After getting T-Boned by a drunk driver in March of 2022. I was referred to Tej Paranjpe, the managing partner of the firm, by a mutual friend of ours. He guided me on what to expect, what the firms fees were, and how to start my treatments etc. His team then followed up with me to schedule treatments, and made sure that I was okay during the treatments. If I needed more or less, or if I was done as well. Once the treatments were done, Michael Rodriguez my case attorney came into the picture and drove the case home. He really guided us during lawsuit that was filed, and made sure that I was prepared for the deposition that was done. Michael was able to get my case settled and Im very satisfied with the work he and the team at PMR law did for me. I was allowed to bang the Gong of Victory once everything was settled.

In my opinion I didnt feel like a client. I was shifted to a 2nd attorney halfway through my time there. I had times where I had to send the same email 5 times to get a response. I was also unhappy with the length of time (almost 2 yrs). I had an encounter with 2 of the lawyers that was not fun, also making me feel like I wasnt a client. I just read another review from 6 months ago that read a lot lot like mine. There are too many firms in Houston...my suggestion is not to pick this one.

Under no circumstance would I work with them again. I ve worked with them twice now. First experience was great, the second was miserable. They were very disorganized, and the communication was non-existent unless I was reaching out first (often times, not getting a response without reaching out multiple times). There was also quite a bit of turnover that caused issues early on - every few weeks it seemed that I had a new case manager. Now that everything has been closed out, I ve been emailing them for two months straight trying to get something squared away and most of those emails have gone unanswered. Frustrating experience from start to finish.

PMR Law Firm is an outstanding Law Firm I found PMR Law Firm through the recommendation of someone that I know when my son needed representation for an injury case. Ben Ruemke was the attorney for my sons case at the time and wow what compassion he had, he definitely left an impression on me, I will always remember his care and concern for my son and his case. My sons case is handled by Brent Phelps who is doing an outstanding job, thank you Brent. My family used PMR again when we needed help with an Estate planning, Attorney Raj Mahadass helped us with this process. Even tough this wasnt a major case Raj still took time with us and was very compassionate to make sure we understood the whole process and was always there to answer with any questions we had and the Estate planning went well. When I was hit by a driver from a trucking company and I needed representation from a law firm I decided to use PMR Law Firm again to help with the accident case. My attorney was Michael Rodriguez, he definitely helped me with my case and was always there to assist me with whatever I needed. The lines of communication were always opened and he answered my questions to help me understand the process of my case. My case ended with a successful outcome. I gave them a because of the receptionist. Anyways to each its own. I choose to work with PMR Law on my case seeking help because I had read great reviews on them and reading their website as well. My experience with them has not been so great. No one reaches out to me to let me know anything about my case. My case started back in 3/2021. I would always speak to the receptionist Zayra Acosta. And I dont think she is no longer with them anymore. Now dont get me wrong my first attorney passed away & I was told when I called about my case. I was very understanding. Then I was informed that Benjamin Harris Ruemka was now over my case. I spoke to him one time when I called. I guess my case was not important enough and got thrown over to Brent Phelps somehow because when I called to check on it again I was told he was over the case. I was always told that he was in a meeting and they would have him reach out. He emailed me one time saying that they sent a letter of demand to the company, but never received a response, and that we would probably have to go to court. I was told that by all of the attorneys I have had, and they also told me if they dont respond in 30 days we can move forward. Now its 2/2023 30 days has been around several times. I havent heard from Brent Phelps or Benjamin Harris Ruemka no one from PMR Law has reached out to me. I asked several times do I really have a case because of the responses given. Or did they just drop it I was told no every time and if so they would send me a letter in the mail. No letter has been received! The last emailed sent by me to Brent Phelps was 4/20/22 No response as of today 2/2023. To each its on, but I just wanted to give my insight on PMR Law. Because I read reviews & give reviews because they help me make choices on purchases I make, they help me choose a doctor & more usually I have a great experience. These reviews led me wrong and I even turn down an attorney that was willing to take my case to stay loyal to PMR Law. As a client they have not made me feel like an priority providing me with personalized attention or tireless representation. They have not been dedicated to seeking justice for my case. Like it states on their website under our story. Those are some of the reasons they give to us as of why we should chose them. I just wanted to advise everyone that maybe looking for representation to seek God and pray for him to lead you to the right law firm. Thats something I wished I would have done. Now you can carry on, but I hope this review helps you.

Do not hire this firm. They will literally have you sign a contract and then start there was something wrong with it, than have you sign a 2nd contract with them for your personal injury claim, and then 2-3 days later, when you re set on them as your representation, they will call you and shamefully say they have to resign from the exact contract that they had you sign twice before without an honest, respectable reason why. Sad, greedy excuse for people that are supposed to help.

Took my sons case over 4 months ago, and we thought it was being worked on, only to get a random call 4 months later, dumping his case, because of restructuring and nothing had been done.. facility that injured my child was never even notified he had counsel. Dont waste your time with this practice... theyll dump you, too. Thankfully, we found new representation and 3 days in, has done more than this place did in 4 months

I was recommended this law firm after a horrible experience with another lawyer who I wasted a year and a half with! And NOTHING was solved! Another attorney who claims to be a Hammer and will fight dropped my case after they found out they were going to have to work a little. When already being declined to have a case for malpractice against EMS Service for our Son s death our paths crossed through a connection from an associate of PMR Law. We sent all reports over promptly and their findings were in due time warranted for things to press forward. I had the pleasure of consulting with Raj for legal advice on behalf of some friends. He was meticulous, prompt, responded to all concerns -- large and small alike -- but aside from all of that, he remained down-to-earth and spoke in terminology understandable to all. Fantastic Lawyers! I had a previous lawyer for an injury sustained in a automobile accident. That experience was a nightmare and I ended up filing a complaint with the state of Texas. That being said, Tej and his team were a breath of fresh air. They handled my case with such professionalism and I was able to get an outcome that I was pleased with.
