I have to have some Sevi s every time I m back home visiting. It s delicious every time without fail! Had my shredded beef supreme burrito, as always .. I ve never been disappointed and I ve ordered it since the 80 s. The rellano supreme burrito is a favorite, too.

I ordered an asada burrito. There was hardly any meat, like literally 5 small pieces in a huge burrito. They stuffed it with stale cold potatoes. Totally overpriced for what you get. Never again!

I ordered the asada burrito and my boyfriend got the super nachos. The price was $31.64 for 2 items i asked for asada, potatoes, extra cheese, pico and cilantro. The first time they brought my food out cold and left off a few things I asked for. The second time was pretty much the same Scenario. Look at this Im pissed and wont ever come back. Go to El cabritos on Scott street. They have the best authentic mexican food! The orange taco truck in the parking lot of the corner store. GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!

Usually place a call-in order but wanted to enjoy being out today and my complaint is that my order was not written down which is fine but when my order (burrito) came out missing 2 items it was taken back to be corrected and they used the same burrito I had already taken a bite out of. And and it caught me by surprise thinking it wasn t just remade as the build of the burrito was then lopsided and to sum up my visit took about 10-15 minutes with only 3 other seated customers and a handful coming an going with to-go before I had to get up myself and request a to-go box.

I order through door dash often because it s close to me and typically arrives quickly. It s been multiple times I pay for extra meat or extra sides of cheese and I do not receive it. DoorDash gives me credits but I mean how hard is it to make an order correctly? I will not be spending any more money here. And I was ordering at least 4x a week. I confess that I heard about Severiana Sevis Burrito via the Upside App and thought I give this place a try. Service was incredibly friendly, especially in the morning and the food was so tasty, especially the salsa. The price was reasonable; however, I wish I would have been told that cheese and substituting beans for additional potatoes comes at an additional cost.

They made my order wrong despite getting it correct on the receipt. It wasnt complicated. I called as soon as I got it from BITE Squad, but Sevies was already closed. They dont have an option to message them on Facebook and they dont have a voicemail set up. The Queso isnt very good. Spent $40 on an enchilada meal, burrito, chips/queso & delivery. At least they do have veggie burritos for vegetarians.

Its really too bad that after almost an entire YEAR of closing early, Sevis hasnt updated their Google page to say they actually close at 4:00pm. After absolutely CRAVING their burritos for 2 days, I tried calling 3 times -- 2 of those times at 3:30...............they were still open. No answer at all, so I decided to just go there and order. But, surprise, the place was all locked up. Thats a shame, because now, I will not go back (and I have been a loyal customer for decades). This isnt the first time they didnt answer the phones either. SO FRUSTRATING and yet, so avoidable.....

I used to eat here almost weekly until I moved. Now, EVERYTIME I come home to visit....I GOTTA GET ME SOME SEVIS. I recommend the carne asada burrito with the works. If you arent a cry baby when it comes to that HEAT, try the green salsa. I will forever be a supporter of this place. Some of the best tortillas ever. Havent had anything but the burritos, but those are FANTASTIC! Very large, no skimping on ingredients, and their asada is to die for. Pricing is decent. Only complaint I have is that service can sometimes be spotty--placing your order ahead of time doesnt always guarantee it will be ready, and some days the restaurant never answers the phone even after 6+ attempts.
