It is a very peaceful place, they keep it nice and clean. It is publicly accessible, if you go with Google Maps it is better to put the name of the cemetery, since otherwise it will send you to the private parking lot of some apartments. The railing of the tomb is closed with a chain and padlock. We didnt see anywhere nearby to buy flowers.

I wasn t much of a Selena fan back in those days but have grown to appreciate her music and what it represents to the Hispanic and Latino communities. My wife loves her music and we ve been to Corpus Christi few times, only seeing the Selena memorial and not the final resting place so I took her so we can pay our respects. Seeing the bronze memorial of Selena is moving, she touched so many lives to have it taken so early. Also please don t write or desecrate Selena s memorial, be respectful please!

Very beautiful and peaceful resting place. She had quite a few visitors patiently lined up. Left her a white rose during my visit. R.I.P. Selena. Edit: 2 years since my last visit and I have to say Im pretty disappointed of all the graffiti there is at her gravesite. Please respect her resting place!

Google maps might take you to the appartments by the road. If this is the case... go to the next light and go around them. You will see a cementary. Yes, this is a normal cementary and other folks are burried there. Please be respectful. After almost 30 years, this still hurts to know shes gone but im happy I was able to finally give my respects.

Very well maintained. Selena s resting place is always full of flowers, fresh ones at that. There will be a security guarding the tomb at times. From what I hear her final resting place used to be not gated but people advised it and not it s gated which we don t mind at all. I lived in corpus for a Few years and I took my dad to see it. The cemetery itself is so beautiful and peaceful that I wish there were benches around to sit down and take it in. When i went it was empty and the weather was super nice. Selenas grave was very well kept with the beautiful flowers. Yes, its gated so you will have to be sorta tall to take a good picture of the headstone.

Beautiful gravesite! Came all the way from Denver CO to see because my 2 daughters are huge fans. You can t miss it, it s the gravesite that is fenced towards the back and it s beautiful. My daughters got to take her roses, not many people get to say they ve done that. It was an amazing experience.

I dont know,my daughter is in the other side but today is the day of the dead and many people go see their love ones and take flower and we were told that everything was going to be remove tomorrow I dont understand they mow the grass Saturday so it would be nice if the leave the flowers for least til the weekend cause flowers are costly and hard to find because theres a shortage on flowers and supplies
