i love this course; however, marshall was terrible. i get giving golfers a hard time, especially if you do it in a joking manner, but if youre actually just some cranky old guy with breaking skin who doesnt want to be out there, you should go sit inside instead.

Enjoyed visiting this course. Had some tough holes, if you have an arccos system it did have issues at this location...well maintained and all staff were friendly. Marshall was keeping things going was knew what he was doing. I would play here again when traveling to the area. Proshop: add xls! Couldnt find one and we like to get shirts when we travel to play golf. Good photo op in the front. This was my last picture as my husband was being funny in the others and I gave up...

I only had 2 hours so I headed to the range. Although its a bit off the beaten path for me I liked what I saw. Very spacious, fairways appeared to be in excellent shape and as a 27 hole course they have the ability to rotate front/back 9s to keep the course well maintained. The staff was very friendly as well. Ill be back

Would like to say I enjoyed my experience playing back to back days here. But my second day we had one of the worst golf experiences I have had in over a decade! I do not want to shame a course publicly because it s not in my nature but if you would like to reach out to me for more details I will gladly provide them . The very best place in Conroe area they have 27 holes of golf its open to public but you can join as a member I started as pay daily and joined great members and great staff. Justin is our pro and golf manager. Eddie and the front staff are very friendly and will help in anyway the food is very good and priced cheaper than most restaurants and Eric the chef and staff are the best. they are a busy place so make a tee time ahead of your day you want to play price of golf is the least expensive for the area and also participates on golf now.at a discount

27 holes of golf and a great practice range...are some of the amenities at Panorama Golf Club. It is semi private with a very reasonable membership fees. The restaurant/bar is very nice with good food and drinks. Its a great experience waiting for you off I-45 just north of Conroe, Tx

Played here Sunday April 30. They were extremely packed as it was one of the best weather days of the year. They were obviously not prepared for uptick in demand. Our tee time was around 1:30 and there was no Marshall or starter to be seen. We started on 19 and there were about 6 carts on the box. There were multiple groups of 18 year olds who had no respect for the game, nor the course. There were two of them wearing sandals and looked like they have never been on a golf course before. They were very discourteous to the course and patrons. We watched them hit onto a group of two 8 year olds with their fathers and then just blow pass them in their carts to avoid confrontation. They were using range balls on the course. I had to pick up and discard many of them. Also, we were hit on to multiple times by people that didn t understand that the pace of play was going to be extremely slow all day. The course was in excellent conditions, beautiful tee boxes and greens. The water provided on the course was cold and refreshing.

We hosted our wedding celebration at the clubhouse, and they did a fabulous job! They made everything so easy for us! The club was well kept and clean, the servers were so friendly and hardworking, and the food was great! If we ever need to host a big event again we will be back for sure! The course is in great shape per usual. All tee boxes were lush and greens were very nice. However, I got charged $20 more for my twilight tee time than I did a few weeks prior. They changed the twilight hours to 4PM rather than the 2:30PM I was used to, so the online rate when I booked my tee time ($47) was not the same as when I checked in that day ($67). It was disappointing. EDIT: went again and this time I was charged over $72 for a weekend tee time. They advertise $68.25 on their website for weekends before 4. Please update it or give a reason to why the prices change every time I play here

I absolutely enjoy playing this course. Its challenging from some tight fairways and tournament speed greens. Cost is right on, especially since it normally includes a small bucket of balls. My only complaint is that some of the greens have no flat area, pin positions picked can be quite ridiculous, as in they put them on top a slope where you got to make the putt in any direction of your 15 foot past the hole, very slick. But it does add to the challenge of this course. I dont know membership costs but If youre looking for one, this is one to consider.

Wish there was a 4.5 stars rating. Not quite 5 stars, but a great course that is in very good shape. The best public greens in Montgomery county. Played here a week ago and it was in great shape. The greens are so fast that they re talking about reshaping some on 10-18 to make it more fair to the player, but it is a blast. Very well kept, and a very very solid value.

The new management has really stepped up the maintenance and put some money into this course over the last several years. PV is a great course for all golfers! We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Gentleman drove a kart up to me as I walked out of the pro shop. Greens and fairways were in wonderful condition. Marshall was very courteous and helpful finding our way on the back nine as it was our first time to play the course. We didnt realize a bucket of balls was included in the cost of the round otherwise we would have arrived earlier to take advantage of improving our amateur skill level. Looking forward to playing another round soon.

