We came in in a slow Saturday, and immediately felt as though the temperature inside matched the hot air outside. We had perfect service by our waiter, but ended up taking our food to go and ate on their patio, which was much cooler. You desperately need to turn up or turn on your AC. No customer should be sweating inside your establishment.

What a disappointment about this place, Ive been waiting for almost 30 minutes for a takeout order and the justification they give is that they are very busy, I dont understand how it is possible if there are only 6 cars in the parking lot and I think the workers cars should be included there. Its not the first time Ive seen it happen. The truth is, the service is terrible.

First time trying this place, and will never go back. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like a dirty bathroom. That smell lingered the entire time we were there at the restaurant. During the meal, the waitress asked if I d like sour cream, not mentioning it was an up charge, and I said yes. Only discovered it was on the bill at the end. A decent waitress would have mentioned it was an additional charge when she offered it. When we were ready for our bill, our waitress disappeared for approximately 25 min. Being on a time-restricted lunch break, that was an issue. The table beside us was extremely noisy, with kids and teens getting up and running around, play fighting. It was an overall negative experience, and we will not be returning. It felt like we were sitting at a table in the middle of a McDonald s playground.

We went to Casa Olé tonight and was amazed. the food and service were top notch. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Drinks, Chips, and salsa were there almost immediately. The food was fresh and some of the best I have had at Casa Olé. Martha was very sweet, attentive, and kept us laughing. She is for sure an asset to keep. This location is the cleanest Casa Olé that I have been too. We will be back!

We really enjoy the food and friendly service. Were always treated like royalty and the food is excellent. Its easily my favorite Mexican food restaurant. Its very kid friendly as well. The happy hour drinks are not short on anything. The staff goes out of their way to make you love this place. Parking: Many, easy front row parking whenever we visit Kid-friendliness: Crayons and activities are always given to my child without asking. The kids menu is top notch. My daughter likes the pizza and fries.

This location has real went down in the last couple of months, not sure where they found this new manager Martha but she needs to be replaced ASAP!! All of the servers are excellent but not sure why they stay with the way that woman speaks to them. Public humiliation in front of customers especially is unexceptabale! Our last visit after she literally called a young man stupid was enough for me then she proceeded to talk to me ignorant. What is going on here corporate?? Absolutely ridiculous charge of $8.50 for two very small scoops of guacamole. Almost told the waitress to take it back...my bad that I didnt. Sauces for the chips werent great. Red sauce was like watered down ketchup with a bit of hot sauce added. Green sauce tasted okay but the almost neon lime green color was a bit of a turn-off. Waitress didnt bring any napkins (I was seated outside on the patio) so I went inside and got some from a table dispenser. Once waitress brought the bill she didnt return to get it so another waitress who happened to see me tool my payment. Very sweet girl, but not very attentive. So, I will not go back unless I hear from them regarding this visit.

I absolutely Love Casa! Have for over 30 years. Its TexMex, just how it should be. Delicious green sauce and queso (try chile con queso on chip, on the side! Its queso poured over a tostada chip. Surprisingly good.) The staff usually suck though. They have consistently at nearly all that Ive visited. Must be bad management. Foods good though! Please expand outside of Texas! Our server was awesome. However, this fresh made guacamole is a joke. When was it freshly made, yesterday? It being scooped into the serving dish with an ice cream scoop is a telltale that this was indeed not made fresh when ordered. Casa Ole Managers: Go to practically any other local Mexican restaurant and order fresh made guacamole so you can see the difference if you truly feel that what you are presenting and serving your customers is what they expect when they order fresh made guacamole. The margarita flight was awesome and worth the money, the food was very subpar, and this guacamole was a plain disappointment, unfortunately. I do not frequent this place, and todays visit did not convince me to come back anytime soon. Hopefully, yall can do better for your future patrons.

Pretty good and convenient place after wallmart shopping. I was wanting to go here for a while and itd pretty decent with polite and friendly service and the food is pretty good. They let you have to go to drinks, and overall, i fully recommend this place after a long day of shopping at or working at wallmart. I will definitely go here and recommend this place to my friends. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!! Set there forever and had to finally go and get someone to take our drink orders and get chips/salsa. Set there for another while before anyone every came to take our food orders!!! Ask to speak with the manager. She came to our table 3 times and never once identified herself as the manager, in order for me to voice my concerns about the poor service. Received lame excuse about waitress being new and offered to discount the bill. Didnt even come out to 10% of our bill!!! Manager was also not the best either about servicing our table!!! The other waitress on duty was having NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. She gave great fast service to the table directly behind us who arrived after us, and left way before us!!! Cass Olè used to be the place to go. I am not sure what they have changed in their food, but it definitely was not for the best. Several customers where disappointed the day I was there. Sadly, to say it was bad enough, I probably will not ever go back. The food here is delicious, in fact, I am a regular at this Casa Ole. The only reason I am giving a 3 star review is because of service. If a customer calls in their order (only salsa, it s simple) they say something like it will be ready in 5-10 minutes. Then you show up 20 minutes later to the order NOT being ready. Then they have the audacity to take longer than 10 minutes to get the order ready. It s just disrespectful of peoples time. If someone is calling in their order, it s because they don t want to wait on the order once they get there. Again, food is delicious but service is almost always terrible.

Just ordered to go and only got a third of my order. Not worth my time to go back for cold food. 60$ for paid food and only got 25$ worth. No thanks. We wont be eating there again

The only reason that me and my wife came here a 2nd time was that the 1st time being there that it was incredible. I had chille rejanos and was out of this world delicious. They stopped serving them for some odd reason and was why we came back. I am trying to get use to the Tex-Mex food here in Texas but struggling with it. It is to bland to me personally. Nothing at all with the restaurant or servers. Just my personal taste! Out of all the so called Mexican restaurants we have been to doesnt cut it for me. It all tastes like the same dish to me. Absolutely loved the salsa. I miss hot pork green chile and for the life of me cant be found NO WHERE, thank God I made my own last night just to get my fix!

There was 5 of us only three got there food and when they were done the outher 2 in our party said to cancel our food tired of waiting very bad service and the manager on duty did not care about there customers

They have over charged my card. Will they make it right? Yet to be seen. I left a cash tip, but they charged a tip on my card. W.T.H. I went back 3 times to talk to a manager, they found in the system where my card was charged an extra 10 bucks for a tip. Gave me my money back. As for now I will only pay cash and not have that same person wait on my table.

I really liked the place, good food and good atmosphere, best of all, despite being Texmex, the music is very varied so customers dont get bored of listening to rancheras all the time.

Food was super expensive, and they really did not give enough food. For the cost going here you can go to get sea food or a better restaurant. Service was not that good as well, even though there were only 4 other groups.

I had lunch Friday. Was feeling low by Friday night. Started vomiting early Saturday morning. I knew something was wrong when my cat walked away from my leftovers. Thankfully i didnt eat it all. Wont go back there again
