thats a ridiculous wait. Edit, 2024- I got a 20oz coffee and it was almost $9! Their prices are not posted anywhere. So just know that its super cool inside but the coffee is priced high.

They were busy but quick, accommodating to allergies, and the over all atmosphere was so dreamy. My kids had Basic Witches (butterbeer-like) and they were able to do one with almond milk for my lactose intolerant kid. I had the Luna Love Apple iced with and extra shot and it was tasty. We went today at 4 pm, I get that they close at 5 pm so I got an Americano for my MIL and a Raven coco for me. The Americano one was like drinking water with a black color, no taste at all, and my drink wasnt mixed at all. First bitter and then sugary at the end. The place is cool cause it has lots of Harry Potter stuff but the coffee was bad, bad. If they want more customers they need to work more on how to prepare a good coffee. Also, I guess since they were closing soon they didnt have desserts just 3 cookies, which I got for my toddler and was the most expensive cookie I ever bought almost 5 dollars for one tiny cookie that tasted more sugar than anything else. Maybe Ill have to go earlier to see if theres a difference

Spent $6.87 plus 10% tip on a small 12 oz chai tea with almond milk. No juice, soda (other than cream) or bottled water on menu. They offer creative Harry Potter themed coffee drinks but too expensive IMO. Uncomfortable furniture and layout. Okay place to see some cute decorations but not cozy enough to revisit. I really am rooting for small uptown businesses to succeed but be realistic. They don t accept cash either. Parking: Parking lot behind the building but use the perpendicular street entrance as opposed to the Morgan Street entrance. It flows one way.

I loaded my friends up in the car, and we took off here. And the dexor is absolutely adorable. Definitely Harry Potter themed, upon driving up we saw people dressed up in Harry Potter cloaks walking in. We thought that maybe they worked there. But actually, they were people just visiting. Which we thought was absolutely wonderful and adorable. so we got Coffees and muffins, and we sat down and played Harry Potter Trivia among us ourselves. We spent in all maybe 10mins - 15min there. The Cafe is fairly small space but definitely worth the stop. Parking: Parking lot is behind the building, only about 15 parking spaces.

Harry Potter atmosphere, and decor, was such a nice change from corporate Starbucks. Cashier girl was super friendly and gave off a Harry Potter character vibe with her jet-black hair and eyeliner.

We were in Corpus Christi for a day trip and I saw on this coffee shop with a Harry Potter inspired theme. My son and I wanted to go see it. Its cute and the young lady at the cash register was very helpful. Suggesting some ice coffees to try. They have some cute merch if you wanted to buy I was this close to buy a shirt but did not. Overall cute place with a chill atmosphere.

The fancy coffee drinks are tasty but small and with a good bit of ice. No idea the cost as prices are not listed on menu. Atmosphere is beyond fun and is the highlight of the experience especially for anyone who enjoys Harry Potter. However if you want an regular cup of coffee go elsewhere. The actual coffee pot was so old it was stuck to the burner. The worker/owner seemed to be befuddled on how to even brew a pot and when she did it was colored hot water at best. We politely stated the problem and she tried again. The result was identical. End result a return of $3

The atmosphere is really fun and is the best part of this place! It was really cool to go in and see, so if you want a fun experience go here! The coffee wasn t as good as I d hoped it would be, which was sad because they had a lot of creative flavors and drink names. My order wasn t made correctly (I asked for half-sweet and explained how many pumps of syrup I wanted to make sure it wasn t too sweet). My drink was made with the normal sweetness, and the drink ended up being too sweet to drink. The taste of espresso was also lost to the sweetness; however, if that is your preference, then the place is very good and you should definitely stop by!

Wife had to go here. Coffee was great and setting is awesome if youre a Harry Potter nerd like my wife. Place is so great, while we were there one customer left without their back pack and another left without their phone. ADD sufferers need to take their meds before visiting, youll wish you were in Hogwarts so much that you will leave your real life personal belongings there.

