Oliva law firm was super helpful and amazing!. From the beginning to the end of my chapter 13 case they helped me and my wife out so much , explaining everything to us so we understood what was going to happen. Ms Rosie is the best super friendly and an amazing person she helped us out a bunch. Bankruptcy is not an easy process to go through, but the staff at Oliva definitely helped keep the stress and anxiety to a minimum. In 2018 we had to make the biggest decision ever! We contacted OLIVA Law Firm and spoke to Rosie. She was able to answer all the questions and explained everything that would happen. If I had a question during the 5 years, she was able to answer or get an answer for us. Rosie would not leave her office on time just so she could let us know what we needed to know! We have just gone through one of the most disappointing times of our lives. Due to a myriad of circumstances, we had to declare bankruptcy. This law firm is the only one to use. I called in tears. Mr. Fossett got on the phone and had such a calming effect. We scheduled me an appointment for the next morning. I went in to the office a complete mess. He sat down with me and went over everything in detail. He had such a calming demeanor that I felt so comfortable.
