I read a lot of reviews before landing on driving all the way to Conroe from the Humble area. It was worth it! From the call to make the appointment, to the greeting upon arrival, and the overall care that photographer Kali had for us, this was a great and positive experience. Kali, thanks for making my dads experience so great. Out pictures came out great! Definitely recommend Kali for your pictures, she is 5 out of 5, she has such positive energy and VERY kind.

The staff is so friendly and awesome! My wife and I LOVED the pictures. Kim, our photographer, was basically a child whisperer. She started singing like Snow White, and our boy was all smiles. We will definitely be back!

We had ZERO direction as to, where to stand, pose, etc. our son is so tall, posing should have been better. I m not a photographer but I know they missed the mark on some VERY basic aspects of photography! Photos not centered, and a long list of other rookie mistakes. We have gotten good sessions from both the Conroe, and woodlands locations. I suggest asking some questions about your photographer before you commit

After calling most of the JC PENNY photo stores for a week and a half with no response I finally called the conroe store and received a call back from Kendra. Kendra was so helpful, she explained everything to me and what the best option was for what we needed for picture day . Thank you Kendra for your Top notch customer service.

We had a new photographer this year, as we only go in for our annual family Christmas picture. We went in the middle of the week, after school, so nobody else was there. We told the guy exactly what we wanted, showed him our Perks Plus membership (which covered all sitting fees) and our Groupon for our package. He did exactly what we wanted, we picked out our photos, and we were on our way within an hour arriving.

Kailey was great! Why doesnt the credit card machine let us leave tips??? Please give her a raise!! 11 years as a photographer, she is great and theyre lucky to have her. Also, nikki confirmed the appointment and was very pleasant.

Went there before for professional photos and all were wonderful experiences, the photographers were very patient and professional. However after today my family and I will never go too this location again. The new people that run this place and take the photos are extremely unprofessional and rude. We had newborn/family photos appointment set for 4pm today. We arrived early, a whole 15 mins early. 10 to 15 mins past and 4pm hit, nothing, no acknowledgement statinghey we will be right with you, another 10 to 15 mins, absolutely nothing. 20 to 30 mins went by and those same people that were running the place kept coming over and they would look at us but not acknowledge us again, in the meantime the family that was in there before us were still in there way beyound past our appointment time, which was going on about 530pm. Now I understand it takes time too take photos especially with young children, like the family before us had as well as us. At the sametime no aknowledgement from the workers as they kept coming by and staring at us and just kept had us waiting longer and longer on purpose with 2 young children at toe; thats extremely unprofesional! Especially as your trying too keep your two young children pre occupied as they start to get grouchy and impatient.

Its highly over procede so here is a tip, use GROUPON we vendes un paying 20 for 2 prints AND 3 digitals Our photographer was very professional and fun ahead gave me and my husband an awesome session and yes obviously they try you to buy more stuff its their job but just choose what you want and youll be fine.

This was not the best photo experience I have had. It was very rushed and my pictures could have been better with a photographer that knew what they were doing. I was rushed through trying to pick my pictures as she kept changing the photos quickly and to photos I didnt like. I was not impressed. I wouldnt get your photos taken by Katherine. She seems very inexperienced. I have used Jcpenny portraits before and have had wonderful experiences except for this one.

Well you cant use 2 groupons on the same day, wish I would of known this at least or informed about this on groupons website. Also because I had scheduled 2 appointments in one day one of them got cancelled, not sure why but was told that one of the employees assumed I didnt need both appointments even though I got confirmation for both appointments, so inconvenient. Well this will be my last time buying jcpenney photography. Customer service is clearly not important to this establishment.

Definitely would never go here again , I had an appointment for 4:45 and I waited 25 min until the lady came out to tell me she will be with me in 15 min. So the 15 min went by and she was still not helping me I waited over an hour and I doubled checked that my pictures would be ready the same day as I had been told when I scheduled my appointment, so not only is there wait time extremely long even with an appointment they also give false information. Very disappointed with the service