I recently visited the Coffee Mugg in Corpus Christi, and as a die-hard Harry Potter fan, I couldnt resist indulging in their magical concoctions. Let me just say, it was an enchanting experience from start to finish. Upon entering the Coffee Mugg, I was immediately transported into the wizarding world. The attention to detail in the Harry Potter-themed decor was astounding. From the bookshelves lined with wizarding literature to the hanging broomsticks and floating candles, every corner exuded an air of magic and nostalgia. It truly felt like stepping into the pages of J.K. Rowlings beloved series. As a lover of matcha, I couldnt resist ordering their signature La Matcha drink. And boy, was it a spellbinding delight! Served in a perfectly crafted ceramic mug adorned with a lightning bolt, the vibrant green hue of the drink was visually stunning. The blend of matcha and creamy goodness was balanced to perfection, resulting in a smooth and refreshing taste that left me craving more. It was evident that the baristas at Coffee Mugg are true masters of their craft. Beyond the extraordinary drinks, the service at Coffee Mugg was top-notch. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about both coffee and Harry Potter. They were more than willing to engage in delightful conversations about the series, making the entire experience feel like catching up with fellow Potterheads. Whether youre a casual fan or a die-hard Harry Potter enthusiast, Coffee Mugg is a must-visit destination in Corpus Christi. It effortlessly combines the enchantment of the wizarding world with the artistry of specialty coffee, resulting in a truly unique and memorable experience. I left the Coffee Mugg with a satisfied heart, a caffeinated buzz, and a renewed sense of magic. Accio more visits to this delightful coffee shop! Parking: Parking in back of building

Got the Demen Remedy (mocha/expresso/milk), Malfoy (white mocha/expresso/milk), and a golden snitch (like an oreo cake pop). All delicious!! Fun atmosphere for fans of the Harry Potter franchise. Grab a few extra napkins to put around your cup, or drink it down a little because the lids might leak a little bit. Would definitely return again when we are in town.

The owner is super sweet! For being opened for such a short amount of time I have to applaud her and the community for coming together to make a Harry Potter themed cafe. It s local business , and although the location is small, it s cozy. The couches are super comfy and the atmosphere and vibe feels like a safe haven for your inner nerd. Definitely will be visit again because I need my Coffee Muggle sticker. ***Update after 4 years*** WOW! I love, love, LOVE how this hometown spot has expanded! This café not only provides handcrafted wizardly inspired drinks, but has created a culture of both Harry Potter and Coffee-lovers! In my opinion, go to the counter and leave your drink of choice to the coffee Gods . You won t be disappointed! I know I wasn t. Two Golden Snitches, Pensive, and Weaselbee

I m laughing as I write this because I just told my husband, I m not the traveler who makes us go to different local coffee shops. because they are never as good as I hope. But let me tell you if I could Accio this coffee all the way to Oklahoma at the cost of receiving the dark mark, well then you might as well call me a death eater. The Coffee Mugg is now a horcrux for me. I will come back every chance I get! We had a weekend stay and I already went back twice! My HP loving self walked into whimsical designs all over the shop that would make anyone whip their phone out to document for their friends missing this. There was so much detail to it all! The staff was lovely! The first time I came, there was only one guy working at first (he said back up was coming soon) and a lot of locals had ordered ahead of me (that s when I knew these drinks must be pretty good). He was working so hard and so fast, he got to us all very quickly and still apologized for the delay. The next time I had 3 women all welcoming and very helpful with my questions! Sometimes there s a stigma at small coffee shops that the baristas are snobs and if you re afraid of that well then you re SAFE at this place. Great coffee, great customer service, great decor. 100 points to The Coffee Mugg! You win the house cup! Dietary restrictions: Different milk options! Almond, soy, etc. Parking: Easy parking behind building.

Obviously the Harry Potter theme is a great draw BUT what keeps me coming back is that whenever I ask for a recommendation and provide my preferences the baristas don t just tell me whatever is popular they give a recommendation they think I will like( I m not into tons of extra added flavors or sweet). So far my favorite has been the Severus (with easy Mocha). This place is worth the drive esp if you already find yourself downtown!
