I felt that Cashners did a good job with the cremation of my daughter. Her death was unexpected but when I called them to inquire about caring for her remains, they took care of everything quickly and professionally. It is always hard to lose a loved one, but having everything taken care of was of some comfort. I used Cashners when my mom passed away 13 years ago. They have kept their quality over the years and I will use them again should I need help with another loved one.

My experience with everyone at Cashners was excellent. My mom had previously made arrangements, but the rest of the details were up to me. I was very comfortable with the help of the ladies in finishing up the final arrangements, and opening and closing the final placement of the urn went smooth as I was helped in the placement of the few things I wanted to put in there.

Losing my husband on December 2, 2022 is the most difficult loss of my life. He passed suddenly and completely unexpectedly, right in front of me, at the age of 65. Shock, disbelief and grief are powerful emotions. Planning his funeral was nothing close to what I was prepared to do. I had been to only a couple of funerals recently, one of which was held at Cashner Funeral Home. I truly had no particular inclination to make this choice other than I simply was forced to choose a funeral home. I praise God for placing Cashner on my heart! From the moment Rachel Kyle greeted me and my family to the day I picked up my husband ashes, we felt her heartfelt concern for our loss, she became part of our family! The details were handled with grace. Her kindness, thoughtfulness and willingness to meet our EVERY need and concern went over and above our expectations. Every moment was met with complete consideration of what we were experiencing through this incredible loss. She placed my personal needs above all else! I simply couldnt have appreciated her more! I only had to focus on my husband and my loss because she MADE SURE every detail was taken care of so I had nothing else to focus on! She was assisted by Monica, who genuinely cared equally about our needs. We never felt rushed or were made to feel we were imposing with our requests. This makes a world of difference, as the home I used for my moms service was completely opposite in comparison. This is not a time anyone wants to have to deal with, especially when its unexpected. I so, so highly recommend Cashner Funeral Home so that your ONLY concern is your grief and not the possibility of a commercially cold and uncaring place you may experience elsewhere. From the viewing on Tuesday to the Celebration of Life on Wedsnesday, to picking up the ashes a few days later, I was completely at peace with these amazingly caring individuals! God bless each one of them for their guidance and help through all of this.

It is sad when a loved one leaves us. My family had a painful moment and being fairly new in this awesome country, weve never experienced a loss here before. We visited some funeral homes and it was a terrible experience, most people treat you like if you were buying a car, with no respect for your loved one. I had moved away from where I lived about a year and a half ago. I had my mailed forwarded for the next 12 months as this is plenty of time for me to do my address changes and take effect. My mother passed away in August of 2020. We ordered and paid for a package that included beautiful pictures and memories of my mother in 2020. My old address just contacted me by email saying something arrived from Cashner Funeral Home. Look important enough for them to email me. I called Cashner Funeral Home and they told me they were just now mailing out order from the year 2020 and asked if the people at my old address would pay the post office and mail my heavy picture packages to me. Geez. She gave no apology or nothing. Cashner Funeral Home had mine and my brothers phone numbers and never verified an address before sending out our beautiful pictures and book of our mom after a year and eight months of keeping them. Humm maybe some people have moved since then. How rude of her. We paid a lot of money for those keepsake books. The lady at Cashner obviously has become numb to the passing of loved one. I don t not suggest this place to anyone.

I recently worked with Shane (Marcus) on the planning of my Dad s service. As you can imagine it was a very difficult time and there were so many decisions to be made. Shane did a wonderful job walking me through each step and helped guide me through my decisions. He made sure even the smallest details were tended to. Especially ensuring our flowers were exactly as we wanted for Dad (sharing pic). Shane s communications were prompt and he never hesitated to answer my many, many questions. Ive been meaning to arrange for my passing for some time, understanding how difficult it can be for someone to manage at the last minute. I didnt want my Son to have to deal with that process. I called for an appointment to finally get it done. I want to begin by saying that Kimberly Williams made my visit as painless as possible. She took me through all the details of what was offered, the cost and had such patience with me, and took time to answer questions I had about certain things. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the meeting. Our Father was recently taken from us by covid. He lived in Montgomery, my sister and I live in Colorado and we didnt know where to start. While driving to Texas we found out from a friend that the first thing to do is find a mortuary, they then coordinate everything from there. After lots of research online, Cashners seemed to have the best reputation so thats who we went with and it was absolutely the right decision. Jordan was our funeral director and took care of everything with care, patience, and professionalism. FYI, Cashner can work with any Cemetery in the area, you dont have to use theirs, so if you can, take your time and look around the area and find something you like.

