Great park for children. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the park. The highlight was the mosaic tile benches that were beautiful. Would love to see more of those unique benches around town.

Missing shade, otherwise perfect. We ve been going since they opened. My kiddo is almost 8 and loves to climb all over this playground. The trails nearby are a nice feature for walking, etc. We have so much fun riding up and down the hills.

First time there, definitely wont be our last! Appreciated the soft, faux grass - very forgiving for our toddler whos learning to walk and super comfortable to stretch out on. Different little walking areas - gravel, stone, cemented - so people were safely spread out. Very clean, I think its a newer park. We stayed in the small play area/grassy spots, so I cant comment on the veloway, but did see a lot of kids show up and go on bikes and scooters. We went on a Sunday, and it didnt get busy until later on, early evening. Cons: Angled spots to the side are a pain to get out of and not very pedestrian friendly. Cars fly by and arent very considerate. Recommend parking in the adjacent lot. It had plenty spots, we just didnt see it until after wed been there No small swings available, just a giant circular one Restrooms and changing room are closed, but thats understandable due to all the COVID stuff, just be prepared

I nanny a six year old and she LOVES this park. It s her favorite, and we have gone to A LOT of playgrounds. She lives down by the Domain so we have gone to playgrounds all over Austin. From a caretakers perspective: hands down, the best thing about this park is how close the clean restrooms are. No rushing home for potty breaks is NICE. This is the 6 yr. old s favorite park because of the spinning dome ride (like a safer version of a merry-go-round). There a lot of places to run around and climb as well, so she stays busy for hours every time we come. I like to bring a little blanket and sit on the faux grass hills so I can keep an eye on her. It would be kind of nice if there were picnic tables, but maybe they will add some later.

This is a lovely new park area finished in fall 2020. It has a large and varied playscape area for the kiddos. Public restroom and water fountain is provided, and there are benches for relaxing. Also, there is plenty of parking and a handicap accessible entrance to several walking paths. Finally, at the rear of the park is a broad open space and access to more trails. Just down the road a 1/4 mile is Mirror Lake park.
