I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with King s Window Services. I had 3 foggy windows on the front of my house and on the recommendation of a friend in my neighborhood, I contacted King s. The receptionist, Haley was so helpful and sent Isaac within a few days to measure the windows and give me a price. The next day I went to the office and gave Haley a check for 50% down. I was concerned about the color of the grilles matching the other windows. Haley showed me a sample and I was confident it would be correct. She said she would order the glass and it may be two weeks before it would be ready. In a week she called and said the windows had arrived and scheduled Aaron to install them in a few days. The installation was perfect Aaron took out the old windows and replaced them with the new glass. They matched perfectly!!! Aaron was so careful and cleaned the glass on both sides and carried off the old glass. I was so pleased with his work that I decided to replace all the upstairs windows and six more downstairs. Once again, Isaac did an excellent job measuring and within a week Haley called and said the glass was here and we scheduled a date for installation. I requested Aaron again for the installation because of the excellent work he did on the others. I would recommend King s Window Service to everyone and will use them again in the future.

Ordering and having new windows with King s Window Services was easy with no hassels. I called them, gave them my info, and set a day/time to have them measure the windows. The order taker on the phone was friendly and direct and answered my questions. When they came to measure the windows, we talked about the type I wanted. They called when the windows were ready and we set the day and time to install. The installer was right on time and did a wonderful job. The installer did not interrupt my day, didnt waste any time, and did not complain although it was very hot out. King s Window is very professional operation. They will replace your windows even if you dont have very many, unlike Anderson and other big operations. Give them a call.

Roger showed up on time and cleaned our 53 windows of many different shapes and sizes. He did an EXCELLENT job. He had a great happy attitude and went above and beyond his duty. He informed me that one of the seals was failing in one of my windows (so I could take advantage of replacing it through the warranty that we have on the window) and he actually dusted away the many small gnats that had accumulated on the shudders in our garage. When he left, all the windows and screens were sparkly clean on the inside and out. He left nothing disturbed. Sills were clean, no drips on the floor, no trampled plants, and anything that needed to be moved away from the window was put back into place. I didnt have to lift a finger. He was great! I highly recommend!

I called Kings Window Services back in December of 2022. They did an excellent job installing windows. On a side note- I purchased the windows at Lowes and Lowes was suppose to have a contactor install them. However, Lowes kept delaying the install date - originally in October. I called Kings and within a couple weeks, they were able to get the windows from Lowes and install them. I definitely recommend them - they were easy to work with, professional, and on time.

SOLAR SCREENS - OH MY GOSH - I was going to install new windows because our two story house was unlivable upstairs - it was so hot. We face west so horrendous heat from the sun. I thought the only option was to spend thousands on new windows. Kings came out and suggested solar screens - windows would be weeks and weeks at the time with supply chain issues so he said he could have solar screens installed at a FRACTION of the price so I went for it. It literally has lowered the temp upstairs by so much it is actually cool in the bedrooms. Seriously - solar screens. And this company was amazingly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and ...well, everything. The neighbor across the street had another company install some and they are not even close to the quality of these. PLUS it makes my house look like it got a full makeover. Awesomeness wrapped in awesome. One last thing - I saw a negative review about Lee and bad measurements or something - I had two services performed - both times everyone associated with Lee and his biz were thorough and professional. Clearly everyone with this company cares and is excellently qualified. Even the woman on the phone. #perfection

Just had them replace a large window that had cracked. The first guy who came through explained to us why it cracked and gave us options for the best fix. When the glass came in, installers were done in half an hour. It almost took longer to get the iPad to work for payment. Will definitely go with Kings again for any future glass replacement we would need.

Kings Windows Service replaced 37 old aluminum framed windows with new NT Presidential high efficiency windows, and they look amazing. The install team was awesome and did an outstanding job. A big shout out to Dustin the supervisor and the rest of the crew Aaron, Clint, Dillon, Dustin, Isaac, Kalin and Roger. The entire process was smooth, and Bronson and Lee were great to work with on the order and contract side. My bedroom window was smashed and a rain storm was hitting that night. I called a few recommended places, but they wanted to wait days until a sales person came out in person, then it would be weeks to get a window. Not with Kings Window Services!!! I described the measurements and window on the phone, Jake took time to research options, and came up with a window in stock that was PERFECT! Jake knew I wanted this done immediately, and had the installation done in hours with no additional charge! Price was extremely reasonable!!! And if Jake needed to order a window, it would be within a week - not weeks like other companies. The installer was very nice and did an awesome job!!! Highly Recommended!!!!

The owner Lee obviously doesnt pay any attention. He just assumed one of my windows would be the same size as the previous nearby window that he had just measured, and it was clearly bigger, and not to mention he didnt even order the right color glass the 2nd time re measuring, I had to wait an additional 3 weeks just to recieve clear glass that he came out and re measured himself, when it was obviously LOW E glass. Im not quite sure where all these 5 star reviews came from, because thats what drove me in their direction. Save yourself your time, and use a different company.
