I went today for the first time ever to celebrate my birthday and our server, I think his name was Vincent, was amazing. He went above and beyond to make today special by even bringing a small Candle for my dessert. Food was amazing, and I wish everyone got a server like Vincent for their birthday. Will definitely return!!

I have come to BJs multiple times and often have had great service. I come back because the meal is always great, but unfortunately, this last time I think will be my last. I am the kind of person who is not unwilling to spend $200-500 to feed myself and my kids....as long as service continues to be top-notch. We eat out at least 3-5 times a week and generally continue to patronize the locations with the best service. In this instance, BJs had a table display that explicitly stated a certain drink and that the serving dish was available for sale. I asked to purchase the vessel and was told by the manager I could not. According to him, I would not be able to buy it until Wednesday even though it obviously is available and here today (on Sunday). I let him know that it is false advertising to say something can be purchased, and when I wanted to purchase it, they said I could not. My waitress (Alex) was great, and her service will earn a good tip, but as for me returning again, as of right now, they have lost a good paying customer. I never ask for anything free or even discounted, but I do expect that they hold up to their end of advertising.

I loved my experience here the Guinness and Tatankal stout were heavenly highly recommended to stout lovers. Our waitress Savina was an excellent waitress she had such a nice attitude, was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Will definitely be coming back with my friends again.

I am usually a Bjs fan and typically love their food... however this past Sunday was not the case. Let me start off by saying that the service was great and server was amazing! The problem starts when we order our appetizer. We got the fried cheesy couscous and the first bite we take was warm and then the second bit was cold. Got another fried ball and bam... cold again the rest of the balls were warm on the outside but cold on the inside. We tell our waiter and he brings us a new order a couple minutes later. Again the outside was hot but now this time the middle was frozen.... We decided to get a different appetizer (Siracha Cheese dip that was good). Once we got our food (Western burger and Wings) the food was alright it lacked in flavor and it was lukewarm we did not want to make a scene so we just nicely asked for our bill and left.... Very disappointed and sad that our experience was this one. The only good thing from that night was the pizookie... that was great but the rest was very sad.

We were a table of 8, waited 14 minutes till I had to ask if anyone was going to wait on us. Finally had a server show up and the food took for ever to show up. When the food showed up the pizza was over cooked and dry. The medium well steak was medium well with no pink inside and dry. Dessert took 15 minutes till it was delivered. Over all experience was pretty bad especially since it was my granddaughters birthday. We saw the manager walking around and he never once came by. I doubt we will ever go back considering this use to be our favorite restaurant.

Went to go try this place for the first time for lunch, walked in and was sat as we waited....and waited...and waited for our server to bring g us drinks, others were seated and waited on immediately as we waited a bit more we finally just got up and left after no one came to even take our drink order...good thing there was a Cheddars next door we went there were tended to as it should be...food at Cheddars was delicious and customers service was great!

Our food was amazing. Service was horrible. Alexa G never checked on us. Forgot our drinks, she had a smile but that was about it. We asked for the ticket and just left it on the table. We waited for her to pick up our card. And NEVER came back. She never mentioned that we could pay online until I noticed it on the ticket. I still tipped her which I actually regret 100%. She only had 2 tables. She needs better training.

Mike is the BEST server hands down!!! my family and i have had an extremely hard few weeks and it s insane how blessed we got with Mike as our server, made my uncle and i completely forget and enjoy ourselves after so much. we never once had to ask for a thing and he was on top of it 24/7 and such a funny guy man i have never in my life had such an incredible experience with a server thank you from the bottom of our hearts Mike you really are a pleasure to be around!!

Our waiter was outstanding who provided excellent service. The food and drinks was very tasty. But unfortunately, I am giving this place one star for a major disgusting reason. After my meal, I took my son to the restroom. An employee flushed the toilet then walked out of the stall and right past us without washing his hands. Freaking gross to see this unhygienic behavior. Returning to my table I kept an eye out for him but did not see him, which makes me think that he was part of the kitchen staff. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. Just the thought of what I have seen makes me want to puke up all my food I ate there.

The most positive thing about my experience was the avocado egg rolls. Our waiter was friendly but had no sense of urgency. Our appetizers came out fast from the kitchen but then waited over an hr for our food. By the time the food came we were not hungry anymore. We literally took our food to go. I tried to speak to the manger on duty he said his name was Shawn.I express to the manger about our experience and expected an apology but instead got rebuttals for the poor service. I didnt want an explanation or excuses why our food took long. His excuses was that they werent expecting to be busy and he had jump on line to help the cooks. But what he failed to notice that I saw him standing by the hostess talking most the time we were there. He insulted us by trying to adjust our check trying to make it seem we were trying to just get a discount. To put the cherry on top the avocado egg rolls we ordered had a hair on it and chicken alfredo made me sick. Ive been here 4 times and it was good this last time was terrible. I hope this establishment gets its stuff together. For 3 people we spend over 200 dollars and was expecting better service. I hope in the future management take more accountability the blaming the cooks. I also forgot to mention that every one that was seated after us got feed and left before us.

