I ve had several procedures done and have always been educated and made comfortable throughout the whole process. They are so accommodating and helpful. I absolutely love the staff and drive over an hour to my appointments because I know I will be taken care of properly.

Staff is friendly. Love the App. Treat you like family, I read all the paperwork 30xs and cant find where you give them the right to random drug test. But I thats the ok just letting you other ladies know

Very friendly staff , I was a walk in and was taken to the back within twenty minutes. Everybody there seems very caring and not once did I feel rushed. They took their time with me and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I am very happy with the care I received.

Everyone at the clinic is super nice and helpful. But Chapman takes the cake, she is the most loving, humble and knowledgeable apn they could possibly have. She cares about you and your health, you are a person to her not just another patient. She will hear your concerns and find the best outcome for each one. I m thankful I found this clinic and her I wouldn t go anywhere else because I know I won t receive the same care. Thank you all!

I DO NOT recommend Dr. Angel. She is a very rude woman. She makes snarky comments, Shes dismissive, and just down right rude. Ive asked multiple times to put it my charts that I dont not want be seen by her, and I still end up being seen by her. She always has a smarty-pants thing to say and she never listens to you issues.

Very nice experience and visited many places but none like this, all very friendly and not to mention Dr. Mica Chapman, she takes her time to explain to you and makes sure that you understand everything, she makes you feel as if she had known you for a long time, she is a great person. I arrived fearful but she welcomed me with a big hug, she is a great person recommended blessings

Love love love this clinic. I m scared to leave because I know I won t find better! To all women I suggest this place if you truly care about your body THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Sometimes they ain t able to see you when you want because they are booked but it s definitely worth the wait!!! Again LOVE THIS PLACE Thank you all for the good job you do !!!

This office is amazing! Dr Chapman is so awesome, and her bedside manner is above and beyond. She cares so deeply and makes you feel like she is a long time friend who listens and wants to do everything for you. The front desk staff is also very professional and helpful with everything. The nurses are amazing at their job. They are quick with bloodwork and checkin. The wait time has never been anything that I haven t experienced at other offices. This is a clinic and they see lots of patients in a day. But when you are called back, it s like your the only one there. I called them after a trip to the Er and was seen that day. Also they immediately helped me with insurance to help me not have to cover the treatments I would be needing. And I needed it in that time, to not have to worry about cost. The care I received during a very traumatic event was something I can t even put into words. I have been seeing Dr Mica Chapman since 2015, and I always leave there feeling like a burden was lifted and I know what to expect. Forever grateful for this Doctor and her amazing staff.

The doctors are nice but be expecting to sit in this office for 3 hours. They dont go by appointment, they go by who gets here first, so if your appt is at 8 and u show up at 810 and there are 20 people in front of you, you WILL be seen last. Its a medicaid office so you cant expect quality work..

Mica Chapman has been my dr for 5 and a half years now and I have not gone anywhere else nor has my son of 3yrs old now. Mica and her staff are very down to earth, very resourceful, very caring and concerned and most of all professional and punctuate . I saw Dr. Mica Chapman and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable with my yearly exam and really made me feel like she cares about me. She walked me through the whole procedure and really explained everything so well. I promise you wont regret it!!!

This is a horrible clinic...No one is one the same page here. Everyone will tell you something different. The Office manager Mrs. Little was by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She once told me one thing and I went to my appointment and was told something completely different and told me she had never told me anything. Then the doctor said she was in a hurry when trying to remove something from my arm...REALLY Dr...Also the whole time operating on my arm she was using foul language because she could not gt the implant out. She told me I would have to make another appt for the director or surgeon to come and remove it. SHe was not aggressive enough. Only to be told by the office manager they will not take my case as they fell like they can not do the job.

Had my first prenatal visit here and they were so sweet (no they dont allow walk-ins) but they do let you set up an appointment right then and there for another time and day they were very sweet and kind. They helped me apply for Medicaid.

I had an appointment with Mrs. Chapman for a well womans exam. She was so compassionate and personal during the appointment. I received all the answers to my questions and advice on how to keep myself healthy. The staff were all friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