This is a fun course that is in exceptional condition. They have 27 holes, a driving range, and club house. While this is open to the public, this club still sells memberships, has a strong membership base and caters to its members. This course is better than most east Texas layouts. It is challenging, interestinting, with a surprising amount of elevation changes for the area. This a fun course that routes through an older nice residential subdivision built within this east Texas forests that has narrow fairways lined with big mature trees, lots of sand traps, and a surprising amount of creeks and water. The greens are nicely sized and have a good amount of undulations. The greens are in great shape and are as nice and roll as true as Bermuda grass greens can be grown. This course is fun and definitely worth playing. I am now playing it regularly and am strongly considering a membership.

Was hoping for some more hospitality especially since it was my first time playing there, but unfortunately didnt receive it. Two young ladies at the desk literally looked me and my group in the eyes as we stood there waiting to check in- one proceeded to answer a call right in front of us, the other walked away to grab a vacuum and started walking around us. We were then blamed for not showing up early enough and told to rush to get started. Luckily, the course was nice so we enjoyed the round. We payed for 18, but due to an emergency had to leave after 8 holes. We went to return the cart and asked for a rain check at least for me (since I was the only one who lives nearby) for the back 9 and they refused (same young ladies). I understand what happened wasnt their fault, but any other course I have been too would have given it knowing the person is more than likely to come back and purchase the other 9 holes to make a full 18. Overall, poor customer service really makes me not want to come back.

If you love golf but really enjoy a greens that are in great condition (and you have to read them) then I would suggest you get up to Panorama Village Golf Course. My wife and I just played there. Greens are amazing fairways are looking really good ( Help them out and sand the divots and respect 90 degree rule) and we can all enjoy this course improve together. I was going to keep this place a secret but I am just like you guys and enjoy a great value when golfing. As always I do not receive any compensation or discounts for my reviews or post. Subsequently I was in the group behind this Kennedy guy. I did see the little girl putting on the greens. It absolutely warms my heart to see children getting involved in the sport. She was actually better then the group behind them, who was routinely shanking shots into the woods and three putting every green. It wasn t the pace of play that ruined their golf game it was the skill level to which they wanted a refund. Golf Marshall was extreme when approaching the group he is referring to. Unacceptable to discourage that young girl like that. Hopefully you guys fix this.

A negative experience was rescued by the staff. We spent two and a half hours playing the front nine (Winged Foot). The group in front was routinely hitting 2 or 3 balls each from the fairway, then spending additional time picking them all up. They also had a toddler (3 or 4 years old) they were allowing to putt and play. What s crazy is there was a group ahead of them equally as slow. We were fed up by the 6th hole but decided to play out the 9. By 7 the marshal did come by but there was no change in behavior. At the turn we asked for a refund due to the extremely slow play and lack of enforcement of pace of play, and players allowed on the course. The lady working the clubhouse listened to us, got the marshals to address the issue and contacted Golfnow to secure a refund. The course itself was in good shape. Greens are challenging but fair. It s a tight layout with most holes lined by trees on both sides. A couple holes require some shape but you ll play best with controlled straight shots. It s not overly long so you can take less than driver off the tee to get the ball in the proper spot. Thanks to an interesting layout and the incredibly helpful staff I ll be back next time I m in town.

Course was ok. Greens nice. BUT not worth the green fees on the weekend

Can you see exit off of interstate 45 about an hour north of Houston. panorama village is a city and has the main highlight of the golf course with fairways and greens going in other directions from the clubhouse and housing all around. Well-maintained and lots of trees and wildlife. It was my first time here and I will come back again. its a little hard to find once you exit the interstate because its in the middle of a residential area. But the GPS will take you right to it. I highly recommend this to anyone. Please leave me a thumbs up if you like my reviews. Thank you

Course was in decent shape. After wet spots but its expected due to recent rain. Price to play w/cart is very reasonable. Couple of guys however had a dredging system going on the water holes and had to play through them. Makes it difficult to try and play with them on the course in front of you.

Very courteous staff in the clubhouse and a very forgiving course for beginners. Great rental carts. Love playing here! I left behind a personal item on the course. Marshall let us drive the course to look for it and the staff said they would call me if it were found. Couldnt ask for better hospitality!

We enjoy eating at the Club. We havent had a bad meal yet! Enjoy Wednesday Burger Nights, and I like their tuna melt. Personable wait staff.

It is a 25 dollar week day round at best . I can play a lot nicer courses for 50 dollars a round on mondays. I can see them losing customers at these prices. I know my friends and I will play elsewhere until their prices come down.this coming from a loyal customer.