Usually I enjoy coming to eat at this place, yet this last time I came to redeem a free pizookie for my rewards however the front hostess lady said that they don t fulfill that request and then the server said oh we do and then the GM came saying of that s fine we ll redeem the cookie for you. So i go back to the table to wait and after a good 25 minute, nothing. The server never came back to the table to check on us. The GM never came back to the table check on us. No one checked on us after a good 30 minute wait :9 I walked out while the GM saying hope you enjoy your evening and I did not.

We were a party of 8 waiting to be seated and I asked for a wait time and the hostess said she needed to ask her manager. I waited and 4 parties were seated with a total of 13 people total. The manager came and said in front of me tell her 1 hour and a half. I have a special needs sister and was upset that we needed to leave. She would not be able to wait that long. We had to comfort her and walk her outside while another party of 2 got seated and another group of 4 came in and they were told they would be seated shortly. Wheelchair accessibility: My sister has mobility issues and was told I had to go all the way to the back of the restaurant to access ramp.

The food was pretty good! Avocado egg rolls are insanely good. (Apetizer) the Alfredo pasta was disappointing to say the least. There was about 3 broccoli pieces and the pasta was dry! My mom had to ask for more Alfredo sauce. The clam chowder was okay. Not memorable. But the New Orleans Jambalaya was delicious! The right amount of spices......an abundance of bell peppers and onions and chicken pieces and chicken sausage and shrimp. Seriously delicious!! As for the restaurant...its very clean....large....the booths are a bit small. The ambience is chill. The beer selections are awesome!!!

I asked for a double shot of bourbon neat. It came with ice. At which point I again asked for it neat. The waitress took it back and brought back what seemed to be the same drink with the ice removed. So now it is watered.down bourbon and not what I wanted. I put my name on the waitlist via the app, but when I arrived, they couldnt find me. We had to wait about 25 minutes, and guests who arrived after were seated before us. I then asked about the status, and was told theyll seat us then. When we were seated, we waited about 5 minutes before the server came. We ordered water first and the server never returned to take our order. He passed us by about 4 times. We waited about 15 minutes and he never came back, so we just left. This place was absolutely filthy. As soon as we arrived the menu I was given was covered in food, and sticky. I stood up, went to the front and demanded a new one. The food was a bit pricy opposed to similar restaurants in the area, and the price of the menu does not at all reflect the state of the establishment. Our waitress took forever to attend us. While we were waiting, went to the restroom which were disgusting as well. The floor was slippery and full of piss. The urinals wouldnt flush, also full of piss. Returned to join my girl, let her know about the restrooms when she let me know tha her drink glass was also dirty along with the table. We decided to split after that and went to Bubbas for a well deserved meal. I didnt think to take a photo of the dirty menu but took a snap of the restroom and the glass drink, as evidence. This review doesnt give me the option to post photos not sure why.

MILITARY DISCOUNT Updated Jan 2024 Visited again taking dad out to dinner. As always we had a great time with great tasting food and hand crafted beer. I had the boneless wings and a beer. Both were very good. I did have to ask for additional sauce as you can see in the pictures it was not coated well. Dad opted for the bread bowl soup, which he loved and consumed quickly. Chicken strips and a burger for the boys. Macaroni and cheese bites for my wife. Pizooki time! The limited time cinnamon rolls pizookie was amazing! Cinnamon rolls hot out of the oven with ice cream! Every pizookie we eat is great. We enjoyed the atmosphere, TVs on the wall to keep up with sports scores, great service and food! Half price pizza! Monday through Thursday carryout only. Great pizza, especially for the price. Purple Heart recipient parking up front!

Headed out for takeout dinner at BJs and I was extremely disappointed with the portion size for take out. I ordered three items and out of the three, the Peanut Chicken & Soba left much to be desired for a price of OVER $20. The portion size was small, the quarter lime was spoiled and old and just plain bad. I ll let the pictures tell the story. The pizza was as expected and good and the Jambalaya was NOT as tasty as it usually is (lacked spice). The portion size on the Jambalaya was good however I did have to ask for extra Jambalaya sauce before I left the restaurant. Unfortunately, unless taste, portion sizes and the quality of food improves I ll be headed to other restaurants for full and tasty meals.

The pinnacle of what a chain restaurant can be. Great vibe and decor, comfortable seats, diverse menu, tasty food, unique and balanced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, consistent service and affordable prices. As good as it gets! Portion size is reasonable (not huge) though calorie density is unfortunately very high, so requires moderation.

What happened to your chicken dishes, BJs? Last night our table ordered 3 different chicken dishes and 1 pork chop. Instead of described chicken breasts on the menu, we all received reconstructive chicken breasts (we ordered Crusted Parmesan with potatoes, Chicken Parmesan w/ noodles, and Chicken with mushrooms). The chicken looked like uniformed oval pieces you would receive at public school. Unfortunately, we are/were consistent customers. Last night we were very disappointed to say the least. I go to Bjs Brewhouse only because of the pizza. However I feel like the deep dish is okay taste wise. It s a bit doughy and doesn t have enough toppings on it. Nonetheless service is usually pretty good and the atmosphere is nice.

