I have been a client for 6 years now. Justin is a consummate professional. He knows family law inside and out, forwards and backwards. Even setting precedent and case law with decisions he s won in court. He is a no nonsense guy who will give you the truth. He doesn t deal is absolutes or give you false hopes when going into negotiations or hearings. You re going to get an honest answer and assessment of the situation with his judgment of likely outcomes. He is a fantastic attorney and I couldn t ask for better than him.

Justin provided my family everything that I could have hoped for as a family attorney. With Justin and his team, I feel that I had the most capable legal representation that I could have obtained. He presented me with both sides of any legal decision in my divorce and put together a representation that was extremely beneficial for myself and my family as a whole. His fees were in line with any successful law firm and where I was going into a situation that could have cost me my three sons and years of work effort, Justin was worth every dollar that his fees reflected. Justin represented me in a very complicated, dual state custody issue involving the foster care system in both states. Early on in the case, the judge basically said her decision was made and it was not in our favor. Justins vision and resolve for justice won our case. He and his team gave me support and encouragement both in the courtroom and out. I would highly recommend Justin for anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional family law attorney.

Justin sorted through the competing claims, applied the law and won the case in court--twice. I strongly recommend Justin and his work. My experiences with Justin have always been positive. Going through a very strenuous custody case, that has lasted over a year, and still being able to get results that go in my favor was all thanks to Justin and his colleagues. Justin has an enormous amount of knowledge and experience that won t lead you or your case astray. Justin did not listen to me about any of my concerns and he would not perform the deposition on my former spouse, like he assured me he would do, when I hired him. Had he had a plan b to get to the bottom of my case, I would have listened. Instead, Justin wouldn t even try and negotiate for me to have 50/50 custody. He tried to talk me into settling for even less time with my children who were all minors at the time. The biggest problem was that he didn t do this until days before negotiation. I had to scramble at the last minute and deal with the headache of an angry spouse throwing a fit over a mediation date being changed. This was 100% Justin s doing. He should have told me when I paid him a very hefty retainer that he wasn t going to fight for me to have 50/50 custody. I have no record or reason to have been given anything less. He was a major disappointment.

Justin Morley represented me on a complicated divorce case with erroneous violence claims, that were eventually thrown out. In the beginning he was strong but stopped working productively on my case after seeing prominent members of the city were involved. He refused to report multiple instances of well documented felony fraud, although it was his duty to his client and the court. He withdrew shorty before trial without submitting substantial evidence. I went to trial with virtually none. Luckily I hired a lawyer with accountability and a moral compass stronger than Morley. Morley is very competent and did a great job in depositions. Yet, he set a one day no jury trial against my wishes. He then tells the substituting attorney that the judge leans towards mothers, trying to discourage the trial. What Mr. Morley seems to consider conservatism is what most people consider corruption. I do not recommend Mr. Morley.
