The pad specialists team is phenomenal I can truly say I had the best experience visiting this dr office there hospitality is phenomenal from the receptionist ,the X-ray tech, nurse and the nurse practitioner these group of young lady was warm and inviting easy to speak to answering any questions with confidence I would definitely say if your in need of this kind of specialist this is the the place.

They took excellent care of my mother. Chris was one of the representatives of the facility that helped get my mother in for an evaluation , he was was kind and accommodating. The whole process was extremely easy and efficient. My mother and I are very happy with the results, service and treatment. Thank you!

The staff as well as the whole environment is comfortable, inviting and downright awesome. From the moment you are greeted it does not feel like a clinical setting it feels like a spa. And I truly want to thank them for going over and Beyond customer care in a clinical setting. Thank you

It was my first time and I was so nervous. These people made me feel so calm and less anxious. They have candy plates in the waiting area, a big smart TV, they explain things thoroughly. The lady at the desk is sweet, the ultrasound tech wad sweet, the nurse practioner was very nice and explained everything in a way I understood. Upon leaving, rhey gave complimentary Panerai sandwiches, a drink and chips. This place is small but so awesome. Love it.

I had an excellent experience with PAD Specialists! On arrival, they check you in on a tablet, making it quick and easy. Not pages and pages of paper to read through. My visit had several steps involving different people, but there was no long break in between, and each person was excellent at explaining what was next and explaining my results. They also gave me a referral for another medical office I will need. A nice touch at the end of my visit was that they offered me refreshments before I left. I highly recommend this office!

It is located in a greatly accessible location! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly upon arrival. Very clean & orderly! Was called back on time!! Carla did my testing, very down to earth and knowledgeable! Very congenital! Then David Martinez came in to discuss results. Another jovial type, very likable! The follow up call the next day was Natalie, she was very questionary and inquisitive on my personal interaction. She was a sweetheart! All around a very professional outfit! Stellar! 5

I gladly rate PAD Specialists- Pasadena with 5 stars The front desk ladies were professional kind and knowledgeable took time to explain everything in detail. The NP Ashley was same as above Nice inviting office ( love the lighting ) I was so impressed with overall experience I even called Houston VA Community Care Dept to relay info for possible referrals for other vets in need of PAD Specialists attention It is refreshing to experience this type of professionalism

This place is a scam. It is high pressure sales with patients. They use guilt and fear to scare patients into their services. They dont explain anything to the patients but scare them into getting their services. Run for the hills. Do not work here if you have a conscience and care for people.

My husband had an artery consultation appointment with PAD Specialists and he was somewhat apprehensive. He received such wonderful and compassionate care from all of the PAD Specialist Team and their professionalism and kindness melted away his concerns. We received excellent care and they took the time to explain everything to us, so when we left, we were totally confident that we had a clear understanding of my husbands situation; which put our minds at ease. The complimentary refreshments are also a nice touch - its the little things. :)

I accompanied my 86 y/o mother who was in a wheelchair to her appointment and everyone from the ladies at the front desk, the technician performing the ultra sound, the Nurse Assistant and especially the Doctor were extremely professional and kind.

From the ladies sitting at the front desk, to the Nurse that takes your vitals to the Dr, Dr. Gomez. You know just what to expect during your visit. Everyone was so nice and treated you like family. I would recommend Dr. Gomez.

MY HUSBAND LIKED THE DR. HE SEEN & NURSES . FRONT DESK STAFF AS WELL. THEY ARE VERY CARING & TAKE TIME WITH THIER PATIENTS.WE BOTH WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND & TAKE TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.
