It was truly a blessing to be represented by this dynamic duo. Blair and Rachel ensured I was informed and supported throughout my entire divorce journey. I wouldn t wish family court on anyone, but having this pair behind me the whole way made it much easier!

I have to say even thought my situation was resolved quickly, Rachel was amazing. She was very professional but personable. She responded to all my questions in a timely manner and was there for anything I needed. God forbid Im ever in this situation again, she would be the one I call.

I am not generally one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but I find it necessary to share this. We could not be happier with the outcome of the adoption process. Everyone involved was absolutely stunning, with the unfortunate exception of our attorney. Rachel Aguilar has consistently lacked any sense of urgency and has been unresponsive concerning our final official paperwork for over five (5) weeks. Many of the answers given before those five weeks were sporadic, vague, and almost completely uninformative. Correspondence with Ms. Aguilar is handled almost 100% through email with response times frequently taking weeks. There was nearly zero voice-interaction with Ms. Aguilar other than early in the process. She seemed very capable at the beginning, but as we moved forward she revealed one ineptitude after another. Names on legal documents were misspelled multiple times and had to be corrected by myself and my wife. This caused the paperwork to be delayed then rewritten and then finally wrong again with the need to be written a third time. I found it aggravating as a client and as someone without a law degree to have to read through legal documents looking for basic errors that seemed to be missed in haste or incompetence. Being that there has been no response concerning our case for such a long period, we also contacted the firm s other partner Blair Parker to ask if Ms. Aguilar is still employed with the firm. We received no response from that inquiry either. Maybe this is an issue with the entire firm as there is no individual that actually answers phones. Again, in our case almost all contact is handled through voicemails and email beyond the initial consult. This review only offers a very small peak at the aggravation and frustration felt by myself and the members of my family. Their experiences will be shared soon. I don t need an explanation or any attempt to defend. I don t need any excuses either. I have every bit of correspondence and the fact that this happened the way it was explained is easily read and demonstrably true. Even if there was a valid reason for a hold in the paperwork, it is indefensible to not share that reason or give an update to a paying client for over a month. The correspondence and expertise offered by this firm is clumsy at best, but most accurately exceedingly scattered and sparse. There are many attorneys available, so choose wisely.

Rachel Aguilar is awesome! She always kept in contact and responded almost immediately to any emails or phone calls. I felt like she had my back through this whole process and she made sure to explain things and really make sure everyone was on the same page. For family law, CPS issues etc. shes the best! Thanks again!

I would not recommend Blair Parker to anyone or any law firm she represents, she does not do her job at all. Her main job as an Amicus Attorney is to work for the kids and the kids only, to determine who offers a better future, environment, lifestyle, & role model for the kids. She has yet to do any of that in my case, I am very disappointed & dissatisfied with her work ethics I expected alot more on her part.

Blair Parker, at a very short notice, is a true honest attorney who works for & with you. Shes very patient, alway communicate throughout the entire process, answering all our questions. She very knowledgeable, gave objective counsel we knew we could trust. Love her attention to detail of the law, and her ability to stay on task. She works hard, very accessible, & dependable. Her presence in the court room is very professional cool calm, collective, but straight to the point attitude which resulted in a favorable diligence outcome. I (we) highly recommend Blair Parker!!!

I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. My needs were put first and was treated as a friend rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. Blair fought hard for me and what was best for my little boy. She went above and beyond and did everything she could to ensure a great outcome. I highly recommend Blair to friends and family. I couldnt have asked for a better attorney!

I am so grateful to Blair for getting me exactly what I wanted and what was in the best interest of my son. She was very reliable and quick with her responses to any and every question I had. I hired her before she opened her own law firm and I knew without a doubt, I wanted to stick with her. Shes very kind but straight to the point. I explained that I have anxiety and she immediately understood and helped me get through court quick and easy!