After the meal was delivered, the tableware still didnt arrive. I asked the waiter again before it was delivered. It was ten minutes after the first meal was delivered. If you run out of Coke, you wont take the initiative to refill it. You need to take the initiative to ask the waiter for refill, which is different from other stores. The food tastes okay, not too amazing. The pasta comes with bread which is pretty good.

The size of this place combined with the size and variety of the menu combined with the variety of beers and cocktails, make this a place that you can just take a group here and know that theyll be happy. All of us had a great time and spent a good deal of money since there were 10 of us dining. I was extremely unhappy with the Asian Chicken Soba Noodles and asked the waiter if the sauce is always so thick and gooey when he noticed my full plate. I told him I didn t like it. He said yes and made no effort to ask if he could fix the problem although I didn t pursue it. Just want to suggest improvement on this menu item. I only ate the few pieces of chicken that were not smothered in the overwhelming sauce!

If you are hungry and can wait and wait for your food, youre in the right place. If you are in a group, you will be waiting. The waitress we had needs to definitely get more experience. Waitresses usually take drink and food orders in the order that the patrons are seated. This one was all over the place. We ordered a nachos plate. Hubby finally asked for it to go. It still took some time. And by the way, the nachos were terrible. I would not go back to this establishment.

This place certainly is amazing and I have always loved coming to this restaurant when I am in this part of town. However, it wasnt the quality of food that made todays experience have a low rating, but it was the service. The server was not acting appropriately when doing his job. He kept trying to flirt with my aunt, who was with me while eating, and kept pressuring her to reveal what kind of work she does. Adding to that, he would share personal information about himself to the point where it made me and my table extremely uncomfortable. He made a move to touch my aunts elbow while conversing with us as well. Which this was unwanted physical contact. He continued this throughout our whole meal and we made sure to leave immediately. This was one of the worst interactions Ive had with a server ever. I would really appreciate it for him to no longer work in this establishment if this continues. To keep this anonymous to the public while also help staff identify this individual, the server wore multiple mala beaded bracelets with a beaded necklace underneath his shirt. Hopefully this is seen and please consider staying up to date with servers you hire so that this situation doesnt occur again to any future patrons.

Dined in yesterday and the food couldnt have been worse. 1st time ever here and the prime rib was ridiculously salty so I sent it back and after all my family was done eating they bring me a new one which was rarer than I wanted and bland. The kids pasta was so dry and would stick together it seemed it was cooked probably hours before and their fries were soaked in oil. My chicken was pretty good but they do need to know how to make asparagus better. For the price and place I will not come here again, disappointed considering it was my husbands birthday. Reply: I dont need to tell you anymore how bad it was. Do better.

Went here for my birthday recently, and went in with a fully clear mindset, as I could remember anything about this place except that I liked the root beer about 15 years ago. Got the root beer again, and it was great, but my glass was empty for 93% of the visit. Ordered chicken wings for an app, and they were burnt to a crisp. Ordered my tri tip rare, it came out with a hot pink center, and was chewy as dog food. The sauce on the outside was salty as heck, but tasted like somebody had ground up a meatloaf and slathered it onto a cheap piece of beef. The baby back ribs were also burnt, and I chipped a tooth on a piece of the char. My wife had a much better experience. She loved her salmon, and her mozzarella sticks were nothing to scoff at. My daughter got a little bowl of fruit and a garlic knot right away, which was very nice.

Fair to mediocre food in a chaotic, disorganized environment. I recently visited BJs after about 5 years of constantly driving past their sign on I-10. In my previous experiences, I remembered enjoying myself, so I decided to treat myself and stop in. I was greeted with a friendly smile by the hostess Michelle, who showed me to my table in a friendly and helpful manner. She was a delight to speak to. I was sat at a booth, which the seat was full of crumbs and the floor was filthy as well. Our server was friendly, though I forgot his name. I ordered the BJs favorite pizza, and to my surprise it wasnt very appealing. The crust was chewy and thick, almost as if it hadnt been cooked all the way through. There wasnt much sauce on the pizza either. I felt like the ratio of dough to toppings and sauce heavily favored the dough. One of the determining factors in coming here was the pizza because I remember liking it, though I was quite disappointed with this visit. Another thing to mention was that I was confused because I couldnt tell what vibe they were trying to embody. Some servers were wearing jerseys while some werent. There were football games on the TVs, and fans were cheering loudly, but I came here under the assumption that it was a brewhouse and not a sports bar. Overall, I was generally dissatisfied by how filthy the place seemed and the general quality of the food for the prices. Plates and empty dishes were scattered at every computer station, the booths were full of crumbs, and the floor was filthy. The food quality was mediocre, especially for the high priced items. I was however satisfied with the customer service. My server and the hostess were both very pleasant. I left here with a strange feeling, not really knowing how to feel from a jarring experience. Parking: The parking lot is shared with Krispy Kreme and Cheddars, both of which are two very popular establishments. Though the lot is partitioned, the parking lot fills up fast and gets crowded and chaotic. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu that offers free kids drink with kids meal purchase. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp accessible for wheelchairs, though it is located in the back of the restaurant, and you have to cross through the entire bar area to access it.