Typically when planning a funeral, you are already in a very emotional, stressed state. No matter what the circumstances, you have suffered a great loss. The folks at Cashner Funeral Home recognized that, respected that and helped guide me through some very personal and important decisions. In the end, the service that was arranged for, for my dear mother was beautiful and their coordination of the events was seamless.. Funerals are never fun to be at or plan a sad time for everyone involved, however Jordan from cashner made mine and my familys experience as painless as possible. Jordan was there from the beginning to the end leading me step by step from planning to the day of the service. She was very professional as well as compassionate,you dont find that now days especially in that line of work. The staff as a whole were professional and sincere. I would highly recommend Cashner Funeral Home to anyone who finds themselves in a devastating situation as I did.

We received excellent services at Cashner. They were very kind and patient. The facilities are very nice. The only thing missing was some ideas of handling the visitation and the exiting of guest from the funeral. I had people comment on it being a very different visitation from others they had attended but we had no idea what was normal. Also, I would have preferred that people exiting the funeral passed by the family but didnt know that wouldnt be the case until it was too late to change it and I ended up having to quickly text my close friends to tell them about the reception.

Let me begin by saying our experience with Cashner Funeral Home was nothing less than phenomenal. When considering everyone is emotionally wrenched after losing a loved one, it was comforting to have a funeral director act with such respect and dignity towards my Mom and the loved ones present to support her. Marcus Shane Baker received us and made us feel like we were being treated as one of the family . He coordinated with additional service firms as requested, without hesitation, securing our loved ones internment in his hometown several hours away. All funeral options were presented to the family, from flowers to prayer services and so many other things one might normally be unaware of or forget. All our questions were answered with honesty and without pressure to commit to anything we weren t interested in. The things we did opt into as part of the funeral, were beautiful and professionally presented. The facility itself provided a very respectful venue for our loved one s memorial service, everyone who attended mentioned how nice everything was. From handling the respectful acquisition of the deceased, to bringing awareness of things that will need to be addressed after losing a loved one, Shane was exceptional towards my mom. He has always been available for questions and eager to help with anything, even after funeral services have been performed. Id also like to thank everyone who works there as support staff, they deserve our appreciation as well. Our family is ever so grateful that we chose Cashner for the services they provide. When my grandmother passed, it was one of the most trying of times. Shane Baker helped our family in so many ways. The celebration of my grandmothers life was beautiful. Shane helped me so much in putting all the details together and made such a moment that was so hard for me, beautiful and easier to accept. Thank you so much for helping me put all of the celebration together Shane. Cashners also helped with my grandfathers passing as well as my great Aunts passing. In a time that you need these services, Cashner went above and beyond. The rep assisting my family was Shane and he was very supportive of what we wanted, understanding, and helpful. Never felt pressured to do or get anything my mother or my family didn t want. Answered many questions and went above in customer service to allow me one last visit with my mother.

Sean, and Angela were just great. I would like to thank them for being so nice especially on the hardest time of my life. I just have an issue with the rules, and regulations, and the people who work at the cemetery. I lost my baby boy, and we decided to put some lights for him and unfortunately we cant have any. Dont understand why if there are 2 children who have lights there. I wish I would of known all this before I chose this cemetery for my little angel. Its been hard enough going thru our loss and now this. I dont like things missing from his grave and there is always an excuse of what happened to them. It kills me to know that I go in there and I cant even put something nice without it disappearing or something breaking due to I have no idea how it works. Its the hardest thing to know you cant put a light for your angel so they could always have light. I would like to people to read this because when it comes to a loved one its not about the money its about your loved one. Its not worth to put someone in the ground and now that you cant even feel comfortable enough to have them there with something that makes you feel better knowing that they are in a better place but it still kills you inside. It has been the hardest thing and knowing that every time we go something is missing or moved and dont even get a call so we could go and fix his things back the way they were before. I wish I could get a different place to set my babys remains but unfortunately its not as easy. Just make sure you ask a bunch of questions in a time like ours it was not easy nor it ever will be for no one but I would hate for anyone else to go thru what we are going thru.

My mom passed away very suddenly at a young age recently, it was incredibly hard for our family. Every encounter I had with staff here was wonderful. You could see and feel the compassion the people have here. My sister and I did our mothers makeup before the viewing and the entire time they checked on us and offered refreshments and help. When my hands shook too badly to put a headband in my moms hair, one of the women there took over and placed it exactly how we wanted it. She was very gentle and caring. Everyone was so accommodating. My mothers viewing was supposed to be between 4 and 8 pm. It ended up running later than that and no one rushed us or told us to wrap it up. They offered so much support and went above and beyond for our beautiful mother and our grieving family. I am grateful for the experience we had here and the gentle caring attitudes of everyone here.
